After Maimu was out of her cage Jan began to walk around the shop. "Must be horrible being them, seeing how others get adopted while you stay here, pondering why is it that nobody wants to adopt you." Jan was glad to see how a young man ended up adopting not one but two hybrids at the same time. "He probably didn't want to break the heart of neither of them by taking the other, how kind of him." His attention then focused on a bird hybrid that had just witnessed the adopting of both the arctic and leopard hybrids. Jan was also glad to see that a woman was talking to him. "Good luck little guy." Jan was about to walk out of the store when from the corner he saw another cage. This one had a male hybrid that looked like a snake. He approached the cage and stood a couple of centimeters away from it. "Well aren't you and interesting case."

Xavier looked up from his mental discussion about bowls, hearing someone approach his cage. He looked up at Jan, his green snake-like eyes staring into the human's blue ones. He heard the human's comment, and bit back the urge to say something nasty. "Aren't we all?" he said simply, looking back down to the ground. Well aren't you and interesting case. And I can obviously see that you are a very dull one. Xavier blinked, still glaring at the guy. He absently wondered when this guy would leave him alone and go away.

Justin had felt a little hurt watching others being adopted, but hey since like all of them were guys he would not have wanted them around anyways. Justin decided it was time for bed, so he curled up in one of his cute little cat balls and began purring in his sleep, hoping that maybe just maybe he would attract some attention. After all who dose not think a cute little sleeping cat is adorable.
