He elbowed her in the stomach with one arm after restating her knife hang with the other hand, and judo-threw her to the ground.

Once again, the target turns into steam, this time shooting at him like bullets for a few seconds, causing the inside of his body to be freezing cold, with his skin and clothes burning slightly upon each impact. "You are quite the strong opponent. I may just lose my self-control if this keeps going." She says from behind him.

"Me too..." He smiles even more, as it turns creepier and more frightening, full teeth bared. To add to that fear, his genkai glowed, absorbing chakra from the earth, grass turning brown and drying up underneath his feet. He turned around. "ICE STYLE!" A pillar of ice knocked her into the sky. "ICE PILLAR!" He jumped into the sky in a matter of seconds, catching up to her, kicking her stomach "HEAVEN KICK OF PAIN!" He kicked her into a crater.

After the smoke from her impact into the ground clears, she stands there, unharmed. "A little too slow for me." She said as a dragon made of steam flies out from the ground next to her at him so fast he has no time to avoid it. "I call this my Binding Dragon technique."


The inside of his body suddenly is freezing to the point he can barely move, yet the outside is being burnt somehow as he is trapped inside the tunnel of solid steam walls known as the Binding Dragon technique.


(The dragon stays there unless she gets rid of it, which is only if she is showing mercy, her target is unconscious, or they somehow escaped her near-inescapable Jutsu.)

He smiled. "Good job...." He chuckled, and waited for her next move. It hurt, but he was trained to conceal pain.

The steam switched to the inside of his body burning so much even he couldn't conceal all of the pain he was sustaining, as the outside of his body was slowly becoming covered by freezing water and thin layers of ice.


(It is the power of an ANBU or Jonin-level technique, as she is a Jonin, though only a select few know so, with them not being allowed to tell anybody that she is.)


"You are the first person from the same village as me I have willingly used this Jutsu on."

"An....honor....I'm...sure..." He said, through smile, trying even more to hide the pain. "But... Kaguya... Will... Not surrender...easily!!" He diverted most of the chakra to Taijutsu , starting to slowly break out.

Bain saw the whole fight and he couldn't take watching the fight anymore. He notice how Hayase was soon to be getting hurt from the Jutsu Namida was using. He knew Hayase wasn't gonna make it not that much long so he decided to jump in. He appeared from the ground inbetween them. "Namida and Hayase you shall stop fighting this instant, I declare Namida the winner of this fight!" He said to them both. He gave Namida a stare that says 'Were you trying to kill him?' He cared for this genin to live because he had so much potential.

"N-no..." He still struggled to break free. "C-can't... Lose!" He said, the ice breaking faster and faster. "A-almost..." His hand got free. "Won't... Take... Shame...."

The Jutsu disperses, with Hayase falling to the ground from the pain left behind by the Jutsu.


"Bain, you always like to keep me from having fun. I would never kill another person from our village. The most I would have done is put him to sleep for an hour or two."

He landed on the ground with a thud, struggling to get up. "Do...don't count me..." He coughed up blood. "Out!" He struggled to stand up.

"Bain, feel free to ease his mind a little if you wish. I shall allow you permission to tell your team the secret if you wish."

"Namida you need use less power when your fighting a Star ninja they are rare to come by you know." He said to the then he turned to Hayase "Hayase you can't even help yourself, don't ever fight Namida alone. The one thing she does is show no mercy, even for a Genin. Am I right or am I wrong?" He said to them both.

"I do know how to show mercy. I just lost myself, as this is the first fun fight I have had in a while."

Justin got up from the tree and he helped Hayase up and put his arm around his neck "I may hate you but your my comrade and I can't let you die here and now, got it?" He said to him. This girl is a lot stronger than her thought.


Bain looked at Namida "May I talk to you in private, I need to discuss a few things with you." He said to her as he watched Justin help Hayase. They may be jerks but they could be passionate to each other, they just don't show it.

"I..." He said, staggering. "I...won't consider... This fight over...." He said, slowly raiding his hand to if to a impossible round two. "I'll prove... To them..." He seemed to get angry "That.... I'm worthy... That I'm not a runt.... That I deserve it!!" The field of green around him started to decay, as ice began to form, and his eyes started to bleed from exertion. "I, HAYASE KAGUYA, WONT LOSE!!! " two ice dragons formed. "ILL SHOW THEM ALL!!! ICE STYLE!!!" The dragons charged at her. "ICE DRAGONS!!!"

"Going to give me another one of your lectures, Bain? I may be a kid, but giving a lecture to me even after becoming a Jonin? I know it is still a secret between a select few, but it is still official. Also, just because my parents are dead does not make you my father." She said, with the other three unable to hear the part about her parents being dead, though hear everything else.


As she finishes speaking, she melts the ice dragons as they fly at her, without making any visible fire or change in temperature, or even seeming as though noticing them.

"Not..." His vision became blurry, and the eye blood flow cooled down. "Not..." His body went limp, and he faded to black.

"It's more of a favor to ask for you, and I know about that but you still are a kid though you haven't learned what you should learn so I'm trying to help you." He said to her. He gestured her to go to his house as he started walking to his house and once he arrived he sat on the couch and waited for her to arrive.

She sat down on the couch upon arriving at his house. "As it is a favor and not a lecture, I have no choice but to listen to so, as I do owe you quite a lot."


She unties the ribbons in her hair, allowing her hair to go straight down to her ankles.


"It is close to time for my hair to change to red again..." She thought to herself out loud in a voice that tells she does not want her hair's color to change.


"So, that favor you want to ask me of. What is it you want me to do?"

"Well, I have to go on a important S class mission and I won't be back for a few weeks, I was gonna ask if you could be the temp team leader for missions and ect. I know your young but your the only one who I can trust to take care for them." He said to her. "And Namida I may have taken you in a few years back but that doesn't mean you still need to repay me for helping you." He told her, he sighed at the thought of when he saved her after her parents death.

"What way would you prefer I teach them?" She said, with Bain knowing that she has already accepted the responsibility of leading the three.
