"Barely," she said and wrapped her arm around his waist. "help me carry him?" She asked.

She nodded and helped pick him up. "Put him on my back. I can carry him. I can go just as fast as without him," she said.
 
Alex let out a weak growl as he felt something toughing his face. Instinctively he rolled his head and snapped his jaws at whatever was near him. His senses were dulled to a point that he could barely recognize sounds as spoken language, much less distinguish what they were actually saying. Whoever was touching him began to try and lift him, and Alex snarled and kicked out limply with his left leg.
 
He sighed to himself and took one look at the man before scampering of after the two girls to find the wolf man lying on the floor. He could see his wound clearly
 
Calla hissed at him and whispered in his ear "it's Calla, stop it we're here to help you.". She pulled back and hoisted him onto Kitty's back. "Move fast, we have to get back to the tree line," she advised.

Alex opened his eyes halfway, barely making anything out aside from blurred shapes, "Calla...." he whimpered weakly. He growled and grunted from pain as they lifted him up and laid him back down on the back of one of the blurred figures. Alex rolls slightly to the side, trying to roll off the person supporting him but to no avail, "I... can walk.." he muttered softly between struggled breaths, before going limp and groaning in defeat.
 
John heard barking and other noises and brought his gun up before hearing ruffling in the woods behind him. He turned around as a few soldiers appeared, John sighed as he saw a familiar name. "Hey Clarke" John said pulling down his mask "Where are the rest of the group" John asked. "I dont know but we saw something moving behind that fence" Clarke said pointing to it. "Got the cutter Clarke?"John asked looking at the fence it creeped him out "Lets wait and patrol the area"John said quickly. Clarke nodded as they pulled down their goggle and pulled up their masks before they started walking looking everywhere.
 
Calla smiled softly and turned her back to them, walking slowly through the woods in the direction they came. The snow was slowly melting in her hair, making her shiver, and her feet were numb from the cold but she pushed herself forward. "We'll have to dig under the fence," she said softly as she walked, her ears scanning for the slightest noise.
 
Kitty nodded, holding Alex on her back gently, making sure he was comfortable. "We know," she soothed him. She turned to Calla. "Who's going to dig?"

"I will," Calla said softly, giving Kitty a small half smile. "Well I will if those humans have moved," she continued, nervously as she bit down on her lower lip. They made it back to the tree line quickly and Calla scanned her surrounding. She sniffed the air but it was too full of the scent of smoke and blood for her to pick up on individual scents.
 
"The human soldiers?" she asked scanning the fence. "He was joined by others after you left," she whispered, "But we don't have a choice, we need to get out of here because others are coming."
 
Calla crept out of the trees and stood in the clearing for a few seconds before dashing towards the fence. She skidded to a stop and began to dig deep under the fence with her hands. She could feel the dirt and snow under her fingernails but she knew she couldn't stop.
 
Kitty looked back at Alex and Joe and watched her breath in the air. She hopped on one foot to another, wanting to run to get her energy up.
 
John and the other approached the fence as more joined them as they approached it. John paused as he heard a buzz near the fence and put his fist up. "I think its electrified!" He yelled to the rest pulling his google up and then took off a rusty ring and threw it at the fence. It buzzed as it hit. "Yep its electrified no way in now.." Clarke said "Set up here and get hourly patrols out!" John yelled as everyone pulled off their packs and sat down.
 
Calla's head snapped up as she heard the yelling. They were close by, but she was hoping that they would get out unnoticed. She turned to Kitty and gestured with her head to where the human soldiers were as she dug, the cold hard ground difficult to dig through.
 
Kitty saw the humans and bared her teeth, sighing slightly. She wanted to help Calla, but she had to watch Alex and Joe. She stamped her foot.
 
John and Clarke walked around as the snow got thicker they turned their lights on. John noticed dirt bursting up. "Over here" John whispered to Clarke as the snow crunched loudly under his boots.
 
Calla paused and gestured for Kitty to get them back into the trees, as she continued to dig. Her hands were frozen, and her hair soaked through. Several of her nails were now broken and bloody but she didn't care. She needed to get under the fence.
 
Kitty went back into the forest and set Alex down next to Joe. She made sure they were okay then rushed out to Calla, falling down on her knees next to her. "Switch places," she breathed.
