Would be pretty hilarious if, after all of that emotional stuff, Ferryn ended up getting it despite everything.

I think it more comes down to the Values/World view she holds. The Person who wants it/thinks they need it? The Person who doesnt want it? The Person who thinks theres more to number 1 than it? etc. I dont fully know the character so really cant say who she would pick, id leave that up to you really.

Should note that this version of One for All has some changes to canon. It's not going to do the thing that happened in the Class A vs Class B arc, and it will give greater control over your other quirk because Mako turning into basically a black hole does not sound fun.

Funny enough, if Clem had got it she had planned on simply never using it. Since belief you can only be number 1 if given it is going to be something shes really not believing in, was part of the stuff she said in general.

Yeah, the idea of the number 1 hero is fundamentally flawed. The idea that one person can be the symbol of peace is crazy. I actually believe MHA is going to end with the abolishment of hero rankings and everyone being 'the number 1 hero.'

Yeah, its just a popularity contest really, Like the best person to save someone in a burning building is not going to be the best to save one in a forest/lost at see. Plus kinda negates police/fire fighters etc.

Well that was one of the potential plotlines I had thought up, seeing as Mako would be one of the most tragic mini-bosses I could think of. But this? Oh yeah, I can get behind this and work with it. Never would've imagined such story beats about a page and a half ago, but it's nice b0ss.
