As she got next to the Nurse, Tiffany looked down at Cadence to make sure she stayed close before looking back at the Nurse. "Yes, I'm here for my Prenatal Check-Up."

" Right this way " The Nurse said and Cadence followed close behind Tiffany into a small room

Tiffany followed the Nurse and making sure at the same time, Cadence was right next to her. She then sat down on the bed, getting ready for the Nurse to examine her.

" Wait one moment please I will be back in just a minute " The Nurse said and walked out Cadence sat in a swirly chair and spun around

Tiffany sat there quietly. Overall, she has been taking good care of herself. She had a very balanced diet, little or no stress on her. Emotionally stable. No abnormalities with her Placenta or the Baby. The Appointment should go well.

Cadence looked around at all the tools and medical equipment

Tiffany just relaxed herself a bit. Undoubtedly, the Nurse will want to start with a Ultrasound. After that would be checking the baby's heart rate, then heartbeats. Who knows what else after that.

The nurse walked back in with some equipment that they kept in storage so they would not break from kids messing with them " Alright today you have a ultra sound and afterwards a time check and pulse rate and finally heart beat " She said and began to uply the ultrasound gel and put a pulse rate on her to see how hers and the baby's was

For the Ultrasound Gel to be applied, Tiffany had to lift up her dress. It did feel a bit awkward because Cadence was watching. Hopefully she'd get used to it because every single one of Tiffany's Doctor Appointments will probably be like this. In Terms of her Pulse as well as the Baby's, they seemed to be in order. During the ultrasound, Tiffany remained fairly calm before smiling as the sonogram appeared on screen. "Cadence, would you like to come look at your baby brother?"

Cadence nodded and leaned over to see and she smiled " He looks so small " she said and touched the screen where his hand was supposed to be and the nurse said " Well everything is in order now you needed some papers for miss Cadence here "

"That's because he's still growing...Well inside me." Tiffany chuckled before turning over to her Nurse as the appointment ended. After wiping the last of the gel off her stomach, she would put her dress back down before sitting back up. "Yes, I will need those papers in order to get legal custody of her." She answered when the Nurse asked her about Cadence.

" I will be back in a minute " The nurse said and walked out

As the Nurse left, Tiffany turned to Cadence and smiled. "I'm thankful that you're around. You can take care of the Baby with me when Dad's out working."

Cadence smiled " I'd be happy to " she said

"I'm sure by now that he recognizes your voice. The closer you are to me, the more he starts kicking." Tiffany replied, seeing that Cadence was excited to become a big sister to her child.

The nurse soon walked backed in and handed her one sheet of paper " All they have is that she was born here no check ups or appointments "

"What about her Birth Certificate? No Medical Documents or anything?" Tiffany asked, double checking and wanting to make sure that nothing about Cadence was being hidden from her.

" They left before we could get them to sign anything " The nurse said and lead them back out to the waiting room Cadence followed curious

"Oh...Saddening. They just left her here as an Infant and then just up and left?" That makes no sense..." Tiffany said, holding her back and her stomach, both of which started aching, much to her annoyance.

Cadence was silent as the nurse left when they made it back to the waiting room

Tiffany raised an eyebrow, her question remaining unanswered. As they returned to the waiting room, Tiffany quickly grabbed a place to sit to sooth her backache. Her hand was still resting on her stomach as she looked over the document given to her by the Nurse.

Cadence sat down next to her with folded legs and she looked as well

"Hopefully once we get your Birth Certificate and other Necessities, we can set up doctor's appointments for you so you can get your shots and vaccinations. Then in a few days, a Dentist Appointment. But for right now, after the Nurse comes back with everything we need, we go home. My stomach hurts and I don't feel like walking around too much." she said, neatly folding the document that was given to her and putting it in her bag.

The nurse came back with nothing and told her the same as before that they didnt have any papers and Cadence looked at Tiffany

"I see. Thank you though. I'm sure we'll find out what was lost all those years ago. Now if you'll excuse me, we'll be heading back home." Tiffany stood up and got ready to exit. As they walked out the door, she was holding Cadence's hand in one, and the other being underneath her belly, as she started feeling a dull pain in her lower abdomen. "I'm about ready to take a nap." She said as they got to the car.
