I am still not sure even if she were to open the first two gates she would be able to fight jounin. She doesn't have very much training at this point so even with the gates it wouldn't help her that much. It's like giving a sword to a farmer he has no idea what to do with a sword by swing it around hoping to hit something. Where as a swordsman has trained for most of his life to hone his skill.
However I would like to ask one thing. If I allow that I need a sever consequence for using it. Even if she didn't plan on opening the two gates or not.
Except for that she is accepted. I don't mind working with you to fix that.

It's more of a 'due to her high chakra reserves her strength's extremely boosted by the eight gates, but she passes out far too soon to actually beat a jonin even if on par for the moments conscious'. Not to mention, she winds up in the hospital a week+ each time it happens. I think that in itself is already balancing of it, though if you feel it needs fixing I'd be willing to work on it.

Being the nosy person I am, I'd think opening the gates would be something worked towards, it would be one of those cool moments if it happened.
Though yeah, that's usually a technique that isn't done by Genin at all so it would be hard justifying a Genin using it, even if its not done efficiently. ^^:;
I know! We need a Rock Lee/Might Gai of this generation! Absolutely no skill in Genjutsu or Ninjutsu, a general failure but dedicated to mastering Taijutsu! Just filled with so much YOUUUUUTH!

In that case... How about I drop the gates for Satomi and replace it with just heightened chakra control, then make a rock lee kinda character? X3 Yay for Rock Lee characters! xD

Well I think that will be fair, but I will like to add on that if you don't mind. If she forcefully uses it past her limits, she might end up like rock lee.

Completely understandable of a condition. Going with the Rock Lee shtuffs by the way, soo... Yeah, skip the Eight Gates being part of what Satomi can do, but perhaps I could still keep it in the bio that her father tried teach her the Eight Gates just so I don't have to do too much editing...? I don't really feel like it's necessary rework that just because of a little change in whether or not she successfully used the Eight Gates. That'd leave an entire blank spot for me to have to rework, y'know. That would be tedious and would delay the whole RP by at least a day while my creativity recovers... Kinda expended a lotta creativity today on shtuffs, after all... *mainly on lore for own RP*

So... For my Rock Lee character, I was thinking dedicated and passionate about youth, but also kind of... dark... Kind of a double-sided coin, cheerful and full of youth on one side, bloodthirsty and a monster on the other. Anybody think it'd work? I certainly don't, but I wanna try it if people don't mind me tryin' xD

As far as I know, its still openly accepting. There are 2 open Jonin still, and I don't think there is enough Genin to fill both of them up yet, unless suddenly a flood of Genin joined and I missed it. ^^;;

Well we only need one more genin after you for another team. And @SummerWolf said she has a friend who might join. So if that is the case we should have the third team up. If summer's friends doesn't join kiyoko said she was making another character soon. So I think if there is a wait it shouldn't be long.

Pretty much the only limit would be Dai's limit of players in this game. Though probably after a certain point it would be a waiting game for the rest of the spots to be filled, granted I think players might just help but putting in more characters. ^^
