Alright guys, this is the character database. We all know the Fandom characters, we all know the story, that's why we are here. Now, let's set some ground rules about the characters, shall we?

First of all - the well known fandom characters. We don't have to go into detail with that. Everybody has their favorites, everybody has one they hate the most. DO NOT LET YOUR PERSONAL FEELINGS FOR THE CHARACTERS INTO THE ROLEPLAY, and try to mimic the relationships formed in the official lore for at least a while, before things get really rolling. We know the relationship between Morrison and Reyes, we know Hanzo and Genji, we know their personal stories and relationships. Take those into account, please. This way we would make it feel right at least.

In a blur of motion, Reaper empties both Hellfire Shotguns at breakneck speed, dealing massive damage to all nearby enemies. Damage 170 per second 510 total. 3 meters per second movement for 3 seconds, 8 meters area of effect.

Wraith: (Ability)
Reaper becomes a shadow for a short period of time. While in this form, he takes no damage and is able to pass through enemies, but cannot fire his weapons or use other abilities. Using this ability will instantly refill Hellfire Shotgun's ammo.
Movement speed - 7.1 meters per second, for 3 seconds duration. 8 seconds cooldown.



Shadow: (Ability)
After marking a destination, Reaper disappears and reappears at that location. Range is 35 meters with 2.5 seconds casting time and 2 seconds duration. 10 seconds cooldown.

Alors, voulez-vous en savoir plus sur moi? Well, there is nothing for me to tell you. "Death walks among you." He says, but I am already dead. So what more is there to know? Perhaps if he loved me more or I loved him at all, both of us would still be alive. Never remembering such a feeling, the past only seems to be false. No matter. Here I am now, walking along side death and there is no room for change. Death will forever haunt me.

Years pass, continuing work for Talon with Reaper and Sombra. Many lives were taken through the eyes of my scope, and the constant battle with Overwatch continued. They seem so careless at times, like it was okay to relax, laugh, or even enjoy something so simple. No wonder they disbanded once before, they never got anything done. But now, something has happened that no one can for sure explain. An uncontrollable AI that has showed us what challenge is all about. Yet no one can do it alone. Unfortunately, we have to ban together and I am not enjoying it. Zut! Maybe at the end of all this, I can get a kill in not only for Talon, but for satisfaction. Right Reaper?

Backstory:
Adrian is a former Overwatch/Blackwatch member who now works as a vigilante hunting down specific groups of omnics and humans, leaving traces of gas weaponry usages.
Adrian entered Overwatch and worked as a member of Strike Team, until his team ambushed a chemical weapon containment site and was struck with the weapon. Adrian moved over to Blackwatch after recovery, and helped Overwatch sabotage the chemical weapons. At the fall of Overwatch, he left with all his researches with himself, and started hunting the group that has been sending out supplies of chemical weapons by himself.

+Agent interactions:
During his Blackwatch Career, Q7 discovered a deadly weapon being sold by a small group which was a part of Shimada clan. At a similar time period Genji was recruited to Overwatch. The two formed a sabotage team which successfully secured the containment device and arrested all members of the team.
After Omnic Uprising in King's Row was settled, remaining forces of Null Sector attempted a gas attack on civilians. Q7, Mcree, and a small group of Overwatch Strike Team flanked them and disarmed the weapon.

Here's my pick. Ana, in her prime.

The story is the same, I will just add a bit more to it.

After she finally decided to retire and spend the rest of her life in peace, Ana returned in Egypt. Although, her plans were disrupted by something. People around her were complaining about computers not working properly. Her attempts to contact with Overwatch were futile. As a woman in her 60s shewas becoming unsuitable to retun on the battlefield if needed. She knew where she could find some of her old comrades. She once again parted ways with her daughter. Being Egyptian, she had knowledge of Egypt's past. There were many historical evidences of how there is a pond which was used by pharaons for curing deseases and even to extend their lives. Using the information she travelled across her motherland searchng the magical pond. Eventually she found it and and returned her body to the way it was in her 30s - even her right eye was cured by the miracleous water. After she succeeded in her first task it was time to start the second one - to find her colleaugues and to find out what is happening in Overwatch.

Pyotor grew up a poor child in the city of Moscow. At a fairly young age he found himself pulled into a large variety of criminal activities. It wasn't long before he became involved with gangs. It was from there, in his teenage years, that he found his natural aptitude as a combatant. Once he was older he entered the employ of a private military company and worked around the world as a rather well payed mercenary. It didn't take much time before his skillset caught Talon's eye. He was offered a very lucrative deal, but he didn't know about the strings attached before it was too late. Pyotor was forced into dangerous and experimental cybernetic augmentations before undergoing a refined version of the neural reconditioning that Amelie Lacroix went through. Pyotor, now referred to by the codename "Blackout", was turned into an unquestionably loyal superhuman soldier for Talon.

Abilities

Passive: Blackout is able to siphon electricity/energy by touch and temporarily power himself up.
Weapons: Electrical discharges, melee and ranged ( stronger but needs to charge and compared to conventional weapons has limited range).
Specials:
E: Project a channeled barrier (roughly same shape as Reinhardt's, but half the size, and about a meter thick) up to 10m away. The barrier moves in whatever direction he faces and can be pushed out (up to the 10m max) or pulled in front of him. The energy in the barrier field damages enemies inside it (comparable to Winston's tesla cannon).
Shift: None
Ult: Drain shields/barriers/etc in the area to grant himself a much larger shield.

Backstory: He used to be a transporter for the military ever since he joined. 5 years of his life have been spent transporting weapons and supplies to soldiers on the battlefield. His career as a soldier ended after his the explosion caused by his transporting faulty C4. Half dead, he successfully survived the explosion, but he had been left disfigured. The decision made by him was to get the cyborg treatment, not knowing that it would boost his physical and mental abilities, among others. Now, the world thinking he is dead, he wanders around the world like a vagabond, still willing to pick up mercenary and transportation jobs. After this incident, he has lost the ability to speak.
(Sorry for making it so confusing and weird. I could not think of a way to fix it.)


Health: 150 health, 50 armor. Total - 200HP.
Passive: Cannot headshot. To compensate for that, he deals +50% damage to enemies above 90% health.
Weapon: Sniper. Normal shot deals 125 damage, hitscan. After he shoots, he cannot move until he reloads. If he does not reload at the correct time, he deals 50% damage the next shot. A shot with reload takes about 2 seconds.
Steady Aim: His aim becomes still and the laser sight on his sniper activates. At that point he begins charging up a sniper shot, that pierces through shields. A fully charged shot, that takes 3 seconds of holding down his steady aim to be able to deal a thousand damage. He cannot readjust his aim during this period, so dodging is easy. The shot can pierce through enemies, but after every single thing he goes through, the damage drops off by half.
Tactical Backflip: He does a backflip that can go up to 10 meters (~32ft 9") back and 2 meters (~6ft 7") up.
SCAN: His visor targets the enemy with most health that he sees and gains double damage to that enemy. If the enemy gets out of his sight or behind a shield, he loses the SCAN.

Backstory: One of the world's most notorious hackers, Sombra uses information to manipulate those in power.
Long before she took up the alias "Sombra," ░░░░░░ was among the thousands of children who were left orphaned in the aftermath of the Omnic Crisis. With much of her country's infrastructure destroyed, she survived by utilizing her natural gifts with hacking and computers.
After ░░░░░░ was taken in by Mexico's Los Muertos gang, she aided it in its self-styled revolution against the government. Los Muertos believed that the rebuilding of Mexico had primarily benefited the rich and the influential, leaving behind those who were most in need of assistance.
Following her many conquests, ░░░░░░ was supremely confident in her skills, but she was caught unprepared when she stumbled into the web of a global conspiracy—one that had also noticed her. With her security irreparably compromised, ░░░░░░ was forced to delete all traces of her identity and went into hiding.
She later reemerged as Sombra, upgraded and determined to find out the truth behind the conspiracy she had uncovered. Sombra launched an even more audacious string of hacks, and her exploits earned her no shortage of admirers, including Talon. She joined the organization's ranks and is believed to have contributed to its massive cyberattacks against corporations with strong ties to their governments. These efforts incited a popular revolution in Mexico against LumériCo and breached the security of Volskaya Industries, the manufacturing arm of Russia's anti-omnic defense.
Now, with Talon's extensive resources to call upon, Sombra can focus on her true goal: to unravel the conspiracy and use the power behind it to her own ends.

Abilities:

MACHINE PISTOL
Sombra’s fully-automatic machine pistol fires in a short-range spread.

HACK
Sombra hacks enemies to temporarily stop them from using their abilities, or hacks first aid kits to make them useless to her opponents.

STEALTH
Sombra becomes invisible for a short period of time, during which her speed is boosted considerably. Attacking, using offensive abilities, or taking damage disables her camouflage.

TRANSLOCATOR
Sombra tosses out a translocator beacon. She can instantly return to the beacon’s location while it is active (including when it’s in mid-flight).

EMP
Sombra discharges electromagnetic energy in a wide radius, destroying enemy barriers and shields and hacking all opponents caught in the blast.
