So, my teacher unexpectedly made us all write a long ass report in 2 bloody days for her that's due in tomorrow. I've been powering on that, but I've managed to get it done. My post is halfway done and should be either posted tonight (lol it's 1.50am) or tomorrow morning. I'll PM you with the rest of Zak's relationships tomorrow, hopefully, once I get back onto my laptop. Hooray to the weekend which is coming up! I can't wait.

Gah! I've missed so much! I feel like I've been dead for days... which has sort of been true. My cold has finally, mercifully abated, though it's left an annoying cough. Still, I am alive and functioning! Sorry I've been MIA, guys. 


I've still got to catch up on those IC posts, starting from Maddie's first appearance onward, so I apologize for the zero recognition I've granted anyone who's posted since. I swear I'm not ignoring you! Now that it's Thursday, I shall get myself all caught up and will hopefully have a post up sometime later tonight (but also possibly tomorrow because Jane Austen movies are calling my name...).

@FirePolaris Oh gosh! You know, constellation and I hammered out Nathan and Zakary's relationship almost a week ago. I completely forgot to relay the information. The gist of their unusual relationship goes like this:

Nathan and Zakary met merely by chance during their first year at Arlington Academy. Rather uncharacteristically, Nathan misplaced his student ID just a few weeks into the term. He hardly noticed it was gone before a young fellow named Zakary stopped by to return it. Nathan expressed his thanks and then the two parted ways, each drifting back into their separate academic spheres. A few months later, the two met again, also under coincidental circumstances. One winter evening, Nathan was out investigating potential sites of paranormal activity. He was scrawny and frail, an easy target for mean boys on the prowl, which is precisely what he became. That very night, Zakary had decided to stay late in the photo lab. As he headed home, he noticed a boy being bullied in a sunken side entry of a secluded building. If he hadn't recognized the boy from the ID he'd found a few months back, he might have done nothing. Instead, he took a stick and raked it against the iron grating of a nearby building. The sound spooked Nathan's tormentors and the boys fled, leaving Nathan shaken but unharmed. Zakary made sure Nathan was fine before continuing on home. Ever since, Nathan has held nothing but sheepish gratitude and respect for Zakary.

And phew, my monologues have been dying as of late. I apologize. There was a Sephora sale this weekend and there was so much to get. It sucks when everything there calls out to you and you're on a budget. T^T Anyways, I'd like to get this role play rolling because it's kind of stuck at the moment. This means characters that aren't backstage by tomorrow night ( @constellation @Chamomile @Aster ) will magically appear backstage by the time I finish Janet's post which will be tomorrow. So you can get creative on how they're going to appear backstage or how they're not (because I believe Zakary and Vee aren't up for it unless someone volunteers them *coughcough*). So please, try to get a post up tomorrow. Also when I do post Janet, the first person will be going onstage and I believe that's @Kingly cue. Orrr unless someone dashes out before Hunter like perhaps Aivree? @Sasil

Incoming double post. I'm going to use Xavier & Janet to help move things along because I think everyone who's suppose to be backstage is already backstage. So anyone else (ie. I'm also quite content with not having Nathan participate on stage (and he is, too), so if no one volunteers him, that's just fine by me. There's no pressure whatsoever to get him on stage so just he's included with everyone else. There'll be plenty of opportunities for him to do things from the audience, no worries.  


@Sasil Go for it! I'd like to see sassy, disgruntled Aivree stir things up. When the group gets home, they'll certainly have an interesting night to look back on (and possibly some interesting nights to look forward to)!

Thank you, thank you. @Kodiak And no worries, I have evil plans for everyone in the future, we just have to get there first. So @Kingly, since you kept Janet's description vague, I went ahead and personified her as well as threw out some pictures for any references anyone wants to write when they want to refer to her. She's, of course, an NPC and you all can move her around, act as her, etc but since her post was incredibly long, I decided to do a little coding for her. She'll only be used for drama in the future (*coughcoughcough*). I got pretty pumped up writing about the auction with the music so I suggest you guys play the music as you read the post. It might add to the experience.


Anyways, I may or may not get Xavier up tonight but if I do, I'll try to include those who are not onstage so we can have a group interaction so it's easier to post. @Kodiak Nathan can join since he's friendly with Vee but then again, he could want to stay clear of Xav. That'll be up to you.


@shygirl3 I took the liberty to include Abigail in Janet's post so you can add in more information in your post. Hopefully I didn't give anyone writer's block. Don't forget that everyone can still interact backstage since only Hunter will be the one showing off his body at this moment.

Hey all! So these next two days are going to be somewhat crazy for me (no exams or anything that extreme) but it's Veterans Day tomorrow which means I'll be finally 21. So I'll probably be out all day eating my face off because that's what I do all the time. But I just wanted to tag everyone to wish you a safe weekend no matter where you are and of course, happy Veterans Day (although I think constellation, Aster, Sasil, and Chamomile resides elsewhere and there's no break?).


Alsooo be ready to get onstage out of order after Hunter which means (unless you're incredibly busy and you cannot post next, then please let me know via PM or OOC or else it's going to be random) Janet (or myself) will be throwing out names out of order. And if your character doesn't show up, something dramatic will happen (jk).


Anyways, we're almost at the weekend! Hopefully you guys can take a breather then.

I'm all set for the scene right now, so I'm cool with waiting until we see Hunter and Xavier again before posting again. I wanted to see a few more posts before diving in again so Nathan can observe some of the other students and insert some snarky commentary.  But since he's roaming around alone now, I'm sure I can get him talking to someone else in the audience. 


This weekend will be my last "easy" couple of days for pretty much the rest of the calendar year. Happy holiday season! I'll check in as often as I can, but there may be a period of time come Thanksgiving week and the couple weeks before Christmas when I won't be able to sign in for a day or two. I'll still be around, though! Just not as frequently.
