... Yep. She isn´t exactly.... Friendship oriented [ As least not yet ] . Plus, it´s going to be a difficult walking distance for her considering she is in Canterlot. The Friendship school is right outside her castle, aka in Ponyville. That´s a long walk just to go to school, and that is assuming she doesn´t become an hour late.

Hmm... not sure about "Apprentice". However, my character wouldn't mind having an "Assistant", since he's... y'know... a Magician.
Could even imagine an "Introduction" scene, where your character asks why my character is a "Magician", despite being an "Earth Pony"... and thus, upon seeing a demonstration that would, likely, defy logic and reasoning, it would spark a goal for your character to, in his mind, try figuring this strange Earth Pony's antics out, perhaps in a way similar to how Twilight tried figuring Pinkie Pie out... but every single guess would end up with a completely unexpected answer!

Occupation: Baccalaureate Student at School for Gifted Unicorns [ Her last year before Graduating with Honors ] , Vessel of the Pony of Light [ Who was formerly The Pony of Shadows ] .
Hero or Villain : Undetermined. ( Definitely leaning towards Good so far, but this is subject to chance . She has a high potential to be a grand threat to the heroes due to her potential , intelligence, and learning aptitude . Also due to being the vessel for the former Pony of Shadows )
Personality: As her name implies, Sweet Heart is an incredibly kind young pony who truly loves to see others happy and carefree. She hates to see negativity at all, and will attempt to do whatever it takes to help purify it. However, she doesn't believe that she deserves that happiness herself , as she hasn't "earned it yet" by her own words. She is a pure filly who truly doesn't have any sort of hatred in her body towards anyone [sans herself] , no matter what they have done in the past. She can also be seen as a very shy bookworm, as she loves to read and study practically everything that has to do with Magic. She is not very good with people, almost to Fluttershy-esque levels ( Yes... I used " Fluttershy " as an adjective for shyness. I'm certain it works here ) . She would much rather read a complex book than talk to another living pony . She has an appetite to learn and will over study quite a bit compared to the norm . She is usually known by the majority of her class as an overachiever and 'massive nerd' due to her tendencies for wanting to at least has some impact on the world around her. She outright isn't a spoiled brat, and takes the time to help others whenever she needs it, albeit due to her being the ' massive nerd ' of the group, her shyness , and her lust for knowledge, It is hard for her to find friends, despite trying hard to due to the fact she knows that Friendship = Happiness, as she studied it from Princess Twilight Sparkle .
Special Abilities: She had a very high amount of potential while she was a filly. Now that she is old enough to comprehend what she is capable of, she truly knows her powers how to use them, and achieved a level of magical power and skill most Unicorns don't learn in their lifetime . She was stated to have quote on quote to have " Massive Reserves " of magical potential by a Magic Professor & Scholar , and almost has an sort of intuition for Magic. She was compared to Starlight Glimmer & even Princess Twilight in terms of pure magical potential by Celestial herself, despite the later being an Alicorn currently . She was able to duplicate the majority of Dear old Starswirl the Bearded's spells, sans for the very complicated ones that are cited in old equestrian language only the princesses know of, though she has had the ability to translate most of it, just not all of it. She's motivated by seeing people such as The Elements of Harmony succeed and practices hard to one day assist them in their adventures . She can use teleportation easily at a young age , a barrier, and telekinesis, and fire a laser or two . She has learned numerous spells from reading many books , so it is likely a grand amount . However, her learning aptitude is quite high, so she will likely learn quite a few spells before the adventure is over. She is also noted as far stronger magically than most well-trained Unicorns [ due to her learning aptitude , determination , and magical potential ] , and has the potential to surpass the former Student of Celestia , Princess Twilight Sparkle .
Strengths: Vast, Scholarly knowledge on Magic & Equestrian Lore as a whole [ She always knew a lot more about the subjects than her teacher ever could . It is because she studied well beyond the normal of almost any student at the time. She was also able to figure out how most of Starswirl's Ancient Magic Spells work, something only Twilight Sparkle & Starlight Glimmer has ever done. Albeit hasn't ever performed all of them due to lack of magical strength necessary to accomplish some of the tasks , albeit she did managed to duplicate almost all of them and documented the results . She can dpeak in old "Ponish" and even write in it ( She does it for all her diaries so most people can not read them ) . She writes books for Magic and History under the alias " Hearts of Scholars " so she can expand her work , and even impressed Starswirl with her knowledge under said alias, which she always keeps engraved in her memory . Keep in mind Starswirl is the former Teacher of Celestia and Luna, so impressing him is no laughing manner. ] , Photographic Memory [ She has shown this several times throughout her life, even before officially becoming an young adult in mare terms. She learned the entire layout of Equestria, able to recognize almost any landmark that has been there. ] , Incredible aptitude for Learning , Grand analytical skills.
Weaknesses: Lack of social skills, her own lack of self-confidence & self-doubts , her almost 'lust' for knowledge [ Very similar to Midnight Sparkle , Which could potentially set her down the wrong path depending on where said lust leads to, and what ways she wants to obtain knowledge ] . She also isn't good for physical activities of any sort ( Due to not being physically fit, she isn't "fat" , but she is "scrawny" and "weak" ), so she likely won't be going out on too many missions . Does hesitate to show off her knowledge mainly due to constant bullying in the past, and may make a mistake or two out of pure nervousness , especially with people she respects fully, such as the Original Mane Six , and the Princesses . Is actually surprisingly clumsy at times out of nowhere, such as tripping on her own hooves . She has been showing to glance over a tiny miscalculation in the past, which is why she didn't know of the double-edged sword of her own spell she cast on the Pony of Shadows . When being analytical, she may says thing that are harsh and cold , because while she in said mode, she tends to be so concentrated on her explanations she doesn't have second think herself, which will cause misunderstandings at times .

Sweet Love is a Pony. She has dark red hair , medium length mane with a to get it together in one side ponytail. She has cream colored skin, blue irises and black pupils. She wears a blazer that is her constant attire throughout her yiung adult life, completed with a dark skirt, white dress shirt & pink suit ontop of it. Her cutie mark, if she ever received one, would be one of a scholar's hat ontop of a closed book, that is wrapped in a heart shaped aura.
History: She was born in a average home. As far ad the circumstance s of her birth, nothing was too ridiculous. As she grew up, her appetite for knowledge and magic grew until it almost consumed every part of her being. This appetite allows her to be selected in Celestial's School for Gifted Children, and alowrd her to be the unanimous, unrivaled position for the Baccalaureate of the school.
However, despite her intelligence and her success at the school, she never had one single friend. It was both because she was too caught up in her studies,and the simple fact that when she attempted, everyone either ignored her or bullied her. Celestia noticed this, and noted her potential several times. It was decided she would be given a privilege.
She was decided to learn Friendship directly from The Elements of Harmony and their former wielders. Celestia was going to come with her as a form of escort , plus she was suppose to met Twilight there anyways, but unfortunately she had business to attempt to which would keep her busy . She was given a note signed directly by Celestial to come here. Not too long later, she was next seen taking a next train to Ponyville, to meet her longtime idol: Princess Twilight Sparkle + The Old & New Elements of Harmony.

Unlike it's introverted variation Sweet Heart, Pony of Light can be seen to be somewhat outspoken, and easy to mock someone due to a stupid mistake they did. She feels that she has a 'Divine' sort of vision for Equestria as a whole , and wants to spread her light to all who'll accept it. In this sense, she is the direct opposite of her former self, which she is well aware of that existed, and currently despises. Weird enough, after hearing how Stygian is doing , she respects Stygian for growing enough inner strength to let go of him.

She is incredibly arrogant, which will likely result in a lot of her holding back ridiculously unless the threat is great enough to use more of it's power. Like previously , arrogance was it's biggest , plus the fact his physical durability is still as weak as Sweet Heart's w/o any sort of enhancements. She is also weak to Darkness , and will let go of Sweet Heart if any darkness is in her heart. She can handle a lot of it, but enough can definitely hurt her greatly. As Pony of Light stays out , she will become more and more psychotic in nature, and blinded by the intense light, slowly succumbing to it. The only way to reverse it is if she is turned back to Sweet Heart. While she does care for Friendship, she may not understand how to control the power Friendship gains, because she has never understood 'Friendship', both the concept and actually having any , so it may or may not work as an effective amping strategy at times. It also is worth to note she may not actually work well with the others due to her independent personality, but this can be curved depending on how long said friendship lasts.
Appearance:
It is very similar to how Stygian summons it, almost the exact same look and everything. When she lets it take her over, or it forces it's way through, her eyes glow and lack any pupils. It's reminiscent of what happened with Twilight when she was transferred the 3 Princesses Powers. It wraps around Sweet Heart's frame and surrounds her, this 'Dark Light' grows a horn and wings , looking similar to a Alicorn, yet it isn't. It's more of a shapeshifting mechanic. It's definitely makes her appear ttaller than her previous self, making her look at least a foot longer. The only acception is the fact it only instead of Dark Grey and Black color scheme, it is now Gold & Black color scheme.

After making a portal to Limbo, she distinctly remembered why he's so dangerous. He's an incredibly powerful force of nature even the Pillars + Elements working together couldn't officially combat. He was Stygian's negativity given physical destructive force. She wasn't planning on doing such. She was planning on sealing him within herself. It was risky sure, but it was more than enough proof to show she isn't weak.
The Pony of Shadows, an equine of massive height and stature , confronted the less than intimidating equine . Before he could fire at her, she dodged it with a teleportation spell, and created multiple duplicates of herself, each using teleportation to disorientate the pony. Meanwhile, the real Sweet Heart casted an ancient merged spell of rebirth + Sealing, and was able to successfully enchant it on Pony of Shadows whole he was distracted. He yelled out in pain as his entire frame was converted into a ball. For the rebirth part, she needs to say what he will become. She yelled out the words " You will no longer be a Pony of Shadows.... But a Pony of Light ! " . With this, his frame was truly transformed into one of a lighter incarnation of himself. She only had enough strength left to go back through the portal she came back from, and closed it.
What she doesn't realize is the fact that there was a consequence for such a spell. The Pony of Light wasn't sealed, but rather became a Disassociate Identity of herself, or a Dual Persona / Split Personality. This is something that may or may not prove vital to herself.

@FranklinRichards Hey, I was reading through your character sheet and I think this might be a good character. However, there is one thing that i wanna say. When I was making my character, for almost every special ability or strength, I had a weakness. Your character has a lot of strengths/ special abilities, but not near as many weaknesses. Sometimes that's ok, but you have made your character have almost Twilight or Starswirl level abilities... so therefore, you need a weakness that's devastating to that power if applied right. For instance, my character is essentially Death. But I made it so she was weak in sunlight, blind in her most powerful form, and impulsive in her actions. I think that if you just add a major weakness then you will be fine. I understand that you have her arrogance and the like, but that's not exactly enough of a weakness for the power level you have given her. Just a suggestion though. Trying to help you get in AND improve your character. ?

( Thank you for the feedback. Hmm.... Whelp. I thought I put enough weaknesses, but I can understand your stance. I should add one major weakness to the Pony of Light. Likely Darkness / Dark Shadows / Being in the Dark would be the best option , considering Pony of Shadow's major weakness was Light. Also will add the fact she becomes more... Insane the longer she is out .. I'll edit it in. )

Also, be careful of insanity... my character has psycotic episodes here and there but don't make them to frequent or too crazy, it will damage the rp and will make your character get annoying after a bit.

It will only happen while she's the Pony of Light... She'll become ' blinded by the Light ' and generally only have psychotic episodes when she is in said transformation. Thank you dude.
She'll also be seen as crazy as she'll be talking to the " Pony of Light " within her mind and sometimes outside it. And yes... Her shadow will be the Pony of Light, and when you look in the mirror... The Pony of Light can be seen instead of Sweet Heart. Sort of like Jekyll and Mr.Hyde.

But the character is good. I like the idea of "The pony of Light" and how it is similar to the "pony of shadows". I think it will definitely be a cool character!

Aight, then... but what I'd suggest is to start small. Rather than start with 50 Strengths, why not just start with, say, 3-5 Minor Strengths, then work your way UP towards the "Powerful Being" that you're imagining?
I mean, think of most RPGs, for example.
You start at Level 1, and you'll be challenged, and be given an internal goal to "Train". You encounter challenges, be defeated every now and then, rise back up, and gain new goals to achieve, and you'll eventually need to develop a team to help you through an overwhelming obstacle. You find someone better than you, but only by a hair's length, and feel like "I want to be where that person is...".
Or rather, imagine Mega Man X, when he first met Zero. He gets to the boss, no biggie. Then boss wipes him across the floor, and is about to defeat him, when out of nowhere, this OTHER being of Great Power appears, and practically sends the big boss flying away.

Now, if you start at Level 100, however, then you'll just be overwhelmed with so much power, and 1-shot everything in your path... which will quickly grow boring. You might get a laugh at the start, but then you'll soon grow tired of it all, and either seek out a challenge... which won't happen, because by the time you DO reach said challenge, you'll basically be the only one willing to do so, because everyone else has already given up... or you'll just give up, and... yeah, it would make the whole ordeal bland.
Now, to make a long story short... I don't think your character should've been able to impress Starswirl, or start off as powerful as Twilight already. Rather, might I suggest she EVENTUALLY earn that, instead? It could give you plenty more Character Development, that way.'
I mean, think of most RPGs, for example.
You start at Level 1, and you'll be challenged, and be given an internal goal to "Train". You encounter challenges, be defeated every now and then, rise back up, and gain new goals to achieve, and you'll eventually need to develop a team to help you through an overwhelming obstacle. You find someone better than you, but only by a hair's length, and feel like "I want to be where that person is...".
Or rather, imagine Mega Man X, when he first met Zero. He gets to the boss, no biggie. Then boss wipes him across the floor, and is about to defeat him, when out of nowhere, this OTHER being of Great Power appears, and practically sends the big boss flying away.

- I get your original idea, and I respect it... But here is what I respectfully say to your analysis :
- With all due respect... She is 'almost' as powerful as Twilight, not equal . She still will be training of course, and I plan on her to get a lot of development, mostly of the 'friendship' variety . Even characters in fiction have been known to start strong/smart and still have a lot of development [ Sakamaki Izayoi from this anime for example ] . In fact, even Starlight eventually became stronger than Twilight and her superior in almost any way , and she's an Regular Unicorn .
- She has been training to be strong and intelligent since she was still learning to use magic as a foal. That was at least 15+ Years . That and in combination with the potential, aptitude , & drive she was stated to have, it makes sense for her to be at the level she is at currently. Even Stygian was capable of such... And can plan strategies better than Starswirl & nearly have magical abilities that could fight off Alicorn Twilight and Starlight ... And he's practically a normal Unicorn who had a lot of drive to learn , but not a lot of potential . I can also name Starlight Glimmer here. She has less drive but a lot of potential, she even became blatantly Twilight's better in almost every way, including magical power, but doesn't have the drive now . Sweet Heart has both in spades.
- All of the strengths have a weaknesses now that will limit their effectiveness to a certain degree.
- I plan on her intentionally holding back to be far weaker than she actually is. She may have magical strength and potential , but she still has to learn how to use it in ways she has never experienced.
This is my rebuttal ( not really, just what I think... Not trying to start a war or anything with you ) . I'll implement your strategy with another future OC I plan to use here who has a lot of drive for learning + resourcefulness . Thank you.

That's so well thought out! I'll be looking forward to it.Hmm... not sure about "Apprentice". However, my character wouldn't mind having an "Assistant", since he's... y'know... a Magician.
Could even imagine an "Introduction" scene, where your character asks why my character is a "Magician", despite being an "Earth Pony"... and thus, upon seeing a demonstration that would, likely, defy logic and reasoning, it would spark a goal for your character to, in his mind, try figuring this strange Earth Pony's antics out, perhaps in a way similar to how Twilight tried figuring Pinkie Pie out... but every single guess would end up with a completely unexpected answer!
