Mystery in Secrets ( Wild Born - Kawashima Thunder )

"I'll take that as a yes." Tiffany responded, knowing the girl was in need of a home. Running out in the streets, struggling to survive was no life for a girl her age and even she knew that. "If you'd like, you can go ahead and listen to the baby."

Cadence didn't know what that was but she knew the baby was in her belly and she layed her head softly on her belly and soon she fell asleep her head falling to her lap

Tiffany smiled at her new daughter. A chance encounter gave her a new family member, which made her happy. As she slept, Tiffany began stroking her hair before feeling the baby kick, so she rested her free hand on her belly. "Looks like you get a big sister." she mused.

Cadence smiled in her sleep

Although it proved a challenge, Tiffany carried Candence all the way to her Bedroom and decided to let Candence take a nap on her bed. By then, Tiffany herself ended up getting a little sleepy. So when she crawled into bed next to Candence, she pulled the covers over the both of them before she fell asleep.

Cadence slept by Tiffany without a disturbance

About three hours later, Tiffany woke up screaming.

Cadence jolted awake and plugged her ears jumping out of the bed and looking at Tiffany with her eyes half closed

In a brief panic, Tiffany started feeling around her stomach, mainly to make sure the baby was okay. It was apparent that she seemed worried...and scared. But of what? When the baby kicked, she breathed a heavy sigh of relief before sitting against the pillow to ease the dull pain she felt in her back. When attempting to stretch out, she felt her legs cramp up, so she had to be a bit more gentle. Tiffany then clasped both her hands together underneath her stomach before looking over at Candence. "Sorry...Did I wake you up?"

Cadence had wide eyes and then she shook her head to get rid of the high pitched whining sound and unplugged her ears and asked " I couldn't hear you what did you say ? "

"Did I wake you up?" She repeated. Tiffany knew even herself for being a very loud person.

" Yes and it was loud is something wrong ? " Cadence asked

 

[BloodThunder27]

"Yeah...I had a bad dream." Tiffany answered as she put her hand on her back to ease some of the back pain she was currently dealing with before relaxing herself. She then took off her blanket and was now only covering her legs.

"Is that the only thing you have with you? Besides your clothes?" Tiffany asked curiously.

" Yes " Cadence said feeling all over the figurine

Tiffany smiled, watching her daughter play with the Wolf Figurine. When she stood up, she looked out the window, seeing something suspicious. But dismissed it because it wasn't that big of a deal. "Would you like to go see your new room?"

" Yes please " Cadence said kindly and put away her figurine

As they walked around the house, Tiffany held Candence's hand. Sadly, Tiffany was a little slow going up the stairs, as she was being very cautious. One wrong fall and she can hurt herself badly, which could prove fatal to the baby. Luckily there wasn't a tear or any injuries concerning her placenta, otherwise that would be fatal for the baby. She then opened the door to Candence's room to show her. "Well, here's where you'll get to sleep."

Cadence gazed in awe at her new room " WOW thank you " she said happily and walked inside looking at everything inside of all the drawers and closet she loved it

Most of the Clothing in the Drawers were hand-me-downs from Tiffany's Older Sister and her Older Brother, both of whom lived elsewhere in California. "Go ahead and take a shower and get yourself cleaned up. Maybe try on some new clothes." Tiffany said, smiling as she sat down on the bed, her legs cramping up.

Cadence nodded and grabbed some clothes and went into the bathroom " Can you teach me how to use the shower ? " she asked

"Hmmm, sure." Tiffany then grabbed her Bathrobe and tied it together to cover up her Dress, which she didn't want to get wet because it was her favorite. She then turned on the shower. "All you really need to do is wash your hair and your body. Nothing more. Just make sure the Soap doesn't get in your eyes and you'll be okay. Its simple." She then closed the toilet lid and sat down, waiting for Candence to clean herself off before helping her dry up. "I'll do your hair when you're done."

"Feeling better?" Tiffany asked. She then got out a hairdryer. "I'm ready to do your hair."
