You haven't missed much; so far on the RP thread, the characters have recently boarded the train to the first school on the travel schedule, Ilvermorny, and are idly socializing in various compartments. So far the groups are Cosmo, Raphael, Gavy, Kiara, and Ramona in one car; Lis and Aurelia in another; Cha-Cha and Clara in a third; Vasu, Lanre, Naomi, and Ricky; and the group of professors consisting of Einar, Amity, and Kaz. Feel free to toss your babes in wherever you'd like! I don't think anyone has any real serious plots going on at this time and the characters are just getting to know one another on the surface level. For most of them, they're meeting for the first time.

irregular-neptune irregular-neptune Please forgive this belated af response, but I love your idea of Cha-Cha and Kaz having been Quidditch rivals! Probably only for one year due to the age gap between them, as Kaz's last year playing likely would have been Cha-Cha's first. Would Kaz have ever been the captain of the Black Court Quidditch team? If so, I have a headcanon of Cha-Cha mockingly calling him "Cap" nowadays, even though he was playing for the Red Court.

Thank you! I focused on reading up on the characters instead of the whereabouts of everyone so it's nice to know where they are

If anyone wants to figure stuff out with either of my girls I'm all ears. Aviator Aviator are you okay with Sasha once upon a time having a little crush on Vasu before the start of the roleplay? I think that is the only thing that involved another character that I put on both Sasha and Zuri. I wanted her to be as close to a cheerleader or dancer as possible and the next closest thing I thought of when I was filling out the forms was Sasha being a commenter on the games at school. She likes the sport but doesn't play and got to watch a lot of his games from doing that

Vasu has never been in a relationship before or even experienced romantic attraction, so unless Sasha directly told him (which I don't imagine she would), he'd likely be oblivious to her crush. Something of import that Sanctuaryforall1 Sanctuaryforall1 and I plotted is that, at the end of last school year, Beauxbatons' Papillonisse team and Koldovstoretz's Red Court competed in the collegiate Quidditch finals (and I guess Raphael would have been there too captaindanger captaindanger ), so Sasha could have been their commentator for that assuming it was a home game for Koldovstoretz! (Beauxbatons won btw.) Also I'm imagining Sasha giving Vasu a gummy, and he's never gotten high before, but he drinks all the time, and he goes frigging crazy and paranoid on it, so he'd be aggressive and ready to go x10. He'd prolly pick an unwise fight with the first person to get on his nerves and Sasha has to bail him out lol. He'd make it up to her though, likely by taking her out for drinks on him. Overall, I'd imagine him being kinda mystified by Sasha as this hilariously gregarious force to be reckoned with when she's commentating on games and then going into shy mode and disappearing as soon as it's over. He might make up some lore to tease her, saying that she actually is a Koldovstoretz ghost who only makes herself visible to humans when a Quidditch game is in progress.
 
Sasha never telling Vasu about her crush and him never picking up on it is fantastic. There's no way she has fessed up to him when she hasn't told her friends about it. She doesn't like having attention on her which is why she gets high before games. I don't see her turning him down for drinks after that game but she probably went wild and got a hot chocolate. She is a rule follower who wants to know what the other side of life is like so to speak so it won't last very long once she sees how exciting it is to not be a model student 24/7
 
'she probably went wild and got a hot chocolate' i think clara and vasu will ruin sasha if she's already curious and ends up loving the wild life lol. clara would find a way to make boozy milkshakes and things like that for sasha if she had a theme of liking sweets. i think there was something said about the students playing a game of quidditch for fun(?) so clara would definitely want to see sasha in her element and probably get her hands on gummies for her. clara cant eat gummies to save her life but im guessing sasha would turn down other forms of getting high??

also clara going through a drug dealer era for sasha??
 
Ooh Cha-Cha would crash that Quidditch game fo sure and use that broomstick like a flipping trapeze bar to score a goal just to flex on all the kids who think a prof can't play Quidditch anymore. And then he'd apologize to Vasu who's the Keeper for the other team like, "Please forgive me for using an advanced tactic! I see it was clearly out of a kid's league to defend against. But no worries, you'll improve at the game with experience!" :horns:
 
I can see Raphael rubbing their win in Vasu's face once he remembers that they were both at that game lol. If that's the case then maybe Sasha and Raph might be on friendly terms? He may have gone out of his way to tell her he thought she was hilarious after their game

If Zuri is strong then she can help Clara kick his butt. I don't have a lot going on with Ricardo either so he's open for plotting too!
 
im imagining cha-cha swooping in and stealing points for his team at the last second and i can only imagine how pissed those students who thought he was too old to play are. i bet with there being five(?) seekers in the group that people have to switch from their regular positions to play and cha-cha excitedly jumps in to offer to help balance out the numbers on each team. i need cosmo to be mean to clara that morning and as a result he gets whooped on the fields

thunder do you think zuri and clara would get along at all? i could see them potentially sharing banter here and there!
 
Zuri and Clara might be friends but there may be a rocky start for them. Zuri is intense and treats everything like it's super important. Clara's form makes her look like she is carefree and for that they might have friction. Over time they might do better and it's a collab I would love to see. At worst they can say their witty one liners. I think anyone would be a fool to make either girl an enemy

If you want Aurelia and Zuri to have an established history together from their years at school I'm listening Sanctuaryforall1 Sanctuaryforall1 Zuri might look up to her strength and power. She knows the burden that comes with responsibility and would be impressed at how composed Aurelia is with being an heir to the island

Zuri likes to fight but won't do it without reason. Raphael will have to bother her a ton for her to unleash on him. She is more the type to cheer Clara on as she does it for the both of them

Sasha on the other hand is nice to everyone if they are nice to her. Already I think she would think Clara is pretty and charismatic and be more willing to fall for any tricks she might pull. If she and Vasu asked her to drink with them she might do it with both of them. At least more than she would if it were only one of them asking. And hey she does need a drug dealer lol

Raphael and Sasha would make cute friends. I was trying to catch up on this and I think I read somewhere that he likes one of the girls in the "chaos squad"? She is big on romance and big gestures and would try to coach him to do all of the nice boy gestures if she thought he would blow it from being ignorant to what girls want. Like teaching him to hold open doors and to get her flowers before their date

Does everyone hate Ricardo? His form looks chill but I read he's mean to Clara and that someone will steal his kneecaps. But it doesn't say why. If it is between them and doesn't include anyone else I think Zuri and Ricardo would be an amusing pair of friends. She won't be friends with anyone who has a black heart
 
i love a good enemies to friends so if you dont think theyd get along im cool with it!! everyone at clara's school actually hates her or is scared of her so it goes along well with who she is lol. she wants friends but doesnt make them easily because she doesnt trust people. she values intelligence (she herself is smart) but also doesnt like to see it in others because if/when she has to backstab them if theyre smart they can see her tricks. so zuri being a genius might rub clara the wrong way at first but in the end she would love talking to her. i kind of want them to duel for fun. like they get out of class and are bonding over something they both like and are like 'hey we both love fighting, wanna kill time before dinner?'
also this doesnt really fit in anywhere but i got major annabeth chase vibes from her form and i LOVE that

clara is made worse with an audience so sasha better watch out LOL. one on one she may not try to push alcohol on her too much but vasu is very similar to her and theyre probably the worst two to have together for anything outside of academics. she has a lot of fun with him and he loves to get people drunk so she would totally keep those vibes going if he was trying to convince sasha to drink with them. she might get out of it if they are so drunk they are rapping guns and ships from hamilton

omg sasha in the squad!! i think they might be too out there for her at first but i have no doubt about cosmo protecting her from the even worse crazies like clara i wont speak for other characters that arent mine but i cant imagine the rest of them disliking her. they would totally help bring her out of her shell thats for sure

captaindanger captaindanger can correct me if im wrong but i dont think we decided what ricky and clara's beef is yet? we've been messaging a little about it and cant come up with any one thing that makes total sense lol. they were childhood friends but there was bad blood spilled between them and now theyre rivals. cosmo (clara's twin brother) is still close with him though which adds to the drama. honestly they both probably got so caught up in getting even or revenge that its highly possible they dont even know why theyre fighting lmao. the best we got is that when shit went down with her family, ricky didnt support clara and turned his back on her like everyone else, but then by the time he came to his senses the damage was done. i may be wrong though!! thats the last i remember

pearjuice You nailed the explanation you gave. Sasha helping Raph for his first date and trying to help him win over Gavy is adorable! I can see him overwhelming Sasha at times because of how crazy he is personality wise but I think having a calm friend might help him learn a thing or two

I can use Raphael or Ricardo to bring in new characters as well. I see that Sasha is roaming the halls, one of my characters can invite her in. The same applies to other characters that are being dropped in for the first time
