Mystery in Secrets ( Wild Born - Kawashima Thunder )

"Its okay. Always room for improvement. You're a smart kid. You've lived on your own for a while now. Its gonna take some time to get used to, I know." Tiffany's frown turned into a look of discomfort. What was wrong? She started holding her stomach and used the couch to keep herself from falling over. She took a few deep breaths, but that didn't exactly help. Was the baby coming? No...Its too early. She has two more months to go! As Tiffany started feeling around her stomach to see what was wrong, it still hurt. But why?

Something's wrong and Cadence knew it she had once seen a woman with a baby on the streets and she said " I've seen this before on the streets a woman with a baby had one it will pass "

"I'll be fine...It's too early for the baby to be coming..." When she sat down and stretched out her legs, the pain went away. Tiffany then took another deep breath before grabbing a pillow and placing it behind her for comfort. As the pain went away, she cradled her stomach as she looked over at Cadence. "What do you think...Happened to your Parents?"

" I guess they died " Cadence said with a shrug and she sat down with her right leg on top of her left

Tiffany just gave her a hug upon hearing her answer. "But there's no proof...If you'd like, we can go...ask my co-workers."

" I guess but I like others with you Tiffany " Cadence said and hugged back

Motherly instinct took over and Tiffany gave Cadence a kiss on the forehead. "Alright, tomorrow, we can go down to my work place and ask about your parents."

Cadence nuzzled her face in Tiffanys chest and sighed

Tiffany smiled. Becoming a Mother may not be so bad after all. Adopting her first, then expecting as well. Too tired to move, she was probably gonna sleep on the couch tonight. She then yawned.

Cadence yawned as well and lifted her head then asked " You want me to help you upstairs ? "

"That'd be nice..." Tiffany replied. When she stood up, she began holding her back and her swollen belly. "Want to say good night to your baby brother?" She asked.

Cadence stood up and said placing her hand on Tiffanys tummy " Night little bro " and then she held Tiffanys hand and helped her upstairs

After being helped up the stairs, Tiffany kissed Cadence goodnight and went to her bedroom to go to sleep. Because laying on her back felt painful, she had to lay down on her side, particularly her left since it made blood and nutrients flow better towards the placenta and the baby. She took a deep breath before closing her eyes.

Cadence went to her room and fell asleep

As the sun crept on her eyes, Tiffany awakened. She stretched out her arms before gently stroking her belly. Although she didn't want to get up, she had to. Tiffany also had a nightmare about the baby, so she was still a bit shaken up by it. She then put her hands on her back before letting out a deep breath. Afterwards, she slowly walked down the stairs, feeling very protective of her baby, so she was holding her belly all the way through from her room to the Kitchen, where she began cooking up breakfast for herself and Cadence.

Cadence woke up a little later and walked down stairs in white pajamas with pink hearts and she saw Tiffany and said " Good morning "

By then, Tiffany was done cooking and placed their meals on the Table in Dining Room. She was always wearing a dress that matched Cadence's Pajamas, only difference was she was wearing fluffy white bunny slippers. "Morning sweetie."

" Thanks " Cadence said and sat down by her plate and waited for Tiffany

"Your welcome." Tiffany sat across from her and began to enjoy her meal.

" It's good " Cadence said happily and took another bite

"I'm glad you like it." Tiffany smiled as she ate up her meal, which was a bit smaller then Cadence's. Mainly because its hard to eat a full-course meal if there is a baby inside of you.

Cadence soon finished and she cleaned herself own plate

Tiffany was happy that Cadence was cleaning up after herself. She washed her own plate before sitting on the couch and taking a deep breath. She invited her daughter to join her.

Cadence walked over after cleaning up and she sat down next to Tiffany with a smile

Since it was lazy day, since the two spent a lot of time running around the previous day. "We'll head down to the Police Station after lunch. I need to rest for a little bit."
