Ok.Sorry had to finish school, gonna start on the league of villains 2.0 leader. Please have a look at his quirk once it's posted because I have my worries about OPness
CHARACTER TEMPLATE
Name: "The Blitzkrieg Hero"-Edward "Edd" Warhead.
Age: 16.
Gender: Male.
Sexual Orientation: Straight.
Occupation: (U.A. Student.).
Appearance: Resembles Eijiro Kirishima but with white colored hair, gold colored eyes, an X shaped scar running across his face from the center, wears a green colored camouflage army jacket that he always keeps unbuttoned/unzipped with no shirt underneath, green colored camouflage army pants and green colored camouflage army boots and carries an X shaped necklace at all times.
Personality: Hot headed, hot tempered, hot blooded and very brash to say the least, Edd is the troublemaker of his assigned classroom, resembling Katsuki Bakugo back in his U.A days more or less, although has a good nature at heart, this is often overshadowed by his extreme outbursts of anger and cockiness, sometimes leading him to overestimating himself and underestimating others.
Quirk Name: "Machine.".
Quirk Type: A Creation Based Type Quirk similar to Momo Yaoyorozu's.
Quirk Explanation: Allows him to transform any part of his body into a weapon, like both a sword and/or a gun for examples, he can also create weapons from his body and use them in the exact manners they are meant to be used, in other-words, like Yaoyorozu he can summon a sword from his body and wield it exactly, as it is supposed to be wielded.
Quirk Flaws: If he uses his Creation Based Type Quirk too much, he can end up feeling stiff and not being able to move soon straight afterwards whatsoever, leaving him completely vulnerable to enemy attacks.
Other Information:
Japanese Voice Actor-Miyu Irino.
English Voice Actor-Johnny Yong Bosch.

Actually, Endeavor is just as powerful, just in a different way. As a matter of fact, if they were to face off, Endeavor could probably beat my character due to the fact that my character has next to no defensive boosts. Like normal people, he's not immune to fire, guns, and other weapons or attacks.Cool, he's still overpowered as all hell though. To further my point, take a look at Endeavor. He's the number 2 hero in canon and he's nowhere near your character power wise.
A) It actually was in the Character Sheet, just not to the extent I explained it here. Although I added to it a few minutes ago, while editing my CS to include the stuff I said here in the OOC, I typed, "Upgrading/Downgrading takes time"A) This wasn't mentioned in your CS B) There's still numerous instances where it'd be ridiculously overpowered.
There's also the multiple other things in the CS, including the fact that he has to continuously absorb electricity to survive (as in not die) and devices that disrupt technology can stop him rather easily. And while this does balance it to an extent, it's nowhere close enough for it to make up for it entirely.
My suggestion is to pick one quirk and focus on that. There's nothing wrong him capable of manipulating technology or shoot and control electricity or have his brain work as a computer or being able to downgrade/upgrade technology, but he shouldn't have all four at once.
Oh, and regardless of the one you pick, I'd ditch the whole "being able to change parts of his body into weapons".
I have no problem with it, although I don't think I have any authority over it either.May my character be a member of the League of Villains?
I encourage you to. PleaseBy the way, @Checkmate7, you wouldn't mind if I made a character that was part of the league of villains, right?
Yeah. If you could just limit them a little bit.I have no problem with it, although I don't think I have any authority over it either.
I encourage you to. Please
My char is up, please Japanime evaluate his quirk. I'm mostly on doubt about the abilities he can give, I would be able to limit them more if necessary.
Erased some of them, and limited the 360° sight to fifty feet. Please check it.Yeah. If you could just limit them a little bit.
Yes.Japanime Is my character accepted?
He's above Edward "Edd" Warhead. ( I Iamkingdomhearts1000 character)
Post hereName: Sura Kazesukemaru.
Hero Name: "The Multiple Arms Hero"-"Asura.".
Age: 16.
Gender: Female.
Sexual Orientation: Straight.
Occupation: (U.A. student.).
Appearance: Resembles Momo Yaoyorozu but without her ponytail, has red colored hair, blue colored eyes, has an hourglass figure and wears a black colored Qipao with a yellow colored dragon design on it, also wears black colored kung fu shoes.
Personality: Cool, Calm, Collected, Caring, Kind, Nurturing, Humble and Respectful, Sura is a graceful young woman who embodies beauty not just in looks but in grace especially, as well, she looks out for her fellow students, wanting them to excel both in their studies and overall, she refuses to give up on people, even when it seems there is no chance of helping them.
Quirk Name: "Asura.".
Quirk Type: A Multiple Arm Based Type Quirk where she can grow extreme arms from her behind back to help her in battle.
Quirk Explanation: Although Sura's Quirk is more or less basic to say in a term, because she studies a wide variety of martial arts, namely kung fu, she can use the extra arms that she grows in battle to help her add more devastating punches to her attacks and also add more grace and skill to her fighting style, almost appearing, as she was the deity Asura itself.
Quirk Flaws: The more arms she grows, the more stamina she uses up until eventually she passes out from fatigue, she can only summon up to a number of arms due to her current level of strength and progress in training her Quirk.
I like the quirk that allows the user to get stronger the more damage they take but I can only imagine what their training is like.Guys, I'm having a bit of a problem with choosing a quirk. So I'm just gonna list every quirk idea I've got and you tell me which ones sounds the best, ok?
A quirk that allows the user to absorb and release kinetic energy
A quirk that allows the user to transmute one form of (non-living) matter into another
A quirk that allows the user to manipulate other people's senses.
A quirk that allows the user to charge things (everything from a cellphone to a mech suit)
A quirk that grants the user super strength but only in the lower body.
A quirk that allows the user to remotely detonate objects the user have previously touched.
A quirk that allows the user to get stronger the more damage they take (similar to Yang's power in RWBY)
A quirk that allows the user to increase the speed of non-living things.
A quirk that allows the user to disrupt any sort of system via touch.
A quirk similar to Rewind, but it only works on the user.
A quirk that allows the user to cause involuntary movements in the bodies of other people.
A quirk that allows the user to deflect energy.
I do want to stress that these quirks would be a lot more balanced than I made it look from their short descriptions.I dislike:
A quirk that allows the user to absorb and release kinetic energy - This needs heavily watching as it can easily become op.
A quirk similar to Rewind, but it only works on the user - A get out of jail free card that can void death, would need huge limitations.
The rest I am impartial on.
Lina Inverse
Yeah, I guessed it would be, kinetic energy is just something I personally stay away from.I do want to stress that these quirks would be a lot more balanced than I made it look from their short descriptions.
Also, the idea is that the second one would require some form of activation, so it wouldn't be able to void death. Serious injures, yes. But since it offers practically nothing offense wise (and a character with this quirk would naturally be very physically weak to further balance it), I think it'd be kind of fair.
I don't mind it.
Tell me what you have in mind and I'll give you my thoughts.Japanime . What's exactly the starting point of the league of villains? Mostly talking about reasources and henchmen, because I have some ideas in how to begin but it's quite dependent on how many thralls Sage has at his disposal and how many resources the League can pool together.
