If you got a like on your sheet your character is accepted and you can now post in the IC. This first part is just a bit of setting up, establishing who's where in the world doing what. If you need any information from me don't hesitate to ask. I like to start of a bit slow to make sure everyone grasps the world before throwing conflict into the mix.

There isn't really a hard number, but it's unlikely to find someone with many. Delta is big on confiscating pokemon from trainers, an anyone who's had to actually fight Delta has probably had all of theirs taken. It's really only those living outside of Delta's current reach that might have more than one or two.

Alola is an odd case for this story. It should act as a focal point for League and Delta conflict since it sits right between the two isolated as it is in the middle of the sea, but it's been largely untouched. The Aether Foundation has done a remarkable job overseeing the defense of the region, allowing it to ward off attacks from Delta while also staying relatively detached from resistance activity. It's not that either side doesn't want to have control of Alola, the region is simply too well protected to take. (Lillie and Moon are basically keeping an entire region out of the war.)

I couldn't help myself (even though I'm supposed to be running my own rp and told myself one at at time <.<). I wanted to see Gwen in a dark setting.

She doesn't. She just doesn't believe a Pokemon would attack the PWT for no reason. She dislikes what StarBurst does to pokemon and she herself is/was a pokemon trainer. Therefore, if she opposes Delta, it's because of their Anti-Pokemon stance. Though, you're right, she has her suspicions...especially with a mysterious group suddenly showing up out of nowhere to stop a mysterious pokemon that decided to attack a whole bunch of humans, all the while armed with new tech...

Hence why she's going to see her father and waiting to hear a thorough explanation about what happened to her mother^^

Is Catrina working in Delta HQ (beneath the radio tower in Goldenrod, Johto) or is she working from some other location? Delta has stations and labs all across the regions they control, so she could choose to be based wherever. Delta scientists tend to move wherever they can get their work done most efficiently, so she isn't tied to one location unless she wants to be.

Working in HQ will mean a lot of interacting with the admins and delta members, so basically just me. Further from HQ leaves you open to interacting with other players much more often, since the delta presence will be much less.

If she can get more people or their pokemon together they can split the cost of the trip.

Actually maybe if something happens to Elena's usual johto contact Gwen could step in and fulfil that role, if she found enough people she could earn the price of her ticket.
