Exalted combat is not that bad, its just a matter of learning and going with the flow. I love combat with a lunar!!! the craziness and the evil

I literally did the numbers. My Dodge DV is 3, my Parry when using my weapon is 5, and when using my fists, it's 6.


Also how does one calculate MDV?

Dodge MDV: (Willpower + Integrity + Essence)/2 rounded down


Parry MDV: (Attribute + Ability)/2 rounded down, where Attribute and Ability depend on how you are defending yourself. They will typically be your best combination of Charisma and Manipulation, and Presence and Performance.
 
I am making last-minute modifications and taking time to painstakingly copy over my Charms to my sheet. Pain in the ass. After that, I will be finished.

I can't actually find where it says how your Stamina grants you soak.

I hope I don't die. The only thing keeping me alive will be the armor that I bought with Artifact points. I am SO glad I made that choice.
 
O-Ren's problem with armor is that it interferes with her Martial Arts Charms. My style cannot use armor at all, so I have to rely upon other Charms to provide enough protection to survive. Intro post soon to come.
 
I decided to go with Violet Bier of Sorrows, and I'm working on the Charcoal March of Spiders style, neither one work with armor.
 
Sweet... Loss of water systems followed by loss of ISP followed by loss of power, returned power yesterday, returned of ISP (Sorta... I hear I'm unstable for week or so Oo), still no water but at least I can post again. I guess I need to catch up in places.

Concord could be, but it's not gonna be a healthy relationship, what with Lana's other personality and Concord developing as a regicidal serial killer.
 
I had planned on O-Ren starting off in the South, too. Perhaps she is drinking her wine in the same tavern as the others in Charrusco?
 
It puts a hilarious spin on "you all meet in a tavern". Double hilarious when some clueless bandits try to threaten a room with half a dozen Celestials in it.

It just occurred to me that you were asking for this. It's not really necessary. Most people just throw their stuff into the main forum anyway...
 
Usually the extra sub-forum that is made up is an Archive one to store your old IC threads. Those don't get made up until you have a handful of old threads to be cleaned up, though.
 
With Lana going in the village for food, and the others meeting in the tavern. That will be fun. And who is Concord?
