Fandom Percy Jackson Roleplay

I raised an eyebrow at her. "Me? Need training? Listen, honey bunches of condescension, I've been traveling all over the world rescuing poor, hapless demigods from monsters. You've been stuck at camp here, planning for war against the Corn Cobbler.", I said, rolling my eyes at the trouble Kronos was causing. Why do immortals feel the need to be so troublesome...?

"Well sweetheart," I said coldly,"Maybe I should just go on the quest alone. You are just causing trouble."

"But if you went alone, I'd have nobody to bug. No, I think I'll tag along.", I said sweetly, giving her a charming smile. Oh, the fun I was going to have on this quest...

"Kay.", I said simply, moving a few inches away and bringing my arm up. I kept a neutrally bored expression on my face as my finger hovered by her cheek, avoiding contact by a centimeter.

"Being quiet and walking. Come on, daughter of Athena, try to keep up.", I said exasperatedly, "I mean, it's not like I'm making noise or bothering you or anything.".

"...Have I heard of what? Listen honey, if you're gonna make up words, at least try to have them make sense.", I admonished, wagging my finger at her.

"I have two.", I said flatly, then added as an afterthought, "And magic. Growing limbs back is tricky, but not hard, per se..."

"I think we should set up camp for the night," Amanda said ,"It will be difficult to travel if we are tired."

I blinked in confusion. "But we've only been walking for like ten minutes.", I pointed out, looking around, "We're barely outside of camp.".

"B-But we can if you want.", I placated hurriedly, not wanting to offend her should she have something wrong with continuing. For all I knew, she had a curse or something on her.

Or maybe just a blister...

"No I do not have a curse," Amanda said calmly,"You did not offend me and I do not have a blister." Amanda tugged on her jacket sleeves so he would not see what was on her arms.

I blinked. That was scarily specific, and I didn't remember Athena's children being able to read minds... I bit my lip and refrained from glancing over at her curiously.

Oh COME ON! "Nothing. Did I do something that made you think I did?", I asked, trying to figure this girl out. Maybe the Gods had given her a gift...?

"Well you are just staring at me while you are walking," Amanda pointed out,"You can always talk to me." Amanda smiled as she pulled down her jacket sleeves again.

How...bipolar. I smiled back and admitted, "Well, it's just... I've never really been part of a group before. I helped hapless little demigods to camp and that's it. Done. Next job.".

My smile turned sheepish as I said, "I guess I just don't know how to act around people. Most of my experience with socializing is with little kids who are too busy bugging each other to hold a sword pointy end out".
