Yeah that plays into more why Ev' never asked him out. He's really smart, hard-working and wanting to go to college like that. But if he does go to college, who knows where it'll be. Might be on the other side of the country and then... Well then what?
Ev' herself is also like a straight A student, or near-to for similar reasons as a result, focusing a lot on her school work so she can get into college though it'll be minimum a year after Hunter would probably go.

See it works out great as to why they just haven’t yet! They both like each other but they also know given their situation they basically have to work twice as hard as normal kids not to become a statistic of some kind so they have just applied themselves a lot and never confessed their feelings.

It's almost like we planned it. I just wish that we did now..
But yeah I don't have any plans right now to get Ev' into a relationship, but I wouldn't be opposed either if it happened at some point much further down the line.

Though again, the idea of Nathan starting to play matchmaker asking questions of what both like, ect and then telling Hunter is adorable.

Like obviously Nathan is actually worried about Felix and wants him to take easy but it’s also partially a selfish desire to take care of Felix

Maybe a little bit.. but hes not gonna say it in a really mean way or nothing just as an attention grabber.
Besides Nathan isnt convinced that its “not that bad” when every time Felix says something like that he winces in pain pretty much.

I dont think im going overboard with Nathan in this scene but maybe i am.

Oh no I think it totally makes sense for Nathan! He's naturally a worried person, and the person he has a crush on is hurt, not resting, nor wanting to be helped.

Obviously though just Felix isn't the kind of kid who does 'sit around and do nothing' well. So it's a difficult battle.

KaiMedia the thing is as Nathan gonna end up finding out. Felix doesn't want Nathan to take care of him not only because he want's to be the tough guy - but because he doesn't want to ruin the party for Nathan. He knows he can't do what he wants to now, that he's def gonna have to sit around and rest for a bit and that's hard for him! He want's to take part in everything and assumes Nathan would too.

He doesn't want his friend stuck on the bench and bored because he made a dumb mistake.
Hence why he keeps trying to make Nathan laugh, keep making jokes. He doesn't want to ruin the party. He wants Nathan to have fun and not just be this serious worry-mess.
