I would like to put him in a situation where he is forced to decide whether or not to help somebody in need. Basically to test his values so he can decide whether or not he is truly indifferent to everything, or if there is a good person buried deep in the beard. Also this situation will annoy the shit out of him, because everything that he has to do as opposed to wants to do annoys the shit out of him. @Huey

No worries, those difficulties I think are in everyone. Sometimes I have that confusion as well, I have to reread a couple posts just to make sure. Then again, I'm crazy and need confirmation on those things for my own psyche.

On my part, it's the other way around. I always tag the people that my character has mentioned, so that sort of acts like an invitation if their character would like to speak with mine. It's more straightforward of course once you're in a direct conversation with another. And yeah, I think he is talking to you, too.
