So I have a few questions:

• So are there any abilities that all demigod shares?
• Are there any deities that are off limits or can we pick whoever we like?
• How accurate to the respective mythology do we have to be?

Okay. First Question abilities that all demigods share, Not quite, Rather than abilities they retain a Nature that is passed down from their godly parent, So like The Gods and Goddess of Light and the Sun will usually have children with radiant personalities, or like the War Gods children will usually be more Violent. something like that.
second Question deities that are Off limits. I mean I guess there is like One and that is Modern Christianity/All other that refer to the Capitol "G" god is a No go.
3rd Question Accuracy of Respective Mythology, All i ask is that you be precise not accurate, There is soooo many versions of the same Thing that it can be confusing and i understand that. so as long as it can be recognized as similar then by all means have a knack at it.

Yup if it exists in Mythology then go for it, but make sure you give a really good reason as to why they have it.

the grade thing is being a freshman,sophomore,junior, or senior in this school.

OH NO FREAKING INDIAN WEAPONS that includes things like Pashupata Astra, Agneyastra, Narayan Astra,Vasavi Shakti and so on. AND DEFINITELY NO TRISHULA. We need no Mythical Nuclear warheads whizzing about >.>

Questions:
1. How do the academy and the mythical being in general interact with modern technology? Is it okay? Or will a special rule applied that make a mythical being break any technology they hold or something like that?
2. How do you plan to start the RP? Is everyone will be new to the school or is it up to the players?

Spoiled Bread Well in general Demigods will be able to interact with technology But only technology created by Blacksmith gods Like Vulcan/Hephaestus. Other technology will have a tendency to bug out.

And I plan to allow it to be up to the player. Though it is starting in a new semester
