Alright. I can't accept your character with how he is right now. First of all he has two jutsu front lotus and reverse lotus that are B and A rank jutsu. Second if he is only a taijutsu user why would be use swords? Third I will make clear that the same risks are involved with rock lee, and during this time point there isn't medical ninjutsu. Later on in the role play there will be, but not until much later. So if pushed past his safety limits there will be consequences for his actions(possible for him to lose his ability to be a shinobi like lee). If you understand that, and will change the jutsu I will accept him.

I am sorry, but I won't be accepting a Uchiha. I specified in my overview I will not allow the Sharingan or Rinnegan in my rp. Now before you mention it yes there is another Uchiha in this rp. Now I have nothing against you, and I am sorry if you take offense for this comment. But I don't trust anyone I don't know to play a fair Uchiha. Their Sharingan is a cheat as it is. Now I trust The Architect to play a fair Uchiha. As well his character's role in this rp is a bit limited at the moment. I don't mind if you would like to make a new character. I would gladly accept after meeting my rules. If you want a kekkai genkai you can use most of the others or make your own up. However if you would like to withdraw from the rp because of this I understand.

Hmm... So just drop Front and Reverse lotus, basically...? As for swords and stuff, I think that doesn't really conflict with the Taijutsu specialization, does it...? I mean, Rock Lee knew how to use various weapons himself, despite being said to only have Taijutsu. They never really did separate Kenjutsu from Taijutsu in the anime/manga, except for things like pure weaponry and jutsu based off those weapons. Hmm................ Well this is what I think we can do. I would like to ask you to try to think of a custom jutsu to replace it, but if you can't I will allow it. However I will be treating your character as a kekkai genkai user in terms of learning new jutsu. It will take your character a bit longer to learn and prefect new jutsu. But I doubt that would bother your character very much. As for the swords and such. I would like to specify what he carries on him. I don't mind if he has a basic understanding of how to use those weapons.

Question in regards to summons....
First off; Genin are allowed to have them, right? Cuz it works into my WIP character's clan and history...
Secondly; if I'm correct and summons are allowed, does the handseals refer to the summons Jutsu, or how the master/summoner summons their companion..? I'm assuming it's the second, but I just want to make sure, as always.
