Max gave a heavy sigh and nodded a bit "I was 17 when I had you....it was right after Aaron died. He was good to me too, made me happy. I know Coco is a good father, I just never wanted you to live with the thought of he might not come back after this run, then who would you have? He has no other family, neither do I."

Jack tensed up and glared at Potter frowning more "One night.....but only one night." He muttered taking a deep breath as he tried to calm himself down while Potter left the room in a much chipper mood

She frowned some. “I’d have EZ and Angel... and Chucky too.” She told her. “And Gilly would look after me... I have family besides Coco.” She told her frowning. “He misses you.”

Carmen frowned rubbing his shoulders gently. “When this is all over, you and me are going on holiday, I don’t care where I don’t care how long but we are gonna go find a beach somewhere and a resort and we’re gonna have cocktails by the pool.... well... you will and I’ll carry your drink ass up to our hotel room.” She smiled in between cheek kisses.

Max frowned more and sighed heavily nodding some "I miss him too....but I don't know if I can let this one go Letty." She whispered watching her daughter some "I want to be in your life though, I want to be there for you." She murmured softly taking her hand in hers

Jack nodded some and moved to kiss her gently "Yes yes and yes to all of that." He murmured stroking her cheek gently

She frowned some. “Please... give him another shot... he’s fucking miserable again.” She muttered frowning and looking exactly like him for a moment.

She smiled some and kissed his cheek. “I love you Jack.... I’m gonna go home... await my instructions.” She smiled and kissed him once more, heading out and going home to get some cleaning done and get a nap in.

Max sighed heavily giving a small nod "I'll think about it.." she said pulling her hair into a messy bun "I will talk with him okay? Would you like something to eat?" She asked not wanting to say goodbye to her daughter

Jack nodded some and kissed her gently "I'll be home as soon as I can." He murmured stroking her cheek before she left and he made sure to open the door for her on her way out

She shook her head. “No, I ate on the way here..” she paused though hearing someone banging on the front door before hearing cocos voice on the other side begging max to give him a chance to talk to her. “I didn’t tell him to come here.” She said putting her hands up in defence.

Carmen smiled when he got in that evening and kissed his cheek. “Hey handsome, nice to see potter let you leave on time now we’ve agreed to his plan.” She laughed some.

Max gave a small nod but frowned when she heard Coco at the door. She turned to look at Letty and gave a heavy sigh as she got up to go open it. As she did she glared at him some shaking her head "What do you need Coco?"

Jack smiled some and gave a small nod "Appears so, I still don't like it though." He muttered holding her close to him and kissing her repeatedly

She frowned, holding him closer, "Hey, it's gonna be just fine. Promise." She murmured to him, cupping his face and kissed his nose, "You married a chicana... I hold my own, in your world... and the one I left behind... I promise I will be safe." She murmured to him, "Don't give yourself grey hairs over it." She murmured, "And I've been thinking... The cheque I get from this... I say we put it towards starting our family." She suggested sftly.

Coco frowned looking at her, "God even when you're mad at me you're the most beautiful woman I've ever kno-" He got cut off as she slapped him but frowned some "My bad... I'm sorry... I never did anything to hurt you. Why would I do that? Hurt the woman I love on purpose? I've made mistakes, I know I've made a lot of 'em but I know that when I'm with you... When I have you with me, life is just that much better." He murmured, "I see a future, I see something to look forward to... Everything is better cause I got you to come home to.... I forgot how much I missed that and I don't wanna lose it again."He told her quickly.

Jack gave a heavy sigh but smiled some and gave a nod "I know you can babe, I just don't trust these guys. Potter included." he murmured his face lighting up like a Christmas tree when she mentioned starting a family "A family? You really want to start one?" he asked happily spinning her around some holding her tight "Oh I love you! I love you! I love you!"

Max glared at him some and slapped him hard across the face shaking her head some. She listened to him and took a deep breath watching him some "Even after 16 years you still know how to sweet talk me right." she said softly pulling him in by his shirt and kissing him lovingly getting so lost and caught up in the moment with him that she had completely forgot about Letty being in there

Carmen smiled, holding onto his shoulders and nodded, "I think it's time we start." She murmured to him, holding him to her, "I love you too baby." She murmured and kissed him again, getting him to put her down so she could go get a drink.

He chuckled quetly, "I don't say it just to get you back... I say it cause I mean it beautiful." He murmured, kissing her back before pulling away and looking over at Letty standing awkwardly in the lounge, "Oh god, I didn't know she was here... Hey there's a party at the club tomorrow night... I want you there with me... Letcia, the food is free, or you can stay home and order pizza." He told her with a shrug.

Jack smiled happily and followed her to the kitchen holding her from behind "You be careful though alright? No wires....I'll talk with Potter but this needs to be as clean as we can make it." he murmured softly

Max blushed some and gave a small nod "Right she came by to meet me." she said softly biting her lip at the thought of a party giving a small nod "Yeah I'm down for that." she said watching Letty nod happily as well

She bit down on her lip, smiling some, "Yes ... Daddy." She purred, leaning into his arms some, setting her glass on the counter.

He smiled some, pulling Max into his arms, "No more secrets." He promised her softly, pecking her cheek and walked further into her apartment to go use the restroom.

Jack groaned and pressed himself to her "Mmmm you know what that does to me when you call me that." he growled in her ear before nipping at it

Max gave a small nod and closed the door smiling some at Letty "So I'm guessing you don't call Coco dad....if um..if you don't feel comfortable calling me mom just call me Max." she said softly

She smiled some, tilting her head back and kissed along his jawline, "Call you what Daddy?" She purred again, yelping as he lifted her over his shoulder .... She lay next to him when they were done, rolling in closer and kissed up his chest to under his chin, "I love you Jack." She murmured quietly, resting her head into the crook of his neck.

He smiled as he came out and watched Letty leaving to go home, walking over to Max and smiled, "Mmm... Just us then?" He smiled and kissed her gently, "Your bed or the couch tonight?" He asked her quietly, his hands carressing her hips

Jack panted softly and smiled more at her cuddling close "I love you too Sugar. Very very much." He murmured stroking her cheek gently "You are something else you know that?"

Max said goodbye to Letty and smiled at Coco smirking some "Mmm bed room, couch was annoying last time." She said laughing lightly before taking his hand and leading him to her room

Carmen smiled and blushed at him, "Mm... so you keep telling me," She murmured, "I'll tell you what I definitely am though.... Property of Mr. Jack Daniels." She winked at him, biting the tip of his nose gently before laying back down and held onto him, "It's gonna be a long day tomorrow... WE should get some rest." She murmured yawning some.

He smiled some, kicking his shoes off and stripped off with her til he was laying under her covers and keeping her in close to his side, "No more back and forth mami.... This is it. If we can't make this work... If we can't be happy together, then I guess that's it, but I swear to you now I will do everything it takes to make sure you are the happiest woman on this planet." He murmured, smiling at her and kissed her softly.

Max smiled softly at him and kissed him gently nodding some "And I will make sure you are the happiest man in the world, and I will be the best old lady." She said softly stroking his cheek some as she stared at him

Jack smirked some and nodded winkimg at her "You know it sugar." He said kissing her cheek gently before he started to fall asleep

She woke up early in the morning and curled up into his arms, enjoying the quiet, "You're gonna be in the van tonight. On surveillance yeah?" She murmured quietly once she was sure he was awake, feeling his mustache tickle the back of her neck.

He got up late to the smell of coffee and headed into her kitchen, slipping his arms around her from behind "Morning... I gotta go into the club but I'll pick you up around eight okay?" He mumrured, kissing the top of her head.

Max woke up early and went to the kitchen to make a quick breakfast for the two of them sighing happily. She leaned into him some "Mmm you better drink some coffee and eat some of this food before you leave here." She said softly

Jack smiled happily in his sleep nuzzling his face in her neck gently "Mmm yeah I will be there." He murmured kissing the back of her head repeatedly

She smiled some, "You still asleep?" She gigggled, smiling as she felt him nod, rolling over to face him, "You're gonna be late if you go back to sleep though baby... Mabe if you're good I'll let you shower with me after tonight?" She teased, pecking his cheek and getting up to go get ready for the day.

He smiled some and pecked her cheek, "Yes ma'am." He murmured, grabbing some coffee in the mug he'd picked up and pulled a waffle onto his plate, "You gotta get Letty to make you some of her french toast.... She's great with food." He told her

Max smiled some and sat down to eat with him "Oh yeah? Well I'm hoping to be in her life more now." She said softly to him before she started to eat her food as well

Jack sighed and groaned some "Oh fine I'll get up." He murmured kissing her quick before he got up and went to get ready for the day

Carmen smiled and watched him head out the door while she was still getting dressed, shaking her head a little. She was definitely nervous about how tonight was going to to but she knew Jack would be there and as Potter said, Angel wouldn't lay a finger on her with what Potter was holding over him and his brother.

Coco smiled some, "You both deserve it." He murmured to her, checking his phone and groaning some seeing the text from Angel that Bishop wanted to see everyone, pecking her cheek, 'I gotta run, I'll see you later okay? Love you." He murmured, pecking her cheek and rushed out.

Max smiled softly at him and nodded "See you later babe, love you too." She murmured before she started cleaning up the dishes

Jack got to work and sighed heavily looking at Potter in his office "What?: he muttered already fed up with this guy and his ways of doing things

"Oh, I just wanted to ask... is your hesitance about letting your wife go in to the club based on your worry she'll go back to them, choosing them over you?" He asked him frowning some, "Because if so I may have to keep you here tonight instead of letting you be on surveillance." He told him.

Coco got to the club earlier than usual seeing as Max lived closer and walked over to Angel, "How you doing?" he muttered to him frowning some. He looked like hell still from the other night. He knew Carmen would always be the one that got away for Angel

Angel frowned some taking a deep breath "How could she come back here? After what she fucking did....after what I did for her?" He muttered sighing heavily as he took a drag from his cigarette "I know I was a piece of shit but....I don't even know anymore."

Jack frowned more and glared at Potter "I have full faith and trust in my wife. I cannot say the same for that club and what they might do to her if they ever found out she was a rat."
