Devil fruit/skill: He doesn't have any devil fruits, instead what got him noticed is his strength and cunning wit. He has a strong crew that is very loyal to him. None of them have devil fruits either, but you shouldn't underestimate his main five crew mates.

Here he became use to seeing risks being taken, and though many lost he was always moved by those who were rewarded for their risks.
As time moved on simply betting a few poker chips weren't enough for him. He wanted more...more risks, more fun, more adventure. Deciding to take a gamble at the age of 18 he left home and started his own pirate crew. After a few months he had gained a very loyal and powerful crew. This group went on adventure after adventure taking many risks and almost always being rewarded for it.
After many travels he was approached with the offer to become a warlord. Even though he was on a winning streak he decided to make a safe call and to take a break from extreme risks.... At least for now. He may be a warlord, but only half the time does he bother to listen to the marines...and that's only if you win a gamble against him.

Obito is a close opposite of Kibto. He is loud, outgoing and is always trying to case a bit of trouble. He is friendly as well, just don't piss him off or hurt his brother and you are fine in his books.... Unless you are boring with a capital B.
Though he may seem very friendly and happy go lucky, if you get on his bad side he will instantly turn sadistic. He doesn't believe in a quickly kill and loves to utterly torment anyone that pisses him off. He can often be considered crazy as he does random things quite often.
Role: Co captains of the Earths Reckoning. Emperor of the sea.

- Has eaten the thunder bird fruit (a lot like the phoenix but instead of fire it is lightning)

Sadly this expedition was cut short when Numo was informed that his mother was very ill, and dying. Numo was angered, and set off into the wilderness and came across a band of pirates While talking to them Numo grew interest in the pirate life. So he left home joined the pirates and found a devil fruit. And the rest is yet to be told!

Appearance: L.G is a Great White Shark fishman, making his skin gray everywhere except on the stomach, which is white, and the skin is rough and sharp like sandpaper, but much worse. He has a large shark fin on his back, two holes on the fin. He has muscular, powerful arms and legs, and his chest is very powerful and muscular as well, two scars making an X from his two pecs to his hip. He wears a floral black and gold button shirt, and wears Bahama shorts and sandals. He has white, short hair, and his mouth are a deadly set of large sharp teeth that has ripped up several ships and people. He has powerful claw like fingers that are almost as tough as diamonds.

Role: Captain of the Deep Sea Pirates. One of the Four Emperors

He has mastered all three forms of Haki, and L.G can talk to all ocean animals. Being a fishman, his body is much stronger than a humans, and he can swim at top speeds. He can breathe underwater, and his sense of smell for blood can reach thousands of miles.
Background: L.G was born on a fishman pirate ship and has been a pirate ever since he was born. His mother and father were both pirates until they were both killed, and L.G was adopted by his father's best friend. Being trained by him, L.G grew to become a feared fishman pirate, until he was old enough to sail on his own and create his own pirate crew. While assembling his crew, he was known in the world as one of the eleven supernovas, until he wasn't a rookie anorexia with a powerful crew. He was known to be one of the first captains to have a crew assembled of humans and fishmen. He was a warlord until he was given position of one of the emperors of the New World, and this is where he is today. He is famously known as one of the most feared pirates in the sea, with his powerful crew.

Appearance: Gilby is a blue whale fishman, so he is pretty large. He has deep blue skin and has a large tail that he uses for swimming and combat.
Personality: Gilby is a kind-hearted fishman, and very clumsy. He is also not the brightest, but his loyalty and strength got him a spot on the crew.
Role: Navigator
Devil Fruit/Skills: Gilby does not have a devil fruit. He uses his spout to fire condensed blasts of sea water and his tail in combat. He is a very good swimmer and can dive deep under water for a surprise attack.

He uses his spines by launching them at people, and he is also able to use camoflauge, able to blend into his surroundings. This is not invincibility and careful inspection of the battlefield will give away his position.

Regardless, he demonstrates respect for his superiors and follows orders even if he doesn't agree, this may be in part to his need for tidiness and organizational skill.

His parents always made sure he had fun and had whatever he wanted including themselves always giving him the attention he deserved as parents they were number one, he met many people who taught him many things as a child and even gave him many souvenirs from there adventures. He grew to be a huge a**hole and a spoiled brat. Nothing truly impactful happened in his life until a group of pirates entered the hotel speaking of a treasure called the 'One Piece' this interested Taka something that he didn't have but could achieve with hard work and dedication he believed it could be fun, from that point onward he strive to get stronger, he received training from the usual pirates that entered most had little skill but it was much more than enough for Taka to learn. Reaching his teens Taka had become a okay fighter and less cute the usual treatment he received vanished over night so he became more social learning how people acted and reacted to people and events. Though most people took his charismatics nature as the truth while others like his parent lived with him and knew he was a devil child that they created but could not kill he was dissolving into his illness. He soon realized that his parents were really protecting him but he refused to fall victim to guilt and continued with his ways though his parents continued spoiling him and feeding him medicine that would halt the disease but he was already in critical condition his body was failing and he needed to live and find the one piece. He continued his training but he wasn't capable of getting stronger and his only option was to get professional help in other words he joined the marines but in honor of his island and all of it's caretaker who treated him like prince he got markings around his mouth to symbolize for him to not bite the hand that feeds you. Being 15 and weak he was looked down upon but the instructors gave him extra time to train which mainly involved haki which helped him see and hear wait out his natural senses. He continued this training knowing that his growth has surpassed his peers after two years but not for long his health wavered and all his progress was lost meaning that even with a promotion he wasn't taken all that serious by the marines, this pissed him off and to gain some respect he targeted an island by the name of Calan to rule over as he believed he should.

He turned a bunch of pirates into marines that still act in justice under the marines, now fleet admiral he keeps the marines in check.
