honeycoves That's an awesome question lol. Um, let's make it a catchy four-line stanza with rhymes that means absolutely nothing like a prophecy from the Percy Jackson oracle lmao. I guess the prophecy ought to allude to the tested skills and the nature of the challenge itself? The four skills in this one are strength, endurance, Transfiguration, and openness, and I think we agreed that the actual challenge would be an obstacle course that requires one to use brute force or Transfigure oneself to become more adaptable to the terrain, and those with alliances are likely to advance further in situations where multiple Transfigurations are required. If you want to move this to PM, feel free to hit me up! We might be planning the prophecy's exact wording for a minute.

I apologize for the delay, Azura’s post is being worked on now and will likely be up in the morning. It has literally murdered my soul putting off her post because I love her so much. I’ve been sick the past two days so again I am so sorry and I did not intend to hold anyone up. As I am writing her post is there anyone who would want her to interact with them?

Gavy - Aviation Cocktail or Pineapple Upside-down Shot
Naomi - Peach Violet Empress Gin Sour or Cotton Candy Mimosa
Einar - Man has his flask and that’s all he needs
Auri - The Secondhand Lion or Bee Sting
Azura - If she is at a bar she will usually order a nice red wine like a fine Cabernet Sauvignon or a red Zinfandel. If she is making her own drink tho she makes a DAMN good old fashion with several ingredients she made herself. As a potions master you know she is also quite skilled at crafting cocktails.

Working on Theo as we speak, Captain

Theo drinks bourbon (preferably Angel's Envy) on the rocks with an orange peel if he's feeling extra pretentious

Kiara does not usually drink, mostly because it exacerbates her POTS, but also because she's a total lightweight and almost always embarrasses herself, so she's definitely the type to discreetly order a Shirley Temple and hope everybody just assumes it's some fruity cocktail.

Okay, this is another weird question from the village idiot...been thinking a lot about Soul Eater lately.

If your character could turn into a weapon what kind of weapon would they be? Also what other character would they want to be their meister (aka the person who wields the weapon)?

I SWEAR I am working on Theo and he is like 3/4 done but one of my clients had a hearing in court scheduled for today, which got moved up to yesterday because the Judge had a family emergency so I got interrupted and work has been HELL. Patience is so so so appreciated

LOL this is the whackiest question I've heard by far, I love it!

Sigurd - A hammer. Takes time to line up the hit, but one is all you need to put someone outta commission or close to it. Theo could put him to good use with those muscles of his!

Darweshi - A bladed fan, Kitana from Mortal Kombat style! Not only can you slice your enemies, you can keep cool as well! I can see Auri putting him to good use. It would take time to master the weapon since it lacks in the defensive department, but he has faith in his student figuring him out!

Altair - Altair would definitely be a pair of brass knuckles, wielded by none other than Anglique! That way, she would have to hold him in her hands for extended periods of time ! Serious answer, boomerang! The flying eagle gets to spend even more time in the air! As for the wielder, I say Vasu. He seems like the type of person with good aim (especially with that stunt of his he just pulled!).

In answer to Sanc's question, Vasu would take a page out of Einar's book and want to be a battle ax, something heavy and sharp and brutal that tears enemies apart. He'd choose Chitrita as wielder, because this kid is over the moon to impress her.

Cha-Cha would choose to be a crowbar, because then not only can he bash skulls in, but he can also loot his foes. Thieves prosper! He would choose Kaz as the wielder cuz Kaz is a homie.

Forgive me if this has already been clarified or if I just didn’t see (I still don’t get notifications for this thread despite my most strenuous efforts) did we explain what happened to Raphael and why he's no longer serving as champion or what the plan is for the Beuxbatons team in the meantime?? Just want to have some context for Kiara's post.

Also - What are your characters dressing up as for Halloween?? (again forgive me if this question has already been asked)

WanderLust. Raphael hasn't been expelled or anything (yet lmao), and he's currently still the Beauxbatons Champion. However, he's going to miss the first challenge, like he sleeps through it, or more true to character, he's in the dining hall, and so Naomi will step up to replace him for that first challenge. Perhaps indefinitely for the future if we don't get a new RPer to fill the role.
