And your Kirlia evolves into what it is at level 20, not that bad but it can't learn Draining Kiss and how the frackers did you find a TM for Attract? Gosh.. Almost finished. Your Mime Jr... You must be shooting me. Your Mime Jr. would be level 25 by the time where it learns Psybeam... And what's up with the Dream Eater shiz? Also, hypnosis is a Egg Move for it, meaning it would have to be from a egg. You should fill out your Backstory, because I just listed everything that it doesn't have. I did use the skeleton. that you didn't post from what i saw... and I am adventuring to find out where my town went. ( hint, it is the town in the water. )

its Gen 6 but we are in Kanto. All pokemon from gen 1-6 are allowed accepted Shinies and Legendaries, might as well count no hacking a pokemon with moves and level and IV, i will not tolerate IV people who'd say they'd always win

(( i come from hoenn, that is a great hint. now glue them together. mirage, island, hoenn. I moved to kanto. by coming through johtoh. to kantoh. in which in johto I got my first pokemon. totodile. then head to kantoh where i am now i am not trolling at all.
