Right, compression and the like, as well as some thinking, has brought me to Ferra 'Feral' McKlinnan. Having lived her youth as a slave, Ferra joined the Navy shortly after escaping captivity. She led a short, yet highly successful Navy career and became a renowned crackshot and sharpshooter. About four days after gaining command of her own vessel, Ferra threw it all away when she learned her superior was actually a very clever slave trader that used bribes and the Navy vessels to transport his 'merchandise'.


Slaughtering everyone that had been aboard, Ferra earned the name 'Feral' when it came to light that she'd gone so far into a rage she'd resorted to the use of her bare hands and teeth to finish her work after running out of available weapons. When her vessel finally drifted into port, its wood and sails were stained red with the blood of those who had thought human lives were a marketable item. The slaves had all left on the few liferafts, and Ferra, while having waited to serve her message, fled soon after.


She now has a large bounty on her courtesy of the Navy, who have labelled her a traitor.

Carries a sword, a Flintlock .44 Calibre Revolver and a custom high calibre, three shot cylinder, revolver rifle.

Ferra holds to her own strict honour and moral code that very specifically leave some certain types of people at a loss for mercy or kindness. A fierce fighter and strong willed individual, she very rarely opts to give up and can find herself dealing in absolutes more easily than she'd care to admit. Her goal is to take her share of the grand treasure and use it to fund a campaign to bring an end to slavery as a whole.


Ferra also strongly believes that while aiding people is often a must, it is better for them to receive small aid and find their will independently than to actually fully intervene, believing that it holds better for a long term solution, and also because she fought her own way to freedom and believes it has done well for her.
