(Look at the content cat with pile of yen!! We should all be as happy as that cat.)
{{I would be happy if only I had money ._.}}

Miya wandered behind her new master with her hands behind her back, eying the fox's bushy tail curiously as she strided along side them on their journey through the bustling streets of the city. She flicked her tail playfully as she raised her hand up and smacked the white bushel of fur with all her might. She flattened her ears and pawed at the silvery fluff violently.

Xavier looked up from his mental discussion about bowls, hearing someone approach his cage. He looked up at Jan, his green snake-like eyes staring into the human's blue ones. He heard the human's comment, and bit back the urge to say something nasty. "Aren't we all?" he said simply, looking back down to the ground. "Well aren't you and interesting case." And I can obviously see that you are a very dull one. Xavier blinked, still glaring at the guy. He absently wondered when this guy would leave him alone and go away.

Jan shrugged. "It really just depends on the person." Jan glanced over at his wristwatch and sighed. "Dammit." He looked up at the snake hybrid one last time before turning around. "Either way, good luck. Maybe you will soon find someone to adopt you. Only time will tell." And with that said Jan left the snake hybrid alone.

Jumping at the sudden contact. She shifted around and growled at the cat. Rosie then smacked the stupid cat in the face as punishment for hitting her tail. She spun around facing forward. She continued to walk annoyed with the cat. She really didn't like her for what she did. She brought her tail in front of her holding it.

Xavier snickered, "I'd be luckier if I found no one to adopt me," he said, watching Jan leave. This human annoyed him. It's almost as if they saw becoming someone's personal slave, imprisoned in their house, to obey their command as something good. Impudent fools. (I am editting my character to give him a snake tail! :D CUZ TAILS ARE COOL) His green tail flicked back and forth in anger.

Therese couldn't help but laugh good humorously at his ramble. "I'm Therese," she said. "Nice to meet you, Rory. Shame about your chocolate." She paused for a moment, thinking this decision through. A pet would be awesome, and his positive energy was excellent. "Tell you what? When we get you out of here, we'll get some fruits or something. Really sweet fruits, and maybe some cold drinks or something. There are some great shops and markets nearby." She was doing it, she was really doing it. Gosh, this was great; adrenaline did wonders for her. "I have to lock you back up for now, but you'll be out in a jiffy again." With that, she locked up his cage and walked back to the clerk, handing the key back. "I'll take the avian hybrid," she said to the clerk, her eyes glancing back at Rory once. "Oh and is there anything I need to know? Allergies, illnesses, etcetera?"
Jenna, the shops clerk, shrugged slightly. "I'm not very sure myself. I only have a report and nothing on allergies or illnesses." She smiled slightly and took the paper of the avian boy signing the paper at the top then gave it to the woman. "Sign the bottom, if you would." She smiled brightly at the woman thinking Yes, give me your money. "He would be 294 dollars."

Maimu was done saying goodbye to the pet toys she had never came into contact with, running to Jan then clung to his leg slightly smiling a bit knowing she would no longer be in a cage from then on. Yay, no more cages! I'm free. She thought to herself and stoped clinging to his leg but kept close.

(The magical MelonBread has posted .o.)

Tommy looked back at the two girls. "Please stop hitting each other. It's fine if you're playing, but please don't harm each other." He looked at Miya. "You okay, Miya?" He didn't want them to dislike each other, since they would all be living under the same roof. He would have to help them get along with each other. He felt his phone buzz inside his pocket. He pulled it out, seeing it was a message from his parents. He quickly replied, then sighed. 'Not far from home. A couple more minutes...'

(Sorry if my response was a little late. )

"Well, we'll just see, won't we?" Her voice held a wary tone, but she felt sure this was right. Therese smiled and hastily signed the papers, handing over a credit card for the money. She still was unsure of how to treat Rory. Like a wild creature, or perhaps like a child? Between the two choices, she decided perhaps she would treat him like a small child. However, she had intentions of spoiling him. Her hope was that the avian did not cause a big mess. Messes had to cleaned up, and she hated cleaning.

Rory searched around to see if he needed anything. He saw the two colorful feathers that he always were on the bottom of the cage. He picked them up and placed them on his head. Rory then turned towards the front of his cage patiently waiting for his new found future to start. And it was all thanks to Therese.

"Yes, I suppose." Jenna grabbed the females credit card humming softly to herself a big smile plastered on her face. She swiped the credit card into her cash register then gave it back to her quickly then gave her the pin pad for the four digit number. "The boy is all?" She asked looking at the woman with a smile. More money. Good day for business.~

Therese took her card and entered her four digit PIN in the pad. "Yes, I suppose. I don't need anything else, do I?" She was a bit nervous, though tried not to show it. She had no idea what she was doing. She saw Rory pick up to feathers and wait for her.

"I'm not sure the Hybrids aren't like any other pet. I think you're fine." Jenna leaned on her counter placing both of her elbows on it. She entwined her fingers together then placed her chin on top of the back of her hands. "If that's all, then you may go ahead take him." She pushed the key back to the woman in front of her then smiled once again as she would with any costumer in her shop.

"Not sure the Hybrids aren't like any other pet," I"M SORRY, LAST TIME I CHECKED, I WAS PART HUMAN TOO. He thought to himself, angrily. His tail whipped back and forth, as he watched yet another hybrid leave the shop with it's new owner. (Me and cat guy are the only ones left?) He looked over, seeing another hybrid, a cat. It seemed he wasn't the last one, yet.

Miya blinked, a little surprised by the fox's slap. She bared her teeth at the feral canine, giving Tommy a wide grin "I am fine Master!" she smiled, her cheek lightly pink. She twitched her ears and looked at the buzzing device in curiosity, blinking in excitement as reached over and poked the screen. The bell on her neck chimed at each of her movements, alarming anyone, including prey, of her presence.
