Ok ok, so he just feels how much he's got left and knows when he's tapped out.
You said his current well of energy was 25k MP. Is he able to increase it?
 
We could lock destruction magic to Trance State at 20% or higher anger as he loses his inhibitions about his magic and begins lashing out, willing to push his Quirk in a more violent and dangerous direction.
I like that actually, makes it highly detrimental to use
 
I think it should be related to how much he practices too, to a point. Maybe it could be a gradual increase over time, unless that's what you had in mind already
 
I'm thinking if he practices for 2 hours a day every week, it increases by 1000.

As for decrease, naturally as he gets older or a blow to the head would decrease it by 2 or 3 thousand for a short time until the injury healed.

... When out and about villaining, he wears a red top hat, because blood and it matches his hair. He also wears a classic full tuxedo (black and white to symbolize death, in both the US and Japan) and black dress shoes. It also helps him blend into the shadows (as much as a guy wearing a red hat with red hair can anyway). However, the most unique part of his outfit is an homage to the Jigsaw movies, where he wears only the left die of a jigsaw mask. On the right side of his face, he's still wearing the eyepatch, but he makes a conscious effort to make sure it's red as well, rather than trading it out willynilly.
Occupation: Villain (Barely, honestly, but he did graduate top of his class)

Quirk Description

The user becomes gradually faster and stronger after they tag someone, continuing to grow more and more powerful until they reach their body’s max potential, as long as their quirk isn't reset (Note: Upon reaching their max potential, they still retain their enhancements until it is reset). It loses his power whenever a target touches him or they aren’t within a specific range of each other (affectionately referred to as the playing field). Although he becomes more powerful, he also becomes much easier to find, beginning to glow and any noises being created by him seemingly magnified in volume, making it near impossible for him to hide.

Absorption - It can actively absorb the energy of a target, making them slower and weaker. However, he can only do so a limited amount of time, dependent on the current size of their playing field. (Three seconds for every foot) (The playing field gets smaller at the same rate until eventually reaching 0). However, if the playing field of any of his targets reaches 0, not only will that target cease to be a target, but all targets will. (If used on a target that is not within an intersecting playing field, the target doesn't become weaker or slower, and it's as if they are within his field.)

It also absorbs by touching individuals (turning them into a target), but not letting go. If he holds on for 5 seconds, the target starts becoming weaker and slower, losing their energy. If he holds on for a full 30 seconds, the target eventually falls unconscious, and if he holds on for 5 minutes straight, they go into a coma, for which there is currently no cure. He's never held on for longer than that so he has no idea what occurs for longer periods.

Quirk Drawbacks
Playing Field - It can currently make the playing field whatever size he wants up to his current max of 10 feet per person tagged. The playing fields are summoned around both It and the target. As long as the playing fields are intersecting, It's quirk is active. However, just being out of range will only make It not able to access that individuals' energy. The only way to be certain that he can't do so anymore is for the target to touch him (in other words, the target mark won't go away until they touch It).

Time Limit - Targets are only targets for at max 3 hours, though this time period can be extended or shortened by It choosing to be stronger or weaker (As a fairly new ability, he's still practicing and doesn't have much control over it).

Targets - A target is anyone who can reset/stop It’s quirk by touching him. Although targets can be created by It touching them, obviously, they can also be created by a target touching another person. It’s a passive action and a person automatically becomes a target when touched by another target (the target mark being the location of contact). The more targets there are, the higher It’s max potential increases. However, targets created in this manner can't be identified by It unless he looks at the spot where the target mark would be. (The target mark is also invisible until he looks at the spot where the target mark would be).

Spotting a target - A target can be spotted by a red message that appears on their skin, wherever they’ve been touch. This message changes depending on what It thinks about the person as well as what he feels in general at that moment in time. An exact copy also shows up in the corresponding place on It’s body as well though. This message cannot be removed through any means unless the user’s quirk is reset. The message usually is a few words, but certain individuals have been known to get entire sentences to pop up. And although it’s dependent on the user’s thoughts and feelings, they have no control over what message pops up.

The messages that appear on individuals marked by targets work in the exact same way, except they're based on what the target thinks of the newly marked person, instead of It)

Personality:
An energetic and outgoing individual, Chudoku likes interacting with other people. However, whenever in these interactions, he makes sure he's enjoying himself, whether that means just talking, flirting, or flirting with an individual depends on his mood and the person of course. Along a similar vein, he does whatever he wants, whenever he wants, not caring about the consequences as much as about whether he's having a good time. Nevertheless, he's usually friendly enough, although he's carefree and a bit of a pest at some times.

He loves playing games more than anything in the world, with his favorite being games with risk involved, which is why he has such a fascination with gambling. To make matters worse, he's actually really good at gambling as well, due to being really smart as well as having keen observation skills (He's also a pretty good cheater, fyi). He's also a sadist and a masochist, especially when mentally or emotionally screwing people over, which is one reason why he enjoys gambling so much. He loves making daring moves that could potentially leave him in the hospital or dead, but it's all in the fun of things he says.

He also has a poker face that usually only shows during games, but one he can pull up on the spot. When he has it, he's able to avoid letting anybody language get through, so he can keep his opponents completely in the dark. On a similar note, of something not showing often, he does have a soft spot for people that he actually cares about. Although he does what he wants, he'll feed slightly bad if it affects a family member or friend, as he knows they care about him a lot too.

Another thing that most people don't know about him is that he has a big soft spot for kids. He refuses to hurt anyone under the age of 7, and those between 8-10, have to really deserve it for him to think about it. On the other hand, most adults, he has no problem doing literally anything.

Bio:

Born in Japan but moved to Las Vegas for a while his parents were actually escaping the police. Spending the first 13 years of his life there, Chudoku quickly got hooked on the casinos, even though he legally wasn't supposed to be able to go into them (he bribed a few people). Being the sole cause of one casiono having to shut down after losing so much money, Chudoku was sought after in the underground world of gambling, where Chudoku learned you can be payed in more than just cash. It was here where Chudoku met his godfather, a man who was able to beat Chudoku no matter what game they were playing. His godfather taught him trained him so he could control his quirk better as well as use it to his benefit. After all, going down the path Chudou was going, he'd need it eventually, and he was right.

One day, shortly after his 16th birthday, Chudoku got caught up in a poker game worth millions of dollars. He was doing extremely well, until he ended up getting too excited and let his poker face slip, costing him the hand. He could have easily paid the money back, but his opponent gave him an offer he couldn't really refuse: he told him to kidnap one of his business rivals. At this point, Chudoku was already hooked onto anything that presented any sort of challenge as well as danger. So Chudoku agreed. After a long night of sneaking around, marking people, avoiding security guards, etc, etc, Chudoku did it. He had a wealthy brain surgeon / drug dealer in the basement of his home, where he kept him for three weeks. In those three weeks, he kept him well fed and everything, but he was Chudoku's playpal, Chudoku constantly playing game after game with him. Since he was a prisoner, Chudoku didn't expect him to have any money on him, as such he quickly devised more unorthodox forms of payment to abide by. It started with stripping, progressed to abuse, and at one point his prisoner lost two fingers and Chudoku cut out his eye. After all, he wasn't above his own rules. Eventually, Chudoku got in contact with the person that sent him on the mission. The client was startled that Chudoku actually managed to do it and quickly made a deal to have him picked up. Once Chudoku asked what he'd do with the brain surgeon, the client replied that was for him to know only. As such, Chudoku decided to impulsively let his prisoner friend go since his client was withholding information.

Unfortunately, it was a rather bad move. His previous client put a hit out on Chudoku's life, worth a few million dollars. Being villains, his parents quickly found out about it. Fortunately, since they and Chudoku didn't run in the same circles, they were able to send him back to Japan without anyone realizing they were even related. Now in Japan, Chudoku lives with his grandparents, who are also villains. They enrolled him into {R E D A C T E D} (It's a villain school), hoping it'd be enough to keep him safe. Although Chudoku feels a little sad about the stuff his parents had to pull to keep him protected, he didn't feel too bad about it. After all, he can easily find other ways to keep himself entertained. Plus, he still stayed in contact with his Godfather before the incident.

About a year after going back to japan, his godfather needed help as he got into some trouble, similar to Chudoku. As such, Chudoku made plans to get him to Japan, but his grandparents ended up going behind his back and getting them cancelled, leading to his Godfather's death. As such, Chudoku decided to get even, using his quirk to put both his grandmother and grandfather into a coma. Nowadays, having graduated from {R E D A C T E D}, he lives in their house, splooshing off of their wealth and going out and about stealing from any and everyone, for fun. After all, no one is safe from It. He does dabble in the occasional kidnapping though.

He can also be found at various orphanages around the city just hanging out but you didn't hear that from me

Dislikes: Not getting what he wants, Being bored

Non-Quirk Skills:
  • He's practiced being extremely stealthy in order to sneak up on people and target them
  • At {R E D A C T E D}, one of his specialties was foreign languages. As such, he has a ton of them under his belt
  • He has a lot of practice with knives, but solely because he loves knives.
Other:
- The picture doesn't really show it, but he wears an eyepatch on his right eye. Because he's missing it. He also seems to have a large collection of eyepatches, as he's never seen wearing the same one within a month of each time.
- The brain surgeon wrote a book detailing his experience with Chudoku. However, for some reason, it was placed under fiction. Chudoku did message the surgeon asking why and, surprisingly, got a response saying no one would believe him if he didn't say it was fiction. Ever since this day, they've actually been chatting on a daily basis, and Chudoku considers him a friend, at least a little bit anyway. It helps that the surgeon knows nothing about his current whereabouts.

The complexity of the quirk and his background are super great as well, very thematic.

That said I have some concerns. Or rather, some questions. When you say that the absobtion enhances him to his body’s physical max, does that mean like... top level athlete? Like Olympian sprinter, thrower, jumper, swimmer etc? While I love the theme of this quirk, especially considering his personality and background, I’m wondering if it might be a bit too..... underpowered, when compared to our other heroes and villains, in particular instance anyway.

Now I also understand the causing unconsciousness and coma aspects of his ability, and I think so are perfect. Don’t change those even a little. But I wonder if his own physical enhancements might be increased a bit to give him more of a level playing field with the other heroes and villains. Catch my drift? That being said, if you like the extra challenge his enhancement limitations present, I’ll approve it as is.

Playing Field - It can currently make the playing field whatever size he wants up to his current max of 10 feet per person tagged. The playing fields are summoned around both It and the target. As long as the playing fields are intersecting, It's quirk is active. However, just being out of range will only make It not able to access that individuals' energy. The only way to be certain that he can't do so anymore is for the target to touch him (in other words, the target mark won't go away until they touch It).

Time Limit - Targets are only targets for at max 3 hours, though this time period can be extended or shortened by It choosing to be stronger or weaker (As a fairly new ability, he's still practicing and doesn't have much control over it).

Targets - A target is anyone who can reset/stop It’s quirk by touching him. Although targets can be created by It touching them, obviously, they can also be created by a target touching another person. It’s a passive action and a person automatically becomes a target when touched by another target (the target mark being the location of contact). The more targets there are, the higher It’s max potential increases. However, targets created in this manner can't be identified by It unless he looks at the spot where the target mark would be. (The target mark is also invisible until he looks at the spot where the target mark would be).

Spotting a target - A target can be spotted by a red message that appears on their skin, wherever they’ve been touch. This message changes depending on what It thinks about the person as well as what he feels in general at that moment in time. An exact copy also shows up in the corresponding place on It’s body as well though. This message cannot be removed through any means unless the user’s quirk is reset. The message usually is a few words, but certain individuals have been known to get entire sentences to pop up. And although it’s dependent on the user’s thoughts and feelings, they have no control over what message pops up.

The messages that appear on individuals marked by targets work in the exact same way, except they're based on what the target thinks of the newly marked person, instead of It)

Personality:
An energetic and outgoing individual, Chudoku likes interacting with other people. However, whenever in these interactions, he makes sure he's enjoying himself, whether that means just talking, flirting, or flirting with an individual depends on his mood and the person of course. Along a similar vein, he does whatever he wants, whenever he wants, not caring about the consequences as much as about whether he's having a good time. Nevertheless, he's usually friendly enough, although he's carefree and a bit of a pest at some times.

He loves playing games more than anything in the world, with his favorite being games with risk involved, which is why he has such a fascination with gambling. To make matters worse, he's actually really good at gambling as well, due to being really smart as well as having keen observation skills (He's also a pretty good cheater, fyi). He's also a sadist and a masochist, especially when mentally or emotionally screwing people over, which is one reason why he enjoys gambling so much. He loves making daring moves that could potentially leave him in the hospital or dead, but it's all in the fun of things he says.

He also has a poker face that usually only shows during games, but one he can pull up on the spot. When he has it, he's able to avoid letting anybody language get through, so he can keep his opponents completely in the dark. On a similar note, of something not showing often, he does have a soft spot for people that he actually cares about. Although he does what he wants, he'll feed slightly bad if it affects a family member or friend, as he knows they care about him a lot too.

Another thing that most people don't know about him is that he has a big soft spot for kids. He refuses to hurt anyone under the age of 7, and those between 8-10, have to really deserve it for him to think about it. On the other hand, most adults, he has no problem doing literally anything.

Bio:

Born in Japan but moved to Las Vegas for a while his parents were actually escaping the police. Spending the first 13 years of his life there, Chudoku quickly got hooked on the casinos, even though he legally wasn't supposed to be able to go into them (he bribed a few people). Being the sole cause of one casiono having to shut down after losing so much money, Chudoku was sought after in the underground world of gambling, where Chudoku learned you can be payed in more than just cash. It was here where Chudoku met his godfather, a man who was able to beat Chudoku no matter what game they were playing. His godfather taught him trained him so he could control his quirk better as well as use it to his benefit. After all, going down the path Chudou was going, he'd need it eventually, and he was right.

One day, shortly after his 16th birthday, Chudoku got caught up in a poker game worth millions of dollars. He was doing extremely well, until he ended up getting too excited and let his poker face slip, costing him the hand. He could have easily paid the money back, but his opponent gave him an offer he couldn't really refuse: he told him to kidnap one of his business rivals. At this point, Chudoku was already hooked onto anything that presented any sort of challenge as well as danger. So Chudoku agreed. After a long night of sneaking around, marking people, avoiding security guards, etc, etc, Chudoku did it. He had a wealthy brain surgeon / drug dealer in the basement of his home, where he kept him for three weeks. In those three weeks, he kept him well fed and everything, but he was Chudoku's playpal, Chudoku constantly playing game after game with him. Since he was a prisoner, Chudoku didn't expect him to have any money on him, as such he quickly devised more unorthodox forms of payment to abide by. It started with stripping, progressed to abuse, and at one point his prisoner lost two fingers and Chudoku cut out his eye. After all, he wasn't above his own rules. Eventually, Chudoku got in contact with the person that sent him on the mission. The client was startled that Chudoku actually managed to do it and quickly made a deal to have him picked up. Once Chudoku asked what he'd do with the brain surgeon, the client replied that was for him to know only. As such, Chudoku decided to impulsively let his prisoner friend go since his client was withholding information.

Unfortunately, it was a rather bad move. His previous client put a hit out on Chudoku's life, worth a few million dollars. Being villains, his parents quickly found out about it. Fortunately, since they and Chudoku didn't run in the same circles, they were able to send him back to Japan without anyone realizing they were even related. Now in Japan, Chudoku lives with his grandparents, who are also villains. They enrolled him into {R E D A C T E D} (It's a villain school), hoping it'd be enough to keep him safe. Although Chudoku feels a little sad about the stuff his parents had to pull to keep him protected, he didn't feel too bad about it. After all, he can easily find other ways to keep himself entertained. Plus, he still stayed in contact with his Godfather before the incident.

About a year after going back to japan, his godfather needed help as he got into some trouble, similar to Chudoku. As such, Chudoku made plans to get him to Japan, but his grandparents ended up going behind his back and getting them cancelled, leading to his Godfather's death. As such, Chudoku decided to get even, using his quirk to put both his grandmother and grandfather into a coma. Nowadays, having graduated from {R E D A C T E D}, he lives in their house, splooshing off of their wealth and going out and about stealing from any and everyone, for fun. After all, no one is safe from It. He does dabble in the occasional kidnapping though.

Other:
- The picture doesn't really show it, but he wears an eyepatch on his right eye. Because he's missing it. He also seems to have a large collection of eyepatches, as he's never seen wearing the same one within a month of each time.
- The brain surgeon wrote a book detailing his experience with Chudoku. However, for some reason, it was placed under fiction. Chudoku did message the surgeon asking why and, surprisingly, got a response saying no one would believe him if he didn't say it was fiction. Ever since this day, they've actually been chatting on a daily basis, and Chudoku considers him a friend, at least a little bit anyway. It helps that the surgeon knows nothing about his current whereabouts.

Misha is able to form her body into whatever form, shape, or mold she desires. Though she does seem to enjoy her current child-like form, she is also known to take on the form of an older much more mature woman. Other forms come at a times need. She has been seen turning into a net for the firemen to catch civilians, a gate to keep civilians out of danger, and making her hand into a giant catchers mitt. She does not talk about that one. This does have it's limit (Will get to that at the end)

Transportation
Misha is able to launch her ink from her body and travel through it or on top of it, sticking to whatever surface the ink is on . The ink itself sticks to surfaces such as roofs, ground, walls, trees, and the such. She is able to choose to launch out of it when she pleases and uses this mobility for swift strikes at high speeds. She is also able to propel herself into the air using the ink as well, causing what seems to be a jet pack. All these can be used one after the other in continued succession. (Limits at the end)

Ranged
Misha has developed many ways around her quirk, one being the fact she is able to shoot her ink from her hands at high speeds to trap enemies or slip them up. This is not used as much as the other uses as Misha believes the range is useful more for certain situations. She uses support items that can help with this exact problem as well, such as grenades and other fun items she fills with Ink. She calls these Items toys... but these are clearly weapons.

Octo-Hair
This one does not have any real "Combat" uses, but Misha's hair is actually live octopus tentacles. She can use the tentacles much like any other limb of her body. She has full control over these tentacles at all times.

Limits
This is where her Limits are. Although Misha's ink is endless, to retain her form and not become a blob of Ink (Which has happened a few times in her past) she must expel ink from her body at least 2 times a day. As well as that, any time she expels enough ink her hair and ink will change color, but any ink expelled will not change color. If she reaches this limit, she is unable to use any ink that is not the same color as her hair. The last limit is any ink she is unable to control is easily washed off with water or any actual liquid. Though mixing it with sugar will make it start to harden. Without outside force, her ink stays liquid.

Ultimate Move: Overwhelming Surge; Booyah
She can only do this move once before she falls unconscious. Using all of her power, she is able to make all of the ink she has created and expelled, no matter the color, to fly to her hand and create an swirling orb that grows bigger with the more ink it gains. During this time her body becomes pure ink of her current color. She launches the orb and it creates such force that a full on hit could almost if not Knock out the Manipulator.

Personality:
Misha has very different personalities for her work and self. While teaching, she encourages the youth to do their best and loves to see them always progressing with their quirks while she also seems to act like one of them. While being a hero, her childish mannerisms while being mature about many situations has won her the fan-base that seems to be at all of her scenes. She has also done some commercials and such where she acts "cute as a button." When she is not being professional, she is very much childish with the wonder and flow of it. When she is not in her costume, people would likely mistake her for a U.A student or even younger.

Misha's father ran a not-so-popular sushi parlor. The reason it wasn't that popular was because of all the villains that frequented the place. Misha's father could not do anything as he was quirkless and Misha's mother had died during her birth. On Misha's fourth birthday, her quirk had not appeared. She was upset, but only knowing her father she saw it understandable. It wasn't until a few years later would she discover it.

One night shift, a bomb was heard down the street. Misha was about eight or nine years old and was helping her father with closing up. A villain duo ran into the store and held a gun up to her father. They threatened that of the police were told they were here that her fathers brains would be against the wall. Misha hid as soon as they came in and was behind a booth, She saw the men threatening her father and started crying. One of the villains came up to her and grabbed her neck, laughing.

Next thing Misha knew, she was dropped to the floor as the villain was knocked back. She felt her hair moving as she crawled toward the wall. The villain with the gun pointed it at Misha, yelling at her and about her quirk. Next thing Misha heard was the noise of a shotgun and the villain dropping to the ground. Misha looked to her hands and it looked like she was bleed but it didn't feel like blood. It was dripping from all over her body.

Eventually hero's found out that the restaurant was a hang out of villains, so they started going instead, and Misha was a loved one out of the staff. She found out her quirk could be used to take order quickly and get them to the kitchen by sliding on it. Years after that night Misha was accepted into U.A and eventually was trained by Uravity, who kept calling her move style "Gun-head form" to deal with hand to hand combat and protect herself. Misha would go on to ace the Hero license exams and work her way up to Pro-hero. She worked tirelessly and eventually made her way to her current rank, bringing cheer and childish amusement to scenes that seem way too gloom. She started her own firm where she has put the focus on bringing relief to the civilians to make sure they feel safe. Though she lets someone run the majority of it when she is not in office.

Likes: Sushi, Cheer, New students, and new hires.

Dislikes: Villains, Dishonesty, Hatred, harm of any kind.

The last limit is any ink she is unable to control is easily washed off with water or any actual liquid. Though mixing it with sugar will make it start to harden. Without outside force, her ink stays liquid.

Ultimate Move: Overwhelming Surge; Booyah
She can only do this move once before she falls unconscious. Using all of her power, she is able to make all of the ink she has created and expelled, no matter the color, to fly to her hand and create an swirling orb that grows bigger with the more ink it gains. During this time her body becomes pure ink of her current color. She launches the orb and it creates such force that a full on hit could almost if not Knock out the Manipulator.

Personality:
Misha has very different personalities for her work and self. While teaching, she encourages the youth to do their best and loves to see them always progressing with their quirks while she also seems to act like one of them. While being a hero, her childish mannerisms while being mature about many situations has won her the fan-base that seems to be at all of her scenes. She has also done some commercials and such where she acts "cute as a button." When she is not being professional, she is very much childish with the wonder and flow of it. When she is not in her costume, people would likely mistake her for a U.A student or even younger.

Bio:
Misha's father ran a not-so-popular sushi parlor. The reason it wasn't that popular was because of all the villains that frequented the place. Misha's father could not do anything as he was quirkless and Misha's mother had died during her birth. On Misha's fourth birthday, her quirk had not appeared. She was upset, but only knowing her father she saw it understandable. It wasn't until a few years later would she discover it.

One night shift, a bomb was heard down the street. Misha was about eight or nine years old and was helping her father with closing up. A villain duo ran into the store and held a gun up to her father. They threatened that of the police were told they were here that her fathers brains would be against the wall. Misha hid as soon as they came in and was behind a booth, She saw the men threatening her father and started crying. One of the villains came up to her and grabbed her neck, laughing.

Next thing Misha knew, she was dropped to the floor as the villain was knocked back. She felt her hair moving as she crawled toward the wall. The villain with the gun pointed it at Misha, yelling at her and about her quirk. Next thing Misha heard was the noise of a shotgun and the villain dropping to the ground. Misha looked to her hands and it looked like she was bleed but it didn't feel like blood. It was dripping from all over her body.

Eventually hero's found out that the restaurant was a hang out of villains, so they started going instead, and Misha was a loved one out of the staff. She found out her quirk could be used to take order quickly and get them to the kitchen by sliding on it. Years after that night Misha was accepted into U.A and eventually was trained by Uravity, who kept calling her move style "Gun-head form" to deal with hand to hand combat and protect herself. Misha would go on to ace the Hero license exams and work her way up to Pro-hero. She worked tirelessly and eventually made her way to her current rank, bringing cheer and childish amusement to scenes that seem way too gloom. She started her own firm where she has put the focus on bringing relief to the civilians to make sure they feel safe. Though she lets someone run the majority of it when she is not in office.

I have to be honest, I am really excited to see her quirk in action (and her personailty!). The age issue is very creative, and I'm sure it'll come out some time in the RP. It's a good mystery twist to keep people guessing.

Another downside is that her quirks activation is constantly on and as such in day to day life she wears glasses or a blindfold so that she doesn't actually activate it and get in trouble, she's never tried it on animals but is to afraid to try

Of course if this does happen she will usually start crying, put the blindfold back and lock herself away. She keeps up this wall of calm, blank emotions constantly, making hard for anyone to get through to her if people do manage to chip through that tough unfeeling exterior, it's shown that she is actually rarely happy, only when drumming or making tea and coffee can she be seen smiling. Because of the way her Quirk works, she is absolutely terrified of it and the potential scarring she can cause and as such unlike alot of other her age, her control over her quirk is much less refined. This constant fear of her own quirk has made it difficult for her to reach out to others for anything really from help in doing homework, to doing fun things together to even help with training her quirk. For all her shyness and scaredness of her own quirk deep down is a girl who wants to learn her power and use it to help people.

When she was about 10 was her first visit to the psychiatrist and that's when she first ran into Psyren. It was a complete accident they were both there for a psych appointment with the same person and do to the quietness of the carpet they literally ran into each, it was the first time she felt the warmth of another person, she felt that even though she couldn't see her she had to tell them her secret "I'm scared of my quirk but I want to be a hero despite that" she whispered into Ren's ear. Now it was their secret, something both could never forget and Charlotte went into the psychs office. After that interaction with Ren, she was invited to get ice creams multiple times by her if their psych appointments lined up. One day during one of their ice cream sessions, she was given a piece of paper and was told by Ren that she was going away for a little bit and the piece of paper was a parting gift "Next time I see you you'll be on your way to become a hero!" Psyren said with a smile in her voice. At home alone Charlotte opened the letter and read it. It was a letter of recommendation to UA, it was exciting and this made Charlotte determined to follow her dream.

Lumen Climax: A techniques that allows Clair to enter into an ascended state of power by building up psychic energy. It allows him to continually manifest the limbs of various psychic entities which resemble angels and increase his damage output. In Lumen Climax, he also gains the capability to recover his health and heal almost any damage while in that state but it takes times to enter Lumen Climax and doing so often causes him to collapse after it ends as his energy reserves are depleted. It also gives him a slight superhuman boost as his mental energy removes his natural physical limiters and pushes his body further. Within Lumen Climax, he can manifest mutiple Pious Plumes to act as wings, although he is nowhere near as fast as Hawks is and tends to levitate rather than fly since flying depletes his Lumen Climax faster.

Light Speed: Clair is capable of using his Light Psyche energy to manifest Light Speed to slow down his perception of time, allowing him to move at extremely high speeds when viewed outside of it’s area of effect. This grants him superhuman reaction speeds and can even be sped up for a short burst. Furthermore, he is able to stack Light Speed’s effects to further slow the passage of time.

Beast Within: A psionic technique that allows a transmutation-like ability to turn into various animals, wearing the form like armour. Their common link is being albino with white accents.

Sage Stride: Clair can use the Sage Stride technique, allowing him the power to defy gravity and walk on any vertical or horizontal surface by attaching his feet to the surface with psychic energy.

Pious Plumes: Clair can use Pious Plumes which look like golden peacock feathers whilst stating the entity’s name in Latin to summon forth the limbs of his guaridan angels like Michion to attack, countering with kicks and punches when his own strength isn’t enough, often using them as surprise attacks.

Supernal Plumes: An even more powerful variant of Pious Plumes used during Lumen Climax, allowing him to summon one of his guardian angels at full strength, fuelled by his emotional state for a large area-of-effect finisher via an energy attack.

Smite: Summoning chains made of the same metal as his swords, forging it via psychic energy, Clair uses them as a mid-ranged weapon to entangle and bind his opponents. He often adds hooks to the end to grapple onto surfaces he cannot jump to.

Seraphim Lightbringer: A twin-bladed sword that can split into two individual swords, it is Clair’s signature weapon and he is highly proficient in it’s usage.

Personality: Clair is a serial killer, characterized as highly egocentric and psychopathic, with a few obsessive-compulsive tendencies. He is also a hand fetishist.
As a civilian, Clair longs for a peaceful and quiet life, safe from any worry, and does not wish for it to be interrupted. Whenever that life seems assured, Clair adopts a jolly and confident demeanor. Although he is highly intelligent and possesses many talents, this yearning shows in his dislike of coming in first, and made it a point to never rank better than 3rd in any competition so as not to stand out. Since his youth, Clair has been avoiding standing out, living a healthy life and following a strict regimen. He becomes bothered when someone disrupts his habits and goes to extreme lengths to get them back. As his father pointed out, this will to stay in the background was so bad that if bullied, or denied his favorite toy, Clair would bite his nails until they bled, being the only way he's found to express his frustration.

The most abnormal characteristic of Clair is his frequent and periodic murderous impulses. Clair targets men, or, more specifically, men with beautiful hands. Clair possesses a hand fetish, which he discovered when he found himself aroused by the hands of the Michaelangelo sculpture, David. However, his desire has never extended to the rest of the male person and he otherwise shuns their presence. This results in murdering random men, not caring in the least how they look like or behave, in order to acquire their (severed) hands as "boyfriends", acting as if the severed hands were actually sentient and conversing with them, even offering them various gifts. When one "Boyfriend" begins to decay, he disposes of it and goes off in search of a replacement. Clair is an opportunistic killer, his modus operandi being spotting a potential victim, following him to his house, and murdering him when both are isolated. With one of his angels erasing any proof by using a disintegration beam, these murders are actually reported as missing persons. Moreover, Clair has expressed various other similarly violent impulses such as the desire to choke his victims to death.

Apart from his murders, Clair is particularly violent when someone threatens his way of life or publicly humiliates him. Since Clair doesn't want to be noticed, he will try everything to solve his problems without facing anyone directly. However, if he doesn't have any other choice, he will instantly try to kill whoever discovers his true nature. Clair is quick to drop his polite demeanor, rudely insulting his foes or violently beating them before killing them. After the No. 19 Hero, Volcanus results in Clair making a fool of himself in public and attracting unwanted attention, Clair went on his way to torture and humiliate him, putting his shoe into his mouth and slamming his face against the ground. Clair has a hard time controlling these impulses. Clair lost his calm attitude and murdered him despite knowing he couldn't afford such a mistake.

When not pretending to be a Quirkless Civilian, Clair dons his white and gold robes and puts on his mask, becoming the Rapture Villain, Lumos and having a violent personality shift as a ruthless and sadistic serial killer, no longer hiding his disturbing fetishes and warped desires. As for the reason why he wears a mask and robes, he has religious delusions that his murders are God sending him to expunge the world of "the corrupted ones", meaning pro heroes and hero society and he views his fight against them as a new crusade. He is willing to work with others in this regard and functions well as part of a team, often cutting off the hands of his enemies to become his new "boyfriends". The mask is to combat his Scoptophobia, his fear of his face being seen which only manifests when his Lumos personality is in control.

As Lumos, he tends to quote various sayings in Latin such as "Plaudite, acta est fabula" (Applaud, for the play is over) when he wins. He also likes to defile the corpses of heros by digging up their graves and removing their hands, storing them in his freezer although his preferred MO for that is to cut the hands off of heroes who are still living and keep them as trophies for Clair.

Bio: Born to wealthy but elderly parents in a small village, Clair grew up as a quiet boy who was bullied for being more effeminate than his classmates. Soon realizing his desire to live a more peaceful life, he pretended to fit in with the other children despite having no real emotions of his own, he was competent enough at lying to fake them. He knew he was different from a young age, that difference manifested as uncontrollable sadistic urges as a young boy, often hurting his classmates who bullied him to the point of drawing blood and having to be physically restrained during his rages. Moving to S-City with his parents, he adopted a new persona and whilst doing art at the age of 15, discovered his attraction to men's hands when he saw a photograph of Michaelangelo's David. A competent mathematician, he kept his Quirk well hidden from others until one day he snapped in an argument with his then-boyfriend and used his Quirk to kill the man, going into another black rage for the first time in 8 years. Soon disposing of the body, his psychotic impulses met his hand fetishism and before burning Naoki's body in a school incinerator, he removed his hand and kept it. For once he was finally satisified and had found the balance between his desires and his simple life. Tired of feeling unemotional, he poured his anti-psychotics down the drain and his psychotic focus shifted to god, believing the angels he could manifest with his psychic thoughts were a sign that what he was doing was right. Soon adopting a villainous persona so if he did run into a hero, he could fight them more effectively, he became the Rapture Villain, Lumos. Called as such because he wrote "Rapture" on his victims in lipstick whilst removing their left hand, nailing them into a surface with Pious Plumes as if crucified. He currently balances his civilian life as a successful mathematician with his secret life as a serial killer who wants to now kill heroes and take their hands.

She was heavily inspired by an old video of the hero killer Stain and thus went onto continue a legacy many years old.

Kiara was the only daughter to a heavily hero based family. Her grandparents went to Hero school, her Parents went to Hero school, even her cousins and other relatives did. Kiara was accepted into U.A. after two times trying. Sadly she was expelled after her support classroom blew up due to many failed support item builds for many of the now top tier heroes, the last straw being an item requested for a friend by the now number 3 hero Manipulator. Shortly after being expelled from U.A., her parents and majority of her family disowned her and refused to even acknowledge she was even a part of their bloodline.

Kiara was devastated, unable to do anything about her family. Some members took pity and gave her enough money to get an apartment and get her a labor enhanced job. She did well due to her copy quirk, and just copied the power enhance type quirks. No matter where she went though, she was labeled as "the one that was expelled" and the one that "will never be a hero." Kiara's mental state deteriorated as the months passed, which soon turned into years.

During this time, she watched the "heroes" that she failed to build support items for, which led to her being expelled, rise in popularity. They are the reason she is here, in this shamble of a living space. The reason she is disowned. Her mental state snapped as she realized something. An eerily creepy smile appeared on her face as she laughed. A plan formed in her mind as she watched these 'heroes' climb in the ranks. She began to train and mutate her quirk.

She eventually returned to her family's home years after. Her mother answered the door, but before she could complain Kiara thrusted a present box into her hands. "Hey mom... I realize my mistakes in the past, and I am sorry for that.... but I do have a gift for you and Dad!" She said with a happy smile. "In there is an acceptance letter to another school and a brand new tested support item I think you guys will like. But please do not open it till you can show dad as well." Kiara said as she saw her dad in the lounge. "I have to go to the interview but I will see you guys later!"

Moments later, after the door closed. Kiara attached her mask firmly onto her face, slowly chuckling in a maniacal manner. Shortly following, the entire house blew up in explosions and flames. "Two pests from my past have been taken care of..." She said out loud as she walked away. Her voice muffled by the mask. "Lets see if that catches those 'Heroes" attention.... Then I can take care of the rest...." She said as she slowly formed a knife out of her hand and studied it. "I am so glad that demolitionist in the bank robbery the other day was so kind to give me his quirk.... these weapons are so nice to have..."

Kiara now works with an underground support item company. She comes up with plans, blueprints, and customers for their products. She likes to advertise their products on the battlefield at times just to show off to the older heroes that she is now better than ever before. She has made sure her villain self and civilian self are separated so Heroes are unable to arrest her while she is out and about normally

"I am so glad that demolitionist in the bank robbery the other day was so kind to give me his quirk.... these weapons are so nice to have..."

Kiara now works with an underground support item company. She comes up with plans, blueprints, and customers for their products. She likes to advertise their products on the battlefield at times just to show off to the older heroes that she is now better than ever before. She has made sure her villain self and civilian self are separated so Heroes are unable to arrest her while she is out and about normally

Quirk Name : Gut Ripper

Quirk Abilities:
Gut Ripper gains it's name do to the fact Ace can transform his body to gain the abilities of a werebadger or a anthropomorphic honey badger monster know as Gut Ripper. Some of these traits can be gained while still keeping a humanoid appearance. These are slow regeneration, thicker and loose skin, and increased speed and strength. All of these are passive and can be used without many consequences expect for the fact the regeneration takes a toll on his body and can take a full 24 hours to heal deep wounds. For limbs that can take more than an entire month. He is naturally nocturnal like every other honey badger making it hard for him to see during the day. These passive effects also do include his personality (Look below for more info).

If he really needs to get serious or is pissed off/injured enough he will go through a painful transformation into Gut Ripper. This is when the other passive effects are increased giving him faster regeneration, bullet proof skin, and more speed and strength. While these benefits are great to have it comes with the down side of giving into the more primal side of being honey badger. Running on instinct the human intelligence is lacking in this form. Also this form isn't sustainable for more then 30 minutes before what little control Ace has over Gut Ripper is completely gone. Attacking friend and foe and running on blood lust becoming more reckless than usual. Then after a hour has passed he will collapse and go into a coma for at least a day, up to 4 at the most. This form is not ideal for many situations making it a last resort.

Personality: Do to his quirk Ace also has some personality traits of a badger. Which include a reckless type of brave and aggressive tendencies to those who try to control him. Taking pleasure in cigarettes, alcohol, boxing, and a weird fondness for animals he can be found most days at underground fight clubs. Most who have met him call him a bit of a cocky greedy asshole and that is fair cause he is. Not like he cares anyway since why should he? He can turn into a cool badger monster and you can't.

Bio:
Coming from a broken home and a bad part of Scotland Ace was destined to have a hard life. Didn't help most kids and even adults shunned him for his volatile quirk. Children refused to play with him because who knows he might transform and kill all them. Those who tried were quickly taken away by the parents of that child and told not to play with the monster, but none of it bothered after a bit. In fact he thanks those children for showing him that he is stronger and more powerful than most and he must train his skills leading him to do boxing and mixed martial arts. As he grew older and got more aggressive he became a local delinquent causing mayhem whenever he got the chance. Even when he went with his Dad to Japan his behavior stayed the same all throughout high school.

After high school he worked as a bouncer for many shady businesses introducing him to the underground network of crime. Nowadays he works more similar to a mercenary/body guard for anyway willing to pay and that is what makes him bad. He knows what he is doing is wrong and he is considered a villain by many, but he doesn't care. Ace just noticed villains have the deepest pockets and are willing to spend the most. He's not insane and doesn't have any mental illnesses...he doesn't have any grandiose plan to take over and hell he isn't even taking revenge on those who ostracized him. Ace only cares about the money and is willing to do anything to finish his mission no matter how morally repugnant it is.

Likes: Money, booze, gambling, fighting, and cats.

Dislikes: Kids and dogs.

Non-Quirk Skills:
Mixed Martial Arts - Do to his job as a bouncer and just his love for boxing he became skilled in many different ways of fighting.
Quick Medical Care - While not a doctor he can clean up small wounds on his own.
Firearms - While he doesn't like using firearms and usually won't touch them he is able to use them if necessary.
