Fandom Percy Jackson Roleplay

"No. My mom is out of the country, and she rented the house, so I'll probably stay here at the camp. I didn't sign-up to any school either."

"You can stay with my dad and I if you want and you can go to my school," Amanda replied,"It would be nice to show my dad that I have friends."

"That...would be nice." He said hesitantly. Staying close to Amanda the whole year? It was all he could had hoped for. "Would your father be alright with it?"

"I am sure my father would be okay with it," Amanda replied as the horn blew-signalling that the game was over.

"Well that was exceptionally uneventful." James said, suprised. "See how much better that was not plunging yourself into the madness?"

"Well being a child of Athena is sorta like that."
"Except its with to much brains and to many books and to little time."

"You don't say." He said drily. Finally, James brought out all of his courage and ask shakily. "Hey Amanda. The..The lake is really beautiful at night. I'm...uh..having a picnic there. Tonight. So...I...I'm wondering ifyou want to...to join me?

James returned the smile, couldn't believe his ears. He's having a date. With Amanda. "So...uhm...see you there tonight?" He was starting to wonder what he was going to wear.

James couldn't shake the nervousness off. It felt like forever from then till the date. Until he couldn't take it anymore and arrived way too early. He started waiting for Amanda an hour before night actually fell.

Amanda stayed in her cabin with her book until she heard a knock on the cabin door.

"Who is it?" Amanda called.

"Its Chiron,"Chiron called,"Your needed in the Big House. Its important."

Amanda made her way to the Big House not knowing what was going on.

James waited for an hour after the set time. Amanda did not come. He felt empty and sad. Why did she not come? Was it something he did?

"Amanda," Mr. D said. I was in Mr.D's office and this was one of the first times he said my name right.

"What is it Mr. D?" I asked.

"Its your father," Mr.D said,"He has unfortunately been kidnapped by Gaea's forces and I believe that Gaea is after you next, so I think that it is best for you and the camp, for you to leave without any trace. I can only do so little with the mist but I can make it seem like you went home early. The mist will not last long. It never does."

Tendrils of magic licked around the edges of the Big House doors, the windows clouding with condensation. Blurry shapes flashed by on the other side, too indistinct to make out, but a moment later the doors opened to admit a short, thin teen into the room. His brown hair flopped in front of his eyes as he pushed the doors closed again, blue eyes shining with unreadable intentions as he pushed his glasses up the bridge of his nose with a finger. "Well, here I am.", he muttered out loud to himself, "Now what?". He pulled his gate magic back into himself, the windows clearing, and without anything else to do he took a seat at one of the long tables occupying the hall.

James was still waiting 3 hours later. His hope died a little more every minutes, but it never gone away. The stars had gone out, and all around him was darkness. James sighed and grudgingly stood up, going back to his Cabin.

(Bye Storm. I gotta go. Be back later. RP with the new guy xD )

I whipped around in my seat. There, sitting not ten feet away, was a weird girl and a man I felt Godly vibes wafting from like expensive...vodka. "Jason Thrace, son of Hecate. Lovely to meet you.", I said cordially.

"Hello weird-looking-person-who-interrupted-something-important," Amanda said,"Can you come back later?"

"Weird? I prefer unique, if you don't mind.", I sniffed in mock pompousness. Then I blinked and said, "Oh, and yes I can.".

(So very sorry, but I was pulled away for dinner.)

"Pleasure.", I said with a smile, glancing around at the demigods rushing about. "They seem to be in a hurry. What, did Hephaestus catch the forest on fire again?", I asked, snickering as a male voice echoed in my head, That was one time!

"Only a few campers go home," Amanda replied,"Camp Jupiter is on our side and they know the fastest way to get here."

"Fastest mortal way.", I pointed out, "If monsters wanted to invade, they'd be here in a flash.".
