Bio: Dru comes from a clan of ninja that are one of the only few to be in multiple villages. There aren't many in this clan but they are known for their ability to fix and conduct surgery on other people's eyes. Most members of the clan act as traveling optometrists. The don't bother with petty wars or squabbles they just want to help others. As a result of their passiveness they are great at genjutsu, as good as the Kurama clan. Most of the members collect eyes and have them transplanted into their body. The clan members are born with great chakra control and the ability to have eye sockets surgically implanted into them in different places in their body. Dru currently has 2 extra eye sockets in his palms. Dru is currently working to make a contract with the monkeys as well as the Hyuga clan to get a pair of Byakugan. Since he has the 4 tails (Son Goku) he hopes the contract takes.

Sharingan


The Sharingan grants the wielder two broad abilities: the "Eye of Insight" (洞察眼, Dōsatsugan) and the "Eye of Hypnotism" (催眠眼,Saimingan).[13] Although the abilities are not literally restricted to certain eyes, Madara Uchiha noted that the Sharingan can only be used to its full potential when both eyes are together.[14] Even within these two categories, there may exist several distinct though similar abilities:


"Eye of Insight"

  1. The user can see chakra, giving it colour in order to distinguish it by its composition and source.[15] Though not as capable in this regard as the Byakugan, it can see chakra through some (but not all) obstructions[16] and detect irregularities in a person's chakra flow, such as those caused by genjutsu influence.
  2. The user is granted incredible clarity of perception, enabling them to read lips[17] or mimic something like pencil movements.[18] In combat, this allows them to see fast-moving objects and, once fully developed, offers some amount of predictive capabilities: they can anticipate an opponent's next move based on the slightest muscle tension in their body and act accordingly to dodge or intercept.[8] Although a Sharingan user can see these things, they also need the physical ability to actually act on the visual information.
  3. The user is able to copy almost any jutsu they see, memorising ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near-perfect accuracy. They can then either perform that jutsu or modify it to suit their needs, as whenSasuke Uchiha bases his Lion Combo on Rock Lee's Front Lotus. Again, Sharingan users need the prerequisite abilities before they can mimic a jutsu they have seen, and for that reason they cannot, for example, reproduce kekkei genkai abilities they do not have or nature transformations they haven't learned to perform.


"Eye of Hypnotism"

  1. The user can perform what is generically called Genjutsu: Sharingan. While there are various manifestations and purposes of the ability, the better known one is to, through eye contact, suggest thoughts and actions to a target, coercing them to divulge information or act in a particular way, potentially without the target's awareness.[19] In extreme cases, the Sharingan user can take complete control of the target's body, forcing them to do exactly as the controller wishes; this control is visually indicated by the Sharingan's design appearing in the target's eye.[20] The Uchiha are particularly infamous for using this ability on the Nine-Tails, and in fact can enter its or another tailed beasts'jinchūriki's subconscious to more precisely control the beast's chakra.[21] Multiple targets can be taken control of in this way, though the more divided the user's attention is, the easier it is for targets to escape this control.[22]
  2. While not an ability per se, the Sharingan user can appear as if they are able to "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a technique that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them.


Byakugan


The Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the firstthoracic vertebra. The range of this vision varies between users and in fact can be improved with training Its vision can penetrate through most solid objects and obstructions, though certain barriers may distort the Byakugan's perception somewhat. The Byakugan is also able to more effectively follow high-speed movements to better react to them. The Byakugan is shown magnifying in on small targets and seeing infrared to detect a target's body heat.


Arguably, its greatest ability is to see chakra to a greater degree than the Sharingan: it can identify chakra by the specific individuals it originates from, determine when genjutsu is being used,[ and discern certain types of clone from the real thing. The Byakugan's ability to see chakra is so acute that it can actually see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that run along it.


Prolonged use of the Byakugan causes temporary but severe eye-strain, temporarily leaving wielders unable to properly perceive targets.


Rinnegan


The Rinnegan grants the wielder a wide range of abilities without any known chakra requirements to keep the eyes active. Certain abilities are only available to the original owner of the Rinnegan, but the possession of even a single transplanted Rinnegan can grant overwhelming power. Rinnegan are able to see chakra, as well as its flow and tenketsu within the body, but cannot see through obstructions such as smoke bombs. With the Rinnegan, the wielder can master any jutsu as well as all five nature transformationswith ease. A Rinnegan user is able to create black receivers, into which they can transmit their chakra across long distances.Possession renders one immune to the Infinite Tsukuyomi.


Being the original possessor of the Rinnegan grants the user a family of abilities collectively known as the Six Paths Techniques:[24] the gravitational powers of the Deva Path; the ability to mechanise one's body with the Asura Path; control over others' souls with the Human Path; the menagerie of summons available to the Animal Path; the limitless absorptive potential of the Preta Path; and access to the King of Hell through the Naraka Path. These abilities can be distributed to the Six Paths of Pain — six bodies embedded with black receivers, which the user can control remotely. A seventh ability, the Outer Path, is said to allow the user to preside over life and death, granting the ability to revive the dead, as well as summon and control the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path, and manifest chakra chains to bind others. The dōjutsu also grants the user a shared field of vision with the Six Paths of Pain, the King of Hell, and the Animal Path's summons, all of which possess copies of the Rinnegan.


Certain Rinnegan abilities have only been demonstrated by single users: Madara can create corporeal shadows in the invisible world of Limbo, which is only visible to the Rinnegan; Sasuke's Rinnegan allows him to shift spaces within a certain range of himself, and create a portal to other dimensions; Momoshiki is able to absorb any ninjutsu with his right Rinnegan and subsequently release it from his left, and use aspace–time ninjutsu to travel to and from his own dimension.


To put it simply, he can use any nature transformation jutsu he sees and has 360 vision and X-ray.
Gennin or sensai: Missing Nin


Bio: He was a great admirer of Orochimaru, and believed the path to salvation lay in learning all ninjustu. He left he leaf after stealing a set of sharingan from a notable Uchiha and went out to learn the chimera technique and seek the Rinnegan. Having obtained his goals he joined the New Akatuki in order to try and learn more ninjutsu

Are you the gm? Technically he is quite weak, sure he can use any base element attack, but he has to see it first, he doesn't know any big attacks, his taijustsu sucks, he is an Akatsuki member which should allow him some good strength, his eyes are chakra taxing especially when he activates them, most non-Uchias with sharigan cover their eyes to prevent chakra overtaxing but he cannot do that becuase he has it in both eyes. He can't use the six path techniques either because the rinnegan is not originally his.

  • he can use decent genjustsu
  • Any ninjustsu technique he sees he can replicate provided it doesn't have any special requirements, like a kekkei genkkei, or sennin mode, or a tailed beast.
  • he has 360 vision and x-ray
  • He sucks at taijutsu
  • he has a constant chakra taxing so he can only use a few jutsus at one time
  • He is a new akatsuki member
