LAUNDROMAT OWNER WILL DIE
At the mention of Kinsley, Damian tilted his head. Cupping his chin, he thought to himself for a moment before looking back at the King. "Mmm, I know her. I'm quite fond of her and the symbiote. Definitely two of the most interesting discoveries I've ever made."
He'd known Kinsley and the living ooze attached to her body for nearly a decade. Out of all the interests Damian had, he considered them to be his favorites. No matter how much time he spent with them, they always managed to hold his attention, captivating him with new sights and developments. Because of that, he could understand why Tri would also take an interest in them. However, the King's sudden inexplicable desire to murder the redhead and remove the sentient slime seemed to come from more than mere curiosity.
"Kill, hmm? That's rather inconvenient for me. A shame." He would have greatly preferred to keep both Kinsley and her symbiote in the picture. He didn't really care for the idea of separating the two either. Was killing her truly necessary if the amorphous creature was the goal? No, a more interesting subject was why Tri's sudden ascension filled him with such a desire.
"Does that mean the symbiote has some connection to being King then? I don't recall the previous one aiming for it. Or maybe he was just skilled at keeping that hidden. Very curious."
Several questions pertaining to the revelation swarmed around his mind, but when Tri brandished two weapons and proposed a duel, they immediately vanished. Turning on his heels, he stood up, completely forgetting about the washed up victim he'd been so interested in a moment ago. "Yes, let's."
Maintaining his unmoving smile, he reached for the gun. He didn't carry any weapons on his person, but he still had a very keen interest in them, particularly the ones developed by Tri. The one presented to him right now was just as intriguing as the others, fulfilling a portion of his desire to see everything the new King promised to bring to the Serpents. Yes, this was interesting. This was cool.
