I'd be open for it and all, but my main concern would be as to who would play the Leaf ninja? And if the Moss were to go to war with the Sand (who, might I add, has way more Shinobi than we do), who would play them?

They're just there for the chunin exams. If the Sand attacks the Leaf it's not an attack on the Moss
