Well I was playing my guitar and I jumped off my bed cause I wanted to do a cool Rockstar move and well I felt it as soon as I landed.

Tearing your stiches is really really painful. It hurts a ton even when it's pretty minor.
Hopefully they can get it closed up and give you some extra pain medication quickly.
