(Gonna put my explinations in different sections to hopefully make things easier to read)
Kekkei Genkai - While I won't deny that it's a fairly strong style, I'd like to mention that I've actually downscaled it's capabilities with Tremki than what Kimmimaro had. Before I go on any further, I'd first like to mention to you that Kimmimaro was merely fourteen years of age when he fought Lee & Gaara. With the full use of the ability, which consists 5-6 dances (In total since the fourth is split into two). Tremki only possess three of the dances and the ten-finger drilling bullets technique and he is sixteen almost going onto seventeen.
Taijutsu- Well, this I don't feel should need explaining. Tremki has a fairly low chakra pool (Size of an average genin) and his proficiency in using Jutsu is pretty rusty in fact most would say it's extremely lacking for a Chunin, and being from the clan he is I think it would make enough sense he's at the level he is. Because I'd like to go back to his Clan and remind you that they are known for their Taijutsu. In a way I guess you could also call it a 'Lee Route' to things, since Tremki is a lot similar to him in the way they were both very lacking in Ninjutsu (although Tremki can preform two Jutsu, they aren't actually as powerful as say a normal chunin's chidori who has some level of Ninjutsu skill). I'd also like to say...You did just accept someone with a taijutsu-like style that consists of illusions? (I'm not trying to say this in a bad way, I've seen it done before and I always liked the idea just personally I never liked leaning towards illusions but that's just me). Which per say if Tremki were to go against someone like that, he would have a very hard time, even with his IQ. Illusions can fool anyone, in fact it has in RL for years, unless you know something is a trick it can be hard to find out - And having lack in the genjutsu area Tremki would be at a large disadvantage despite what he might have. That and again....I'd like to go back to the fact Tremki is apart of the Kaguya clan which are mostly respected for their Taijutsu and user's are often actually considered 'the greatest taijutsu masters' because of the Kekkei genkai and because it's what they've prided themselves on learning for so many years.
His IQ - I don't actually think that really means anything, first of all I'd like to express that I myself have an IQ of 143 and I constantly am still learning from other's who would possibly have a lower IQ. Another thing is that I could name several other's in the Naruto series who exceeded Eistines IQ level, this is including Shikimaru who as a Chunin was described to have an IQ that was over 200 (Meaning, he was literally had a way higher IQ than anyone exististing right now (At least from what I know) and I could name several other's with IQ's around the same as Einstines or higher. Neji & Shino both had IQ's that were considered close to Einstines (155) I mean damn Sakura has an IQ of 170. There are plenty of people who have high IQ's at fairly young age's. Shikimaru being the heighest of course.
Samehada - The good ole' shark blade, I'll keep this short because when I put this into the CS, I had the original idea to PM you about it but forgot it because time-zone differences make it hard for quick responses and I only had so much time to actually write the CS (Which I wanted to really get out of the way so when the IC starts I can join in). If anything you're probably the first to ever consider it being 'the strongest' blade (Which, in my opinion I have to agree the blade is definitely like a mini-tailed beast in a sense..). So when you mentioned that I could easily understand where you were coming from which is why (In hopes it let's me use the blade cause, Samehada is bae) I was thinking about maybe making it completely unusable to him at the moment, I'm not sure if you remember but when Guy (Or Gai) tries wielding Samehada, it rejects him and injures his hand, that is because the blade isn't just any normal tool. It is a living weapon (And why I find it fair to call it a mini-tailed beast) and could reject anyone that doesn't fit it's tastes. Since Tremki isn't very focused around Ninjutsu at all in fact, he only knows two jutsu which he can't even use that well because of how difficult he finds it. It would be an easily explainable way why Tremki can't wield the blade and while he might be holder of the weapon. It could be something more used for his character development as he tries gaining his weapon's trust. (Which would mean, most of the time it would act as a prop which Tremki carries around with him. Since he will occasionally try use it and fail, I thought the development would be cool since you don't really get to see it in the anime besides with Killer bee). If you don't like that idea then I'm more than willing to edit it and take the weapon out, like I said, the only reason I put it there before PM'ing you about it was because I didn't really have the time to wait for a reply. (Which isn't to say is your fault, time-zones for one don't help & when you get busy with stuff in life it can be hard to concentrate ones time into Rp'ing)
