Using this knowledge she modified her body to have extreme regenerative power, if she was slit in half, legs on the bottom, head on the top, the upper torso would regrow legs, and the legs regrow a torso brain and all, however, she can still die of exhaustion and being killed repeatedly. The Mist Anbu decided to dissect her in order to gain the secrets of her regenerative ability, so she fled and become a missing nin, later becoming a member of the new akatsuki.
