not much! sasha and zuri (new characters from thunder) have made starting posts, as well as ricardo (captain's new character) and kaz (neptune's professor character). everything else is people responding to each other

- starting posts from zuri, sasha, ricardo and kaz
- cosmo, raph and ramona are talking
- ricardo and naomi are about to enter the room with vasu and lanre in it
- kaz is talking with einar and amity
- i will be replying with lanre after other people have time to get up replies

thundercloud611 Welcome to our Wizarding World family! You haven't missed much; so far on the RP thread, the characters have recently boarded the train to the first school on the travel schedule, Ilvermorny, and are idly socializing in various compartments. So far the groups are Cosmo, Raphael, Gavy, Kiara, and Ramona in one car; Lis and Aurelia in another; Cha-Cha and Clara in a third; Vasu, Lanre, Naomi, and Ricky; and the group of professors consisting of Einar, Amity, and Kaz. Feel free to toss your babes in wherever you'd like! I don't think anyone has any real serious plots going on at this time and the characters are just getting to know one another on the surface level. For most of them, they're meeting for the first time.

Since I posted this the only new development is that thundercloud611 posted with their characters. Sasha is currently wandering the train alone, and Zuri is in Aurelia and Lis's car.

I will be trying to get posts up with Theo and Kiara by this weekend, trying to read through all the posts so I can find a good spot for Theo to pop in

Side note: (besides sanctuary cuz obviously) has anyone been watching the new Percy Jackson series on Disney+ ?? I’m obsessed

I haven't watched it yet because I'm rewatching Demon Slayer even though I've already seen it too many times to be healthy, but the new PJO series is on my list!

On that note, I got a question for y'all! Who would be your character's Greek god parent in the PJO universe???

oh man, i dont know! im struggling the most with the twins because cosmo would be perfect in ares' cabin but clara is way more suited for hades. lanre's parent would be apollo or dionysus and amity's parent would be demeter probably

its been a long time since ive read any of the percy jackson books so all of this is from memory and may be a little off lol

Theo has gotta be a cross between Ares and Hades, though if I had to pick one I’d lean more towards Hades.

Kiara is a bit tougher, I surfed through a lot of the archetypes for demigod children and think she’s most similar to a daughter of Athena but definitely lacks the maturity and discipline that most of her siblings would have.

Posted with Vasu! In answer to my question, Vasu would be a son of Zeus cuz he likes power and the spotlight and things that go boom. Cha-Cha is more difficult to place, but I'm gonna go with Hecate, though I was tempted to say Morpheus too.

I'm a relatively new professor, so my voice matters very little in administrative decisions. Actually, my first, second, and third-choice candidates were all rejected. Thank you! He has always had stress issues but lately he has been making himself sick because he gets so stressed. We try not to take him on long trips anymore because of it but had to this past week. I also get suuuuuper protective whenever he shows he is feeling off. What kind of dog do you have?

ugh i feel that. i have a golden retriever and a corgi! the goldie is the one who gets sick on car rides and my corgi is the one who instigated eating all the chocolate in my stocking on christmas eve lol. both of mine are pretty young, what kind of dog is yours and how old is he?

I have a six year old standard poodle! He is my best boy who is the biggest bed hog and demands a turkey tax whenever I make a sandwich. That dog will FLY down the stairs to get some turkey haha! I love corgies and goldens! I actually used to work with a corgi and golden mix named Biscoff who was such a sweetie!

Also, are you guys feeling content with the train ride yet? Is it time to move on to the Opening Ceremony soon?
