Fantasy No Mortals (Accepting new characters!)

Slowly dropping her barrier, Camira could feel the change in the atmosphere. They'd obviously come to some kind of agreement. Arguing right now was pointless. And she'd be lying if she said she wasn't interested in the woman's (somewhat ungenuine) offer.

"I'll come with you, as long as it's safe," Camira started. "I really would like to know more information. I wonder what other Immortals are like? What's it like farther into the Red Zone..?" she rambled off. If they didn't intend to harm her she might as well take the opportunity. Her mind wondering, Camira stared at the ground again and finally realized.

"Grass! That's its name!" Camira said aloud, not paying attention to the situation at hand.

@Rurnur @Petroshka

Grass? Thats a unusual name for someone with air powers, she probably thought of it on the fly. "Well grass!" Acantha put her arm over Grass's shoulder. "We're gonna teach you about what you want to know! Just, not with them." She pointed at the scary group infront of the two winking. "You're lucky i came here when i did" she whispered to grass but attempting not to move her mouth.

"No, I-" Camira put her hand to her head thinking about how to phrase herself. "My name's Pan... Pandora." She decided, happy with her decision. Paying attention wasn't one of her strong suits, Cam realized shaking her head. If she was gonna do any good in these games they'd mentioned she'd have to fix that.

@Petroshka

Otrov sighed and holstered his pistol, folding his arms in front of him and watched Acantha's display briefly, before looking back at his squadron. "I suppose I'll leave you two alone then." He looked back at the Immortal girl curiously, before saying "Good luck." quite sternly. He stood for a moment, wondering if this was truly the correct course of action. Now that he had to explain this to his team, he began to regret his decision. "Well, it's not like I can completely ignore the mission." He waved at his team as a sortof 'Hold on a moment' before heading inside the abandoned ship, starting it up and doing some checks to see whether or not it would fly, so far, everything seemed to be in decent working order.

"Hope you dont get motion sick!" Acantha yelled aloud as she threw a string up to her ship. She put her arm around her new friend that wisely decided on a better name, Pandora. And pulled the both of them up. "Sorry i didnt catch that, dear Otrov!" She said in a much more cheerful manor than she has preciously displayed. As they nearly reached the ship her eyebrow started twitching. she turned on a little radio in her ear. "Oohhh Cat, can you be so kind as to stop playing with the ships door?"

"Thanks." Pan replied, watching Otrov walk inside. Before she could get one last good look at the intriguing little ship, her and the white-haired woman were being pulled towards another spacecraft. Pandora couldn't help but wander if this ship was any similar to the one she'd known half her short life. Was that map on here too? Was it commonplace to track those yellow dots (which she now realized she was one of) or was that exclusive to the small abandoned one? She hoped she'd learn all that now.

After successfully starting up the abandoned ship, Otrov climbed back out and headed to his squad. "Well, I hope you're all willing to go against protocol, for a good cause." He sighed before explaining the situation to his squad members, slightly dangerous, but worthwhile in the long run, at least he hoped so. In the end, he could always explain the situation as "self-defence", though, it wasn't a good habit to have excuses prepared in the first place. Infiltrating a large gathering of Immortals was an incredibly ambitious act, but he had the utmost faith in his team members, and wasn't ready to underestimate Acantha, either.

A few minutes later, Otrov was piloting the abandoned craft, leaving Esther and the others in charge of piloting his own. He had ascended up in the sky with Acantha's ship, prepared to follow behind her to this "Tournament", while the rest of his team trailed behind him.

@Petroshka

As the fight picked up, Loex shuddered again, picking at the sleeves of his outfit. "Pyre, I'll give you another five minutes before I have Itov here take off. Heh, I'm not getting caught up in this fight. If you were smart, neither would you." He turned to look at Husky and nod. "G'day, I'd suggest telling me your power if you expect a ride on my ship. Heh, it's merely polite. I need to know about potential damages you may cause. This is still a prototype for my people, so all weaknesses must be noted." He spoke softly, calmly. He wasn't asking. This wasn't an order. This was a demand. Either answer or back off. "Also sure, go ahead and fly beside the ship. Just try not to mess with the ship. I have a feeling I may need it soon. Life or death." Honestly, too much was happening way too quickly. Group of immortals, something that felt immortal energy-wise but was slightly different, what appeared to be an immortal attack, and now the Immortal Games? Seriously enough to give him a heart attack...if he had one.

In annoyance to the creepily happy Immortal's persistence, the power on the craft flashed off an on a few times, the engines struggling to stay alive. "Even if I tell you, based on what you've said, how do I know you would not let me on the craft anyway? What if you considered my power too much of a threat?" It was a valid question. The Immortal gave no guarantee that he would let him on the ship even if he had told him his powers. He seemed very careful. Vincent crossed his arms and walked back down onto the planet, frustrated. "If you are truly so worried about my powers, then you shall see them in combat, I am sure. Maybe not against you, but against those whose agenda harms the greater good of the Universe."

Vincent's eyes glowed with power as he spoke. The electricity flowing through his body had slightly picked up speed, causing his eyes to glow. It was something minor that happened when he was annoyed. "Pray that you do not end up on that list,
friend."

Nanautzin again was worried behind the intention of the avatars attack. Why would he throw a wooden sword when the last one broke so easily? Something was different about this sword. Nanautzin decided to go dodge the thrown blade. Nanautzin also realized that this armored form really didn't do anything but make him feel better. It wasn't going to keep any spiritual attack from coming through and at this point it was compromising his mobility. Something he knew he was going to need in this fight. So the viral armor left him, quickly assimilating into the viral membrane on the ground strengthening it and once again that membrane on the ground grew even more.

Nanautzin stomped on the membrane as if preparing for a charge attack. That stomp signaled the membrane on the earth to assimilate the intruder. As such the virus began attaching itself to the avatar starting at the feet. Then Nanautzin pushed forward into his charge attack raising his arm blade high in attack. However at the last moment Nanautzin pivoted himself so he was now to the right of the avatar and swinging to decapitate him.

"Ah, some form of electricity it is then." He chuckled, shaking his head. So easy to play this fool to show it off anyways. Heh, not to mention that passive aggressive mention of him not ending up on his bad side. Heh, too easy to actually counter. Walls of flesh, as horrifying as that sounds, could potentially move the current into the ground. "Well, acquaintance, I'd like to say two things. First, if you didn't want someone to know your energy type, maybe don't have it spark up like a child throwing a tantrum. Secondly, if we were friends, you'd have no problem telling me your powers. Even I told you two my powers, and I currently have more to lose then the both of you." He gestured to Itov, shaking his head. "Prepare for liftoff in two minutes Itov. With or without the youngsters."

"But it's a cool button..." Cat whined, standing up and going back to her usual seat by the window, it took her a moment but she noticed Acantha had brought someone along with her. "Hello, I'm Cat, the space android! The C.A.T model 2976, a pleasure to make your aquaintance!" Cat joked, holding a pale white hand to the one named Pandora. "What's your name?" She asked with a soft smile, happy that she wasn't alone with the equally-white haired woman with the strange aura anymore.

@Petroshka @Sagittarius

Acantha 'gently' threw the both of them in the ship. "Space android C.A.T 2976 please relinquish your control of the cockpit seat" She walked over to the cockpit tapping wildly at the console. "and our next destination. the immortal games!" looking at Pandora. "don't worry you don't have to participate." she winked.

This Virus stuff is getting annoying. I don't know if this avatar will be able to do anything to it. Ugghhhh. Astarot felt as though this fight was going to be long and drawn out, Maybe I should start my back up plan. As the fight continued, The avatar planted several seeds using the native plant life as the carrier, hopefully bringing them elsewhere. His opponent charging at him, at the last moment Nanautzin twisted aiming towards his head. While it had come as a surprise to Astarot, he didn't slack off at all. He contorted his body in a very odd way, spinning and falling to the ground as if he didn't have bones. While he was falling, the sword passing over his head, he used his connection to the ground to pump some of his energy into a plant in the ground and turning into a spike to try to impale his opponent on it, the plant making it through the virus membrane thanks to his energy.

"Hi, I'm Pandora," Pan said shaking the new girl's hand. It was somewhat surprising to meet so many people so quickly, but it was better than being alone on that planet. Looking around, it was obvious that this ship was bigger than the other one. She had nothing against these people (pirates, they'd said?) but she was glad that it wouldn't get crowded. And there were androids here too? Did they fight in the Immortal Games as well? There were too many questions to decide what to ask.

"So are you also a pirate, Cat?" Pan asked. Or should she call her C.A.T.? There was something about the new girl's energy that felt different than anyone she'd met so far.

@Petroshka @Trust

"We aren't pirates... Are we?" Cat directed Acantha's way. "Nice to meet you Pandora, also, Ms. acantha, I do not wish to participate in any 'immortal games', they sound dangerous and pointless" she sighed, tapping gently on the window in boredom. She moved her hand away from the window anf focused for a moment before a small light shot out of her finger. She waved it around, like a lightsaber and made a small "vvvvv" sound with her mouth. "I really wish she would stop stalling and take me to see the grand fleet..." Cat sighed

Nanautzin was surprised to say the least when his opponent began contorting his body to dodge what was supposed to be a decisive blow. Nanautzin jumped back in retreat to think of his next move. Seeing the blade in the air Nanautzin thought for certain that was the avatars move and used his arm blade to block however Nanautzin made a mistake. He didn't think that just as he can cover the ground in a virus that his foe could force the ground through his virus. His became rather painfully obvious to the old immortal as he felt something stab into him from behind. Without saying a word Nanautzin had the membrane already attached to the avatars feet dig into the avatar and infect him body and soul. Starting from the feet the infect would slowly make its way to the heart. Nanautzin knelt down obviously stunned by the blow he received.

"we're not pirates, i know those people, i simply acted as one of them. and we're just going to watch." Acantha explained shrugging. "They like grand fleet tech so they pretty much scour the galaxy for them."

As the avatar started to deteriorate, he lightly smirked and looked at his opponent. "Well, I hadn't expected my first visit to end so terribly. Well maybe next time.~" Astarot's avatar started turning black from the virus "This virus of yours is.. interesting to say the least but.. This isn't over yet." The Avatar poured the rest of his energy into the ground creating a huge amount of smaller plant spikes aimed at Nanautzin. Afterwards the clone started to fall apart, both from the virus and the lack of energy.

Nanautzin covered his vitals and the viral membrane that had covered the earth quickly moved to cover and protect him. It worked for the most the extra layer from the viral membrane was basically an extremely tough extra layer of skin that stopped most of the attacks however Nanautzin looked like a pin cushion with all that sharp plants poking out of him. Nanautzin had protected his vital organs so he wasn't too worried. The virus that moved to protect him already began assimilating the energy and the wood itself. Gorging itself on it in an attempt to heal Nanautzin. The sickly immortal himself grabbed the crumbling immortal by the head and said, " Dont come near my children ever again." With that a viral membrane quickly spread over the avatar and Nanautzin feasted on the shell of the intruder at the very least.

With the threat seemingly gone Nanautzin plopped down and sighed in relief. Maybe his old friend hadn't left yet. Hopefully they would investigate the scene and come get him. This immortal body and soul had taken quite the beating. Nanautzin really didn't feel like moving.

@Baron @Loex Ibetink @Splat @Seraph Darkfire @Noivian @

As the avatar started being absorbed by Nanautzin he grinned. "You're 'children.. huh.. " The avatar crumbled, turning into food for Nanautzin's virus. Thousands of miles away, the seeds which Astarot had planted slowly started to grow, each one with an extremely small amount of Astarot's Energy. These seeds started slowly abosorbing the energy from the planet, it would be several years possibly until they grew up.

Vincent shook his head. He had purposefully used his power, just enough to interfere with the electrical workings of the craft. "Or maybe... I'm just so powerful that merely getting frustrated gives off enough energy to interfere with your ship's electrical workings?" He doubted he'd buy the ploy, but Vincent was not weak, either. Hopefully this would get him to underestimate Vincent's powers and the range of his abilities. While his electrical abilities are strong, his ability with his blade is stronger. The two greatly compliment each other and he is a very formidable opponent in combat.

A few hours later, after all three ships had arrived at the large space station where this "tournament" was supposedly being held, Otrov entered the stadium and spoke with the event planners, requesting if his party could join in the event. It turns out, there was no event, but just an exhibition match that one Immortal didn't show up for. However, a simple exhibition match had drawn in an enormous crowd, and the event planners immediately snatched up this opportunity and set up a full tournament, free for any Immortal to enter. The space station was home to multiple, massive arenas, seemingly made out of scrap metal, but they would suffice for a relatively low-level battle. Eventually, Otrov became tired of the event planners stuttering and over-thinking, he snatched the papers from his hand and declared himself planner of the event. The mortals didn't seem to mind, of course, as they'd still get all the cash they could ask for.

After some time had passed, he heard news that the original participants for the exhibition match had arrived after all, named.. "Crimson" vs.. "Deadmau". Well, this should serve as an interesting appetizer, he thought to himself. Far above the stadium where the fight would take place, he waited for the fighters to arrive.

@overlordfangirl @shadowz1995

The excitement of the mortals in the stands was practically palpable. He found himself smiling from under his scarlet garb at the chance to do battle with this many spectators. Though, if he was being honest, the spectators could be as electric as a lightning bolt, it paled in comparison to Fellos's hopes. He hoped the opponent he was going up against was a worthy challenge. Someone who would push his body and soul further than anyone has ever pushed it before. The wolf man knew he was setting himself up for disappointment by setting his expectations so high but he couldn't stop despite it. No, it didn't matter either way. All he had to do was defeat the enemy that was through these metal gates and hope that they proved a worthy challenge.

The near demon mortal stepped through the huge metal entrance and made his way onto the arena. His eyes took in the vastness of the area and how people cheered called his nickname out like some kind of champion. He had never even been in these parts yet he was being treated like a celebrity. His dominant right hand flew up to the handle of his weapon, becoming alert for any sudden signs of movement. His opponent had yet to walk in from the opposite side of the arena but the warrior's adrenaline and excitement was starting to get the best of him. Fellos whipped the sword out of its sheath as if he was in some kind of immediate danger. Regardless of the outcome, Fellos smiled menacingly at the gate before him that would soon reveal his opponent. He didn't want to wait any longer, as his thirst for souls grew stronger and stronger.

A quick check on his pouches, gloves and guns capabilities and he was ready. A button was pressed and the metal mouth closed itself over his face. Not even a moment later and his "eyes" lit up. His surrounding was washed in a light blue and if he focused on an object, it became an accuracy target. His ears had a few new capabilities such as enhanced vibrations to pick up where his opponent and a set of speakers to enhance his last resort defense. He needed all the one up he can get. His technicians really outdid themselves. He could not praise them enough because the sealed metal door started to open.

It was time.

The arena was flooded with light and the roar of the spectators gave Deadmau a sense of relief. This was another show for him. He stepped into the stadium with a self confident stride. Although he didn't know much about his opponent, the way the crowd cheered his name made his ego inflate more than he needed to. Though his confidence staggered once he crossed the threshold. He had picked up a frazzled frequency. What in God's name? He scanned the arena and was met with a Viking like apparel. He was the source of this out of tune sound. What was he? Dylan didn't think much of it because the fight was to commence soon as the coordinator says it so.
