@ScarletHood you do know swat vans have remote shut downs right? the rest of the units wouldn't move an inch... they would simply radio it in, shut down the van and call in reinforcements and arrest the car jacker.... people have actually done crap like what your guy did in the past... all you would do is tell the cops outside that the people inside know your out there and its time to move...
