OOC Thread

Esbilon Esbilon Oh, I can see Khutulun and Ink getting along like a house on fire. Given Khu's spouting of 'hur dur murnd curntrul' (especially when that's more the province of the Zenith Caste than the Eclipse Caste) and Ink's standing opinion that murder is very nearly never an adequate response to a given problem...and that the Dawn Caste should've been collectively sent to garrison the borders of creation and left the actual oversight of the world to the Castes who had a functional rather than a contingent purpose after the War.

I'm not sure that's quite a fair description of what Khutulun said, but there's definitely room for conflict ;)

So...I don't have a grasp on Rhadarc's appearance to make a comment or impression of it.
Rhadarc is a bit disheveled in he appearance, with stringy hair and wrinkled clothes. She could be very pretty if she ever took time on her appearance. She is not armed or armored in any way. A close look suggests that she is a Lunar because you can see that she has eyes of a cat; probably her Tell.

Finally, while you do not recognize her from the Deliberative, there is something about her that seems very familiar to you.

Edited my post to react to Rhadarc as well. Plus, if anyone ever needs a translation for the (attempted) use of strine in Ink's dialogue, let me know.

Ink grit her teeth, her irritation with the Zenith and what was without a doubt her bondmate growing by leaps and bounds as the two utterly ignored the actual content of what she was saying in favor of criticizing her tone and slotting her into some pre-conceived prejudice.

Then please fix that?

Then please fix that?

Corrected. Your turn Arynne Arynne .

And Ash never actually said anything about Ink's attitude.

Never said she did. The judgment appeared to have implied, based on choice of words and the tone of the bit before the speech, followed by what seemed like a judging or comparative reaction from Isilme, when--in Ink's opinion--comment on what she said was unnecessary in general, and not something it was Ash's place to chime in on in specific.

Let's all try to remember that we are on the same team here. I don't want to see this game go south because of a few off posts.

I've been real busy the past few days, but I should be able to get a IC post up later today. Don't want you guys to think I have forgotten about the game.

I really don't care for how Isilme's attitude is characterized. But it's the internet and misconceptions between what someone intends and what someone reads is a common pitfall. Best that we all just move on with the game.

Upon reflection, it doesn't really matter what I'd prefer. Ink's thoughts are hers and I don't have a need for other people to rewrite their character's perception of events to match mine. Having reread my posts, I'm genuinely at a loss of how the Eclipse would have that perception but it doesn't matter. Ink certainly gave me a lot of words and actions to react it, and that's very useful for setting up a post. So thank you for that. :)

I'm happy for all of us to just move forward.

Yep. I just had a busy day with the family, and I should be able to start off tonight.

It's First Age thinking for you. Terrestrial Exalts were secondary in importance to everyone else.

Including mortals, since any mortal might go POP and get a Celestial Exaltation out of the blue. However, I bet the Terrestrials told themselves a different story...

If it is done in an orderly manner, it will take weeks to move everyone inside. Alternatively, you can speed things up a bit and go more quickly, right up to a 'grab everything you can and run' system.

What do you guys wish to do?

This sounds like a job for....BUREAUCRACY CHARMS!

EDIT:

Sherwood Sherwood

Specifically, Speed the Wheels would speed up the process by a factor of 7. (Essence+1) It'd shift it to taking days instead.
