I don't think they would, the Mosukage holds a grudge against the Leaf because he thinks they were the ones who burned down the Hidden Air (they weren't though)

If we actually do manage to have the Chunin Exams in the Leaf (which would be a was away, keep in mind we aren't even in our Genin teams yet), and if the Sand attacks the Leaf while the Moss is there, it could spark something since the Sand and Moss aren't hostile
