Bio: Raikou’s parents were your usual run of the mill villains but Kou fell into organized crime when they were imprisoned. He has been an enforcer for the Yakuza since he was around 14 years old. He originally used to be just an enforcer with the Yakuza and did so well they moved him to NYC in America. Only in America did he ever know failure, disgrace, and defeat which led to him being ousted from the Yakuza.

He was going to commit suicide having be disgarace and kicked out the Yakuza. Besides he was lone former enforcer on the streets with many rival gangs having a reason to want him dead. He thought his death had found him when a recruiter for the Syndicate caught up to him. The Syndicate gave him a second chance but only after adding some brains to his brawn. Now he’s more than an enforcer or collector but he’s more so a fixer these days.

Quirk Name: E Field

Quirk: He can generate and manipulate bioelectric fields. One use of this is to perform electroreception as a sixth sense with passive version able to sense the living but active able for him to detect anything within his fields.

He can generate electric fields Force use as a force field but he can manipulate those fields around his body. When he generates an electric field around his body or parts of his body he uses the field as an armor that also grants increase strength, durability, and speed or rather the effect of those attributes.

  • He doesn’t have any ranged attacks
  • Using active electroreception leaves him vulnerable just because of the sheer volume of information his mind has to process

Plans for Development:
  • Quirk Evolution: Kou learn the ability to teleport within his electric field. He will learn the ability to turn his electric field into constructs. He will learn how to use his electric field to carry himself to simulate flying.
  • Raikou will challenge and defeat the same Yakuza faction that ousted him

Bio:
Camila would start her life off in one of the rougher areas of San Jaun City from an abusive home before quickly becoming involved within the low-level gangs in the area at a young age. She would officially join the Tango Blast at age 8, following taking the life of an unfortunate dealer who had encroached on the group's territory. This event was initially supposed to be a warning to the dealer as well as a joke on the child so had provided Camila with an unloaded gun, it, therefore, was a surprise to them when she returned having used it instead to beat the man to death with it.

This lay the groundwork for her to rise up within the organisation quickly despite her young age, becoming involved in the group's distribution and eventually rising in seniority to become directly involved with the Cartel families, the heads taking notice after managing to reclaim a substantial narcotic store while the location was being raided by DEA officers.

This trend would continue until a poorly timed power grab by several factions within the Cartel created an opening for the authorities to track down major power hubs and distribution centres, destabilizing things enough and the final straw being the assassination of several major family heads under the guise of a vastly under qualified member wishing to claim power.

Following the collapse of the organisation with the death of the family heads, the poor leadership of their usurper and ensuing in-fighting/territory grabs would result in an extensive chaotic war that would naturally also draw down concentrated efforts from Heroes and government forces on both sides. Fortunately, with no clear leadership or stable structure, Camila quickly realised the benefit of leaving as she had foreseen the water starting to boil quicker than most. This is not to say she didn't also manage to grab as much metaphorical fine china and silverware before she vacated the sinking ship, though fortunately for her she would also encounter a new organisation that would be able to put her talents to use in the Syndicate.

Quirk Name: Si Sonata
Quirk: The user can control and extend her senses through a variety of silicon-based materials via a frequency-based signal her body can both emit and detect. The range appears limited by sound with control deteriorating as the distance increases, though it may be somewhat circumvented via the use of a "signal boosting" structure of sufficiently pure material. A side effect of her quirk is Yun also possesses an exceptional level of hearing, this is both a benefit and a detriment but it has allowed her to extend her senses to detect additional signals within her local area or transmitting through touched objects.

Skills/Abilities: Bi-Lingual, Boxing, Business, Chemistry, Cooking, Infiltration, Guerlla Tactics, Smuggling, Subterfuge, Tracking.

Affiliation: Formerly the San Francisco Mafia (not a terribly interesting name), now the Syndicate (of course)

Bio:
A little over a decade ago, there was no Decibelle. There was only a teenage girl with talent and a dream, a dream of becoming a famous singer. She did everything as right as it was possible to do. She recorded her demo tape, went to the auditions, signed on with a record label.

Maybe her producer was a little eccentric, or maybe they were an iconoclast with incredible foresight. Either way, they claimed that country music was going to return to prominence in the next decade, and it was up to Victoria to ride the wave.

She was from nowhere near the southern US, and that wasn't the style she wanted to go for. But how could she disagree? In that moment, "Polly Darton" was born.

For several years, everything went great. "Polly" never quite became an A-lister, but she was able to make a good career of it.

Disaster struck, as it inevitably does, in the double-pronged attack of an up-and-coming rival and a resurgent wave of moral panic over supposed subliminal messages in popular music. The rival's recording agency saw an opportunity, and accused Polly of only being "popular" because her quirk allowed her to influence listeners.

The resulting scandal stuck, and soon "Polly" found herself on "indefinite hiatus".

Wanting to get back on her feet, Victoria was approached by a mysterious patron claiming to be a music producer willing to take a risk on her and help her reinvent herself for her return to the stage. All it would take were a few favors...

As she got involved in aiding and abetting white-collar crimes like embezzlement and extortion on top of drug smuggling, the truth was revealed: her patron had no intent of helping her, and was in fact a lieutenant of the head of the San Francisco Mafia.

Victoria seemed ensnared, as if it was too late for her to escape with her life. But leaking some information to the police force allowed them to finally expose and detain the Mafia, alongside the work of a pro hero. In turn, Victoria was able to flee, taking a sum of the Mafia's cash with her.

She might not be able to return to the stage, but she'd learned a fair bit thanks to her time spent indebted to the Mafia.

Now aligning herself with the Syndicate, she serves as a spy and negotiator for them, applying a softer touch before more harsh measures are warranted.

In truth, Victoria (or Vic, or Vicky) is generally an even-tempered, diplomatic type, protective of her new allies and not the first to resort to aggression or take sides. However, when "on the job" as Decibelle, she tends to play up the "southern belle" act, the better to provoke or ingratiate herself to those she meets.

Quirk Name: Subvocalization

Quirk:
Subvocalization grants Decibelle a few distinct abilities, all of which involve small, practically imperceptible vibrations generated by her voice.

  • Silence: By emitting vibrations that cancel out surrounding sound, Decibelle can impose a sphere of silence centered on herself reaching up to 50 meters away, drowning out practically every other sound. She can selectively impose this ability in areas within the 50m range, silencing some locations while keeping others audible.
  • Subliminal messaging: Within the range of her quirk, Decibelle can whisper simple 2-3 word commands to one or more individuals that she is aware of. Affected individuals remain fully conscious, but find themselves reacting almost immediately without knowing that they heard her voice. This aspect of her quirk cannot implant long term or multi-step commands, and can potentially be counteracted by other mind-altering quirks.
  • Immobilization: With a touch, Decibelle can prevent an object or person from moving by projecting vibrations that counteract the direction of their motion. This ability requires more or less a corresponding surface area of her body to touch the parts of the target she wants to immobilize, as the vibrations use her body as the medium. Hence she would need to wrestle with a target human-sized or slightly larger to immobilize it.

Finally, her Quirk Factor grants her sensitive hearing, and protects her from damage that would be caused by loud sounds or concussive force. This is to say that her hearing would still be disturbed by extremely loud sounds, but she would not be pained or disoriented by that alone.

Skills/Abilities:
  • Practiced singer and guitarist
  • Skilled impersonator
  • Knowledge of the operations of criminal enterprises
  • Trained in marksmanship, can easily hit a moving target 100m away and can potentially hit ricochet shots

Equipment:
As part of her image, Decibelle frequently carries around a loaded revolver (or two, or three). While they have no special characteristics, they are perfectly lethal against targets with no special protection, and her quirk allows her to fire them silently should she wish. She also carries a hat that she hasn't changed in years.

Weaknesses:
  • No especially combat-oriented abilities
  • Tends to be indecisive and is rarely the first to act
  • Subliminal message ability can be drowned out by loud sounds
  • Her quirk acts entirely through her voice, meaning that injury to her throat can prevent it from functioning

Kenny, the Pit Boss

Sexuality: Pansexual Joker (His Sexuality is not known, but he jokingly replies with whatever sounds funny at the time)
Affiliation: The Syndicate, Underground casino, The Purple Pirates.


Personality: Kenny is the type of guy who wears a friendly smile and acts completely relaxed, but he's in truth very cold and calculating. Every chance he gets, he'll find a way to get under a person's skin and taunt them into making rash and reckless decisions. Kenny also is a good sport when it comes to games of chance or cards. Kenny has a killer sleight of hand that enables him to always win however (by cheating)

Bio: Kenny Smith was your average child raised in the streets of Sin City. Kenny had always had the short end of the stick, constantly getting jumped in the street and getting robbed, or even worse, be sexually assaulted by an older person. Kenny's life however would change when he met a mysterious person known simply as "The Gambler". The Gambler ran an underground casino where rules don't always hold sway, and cheating is encouraged. Kenny arrived at this casino one night while being chased by an axe murderer. The Gambler saw this incident, and shot a six sided die at the murderer, and shot the person's eye out.

The Murderer died of blood loss, and Kenny would be face to face with the Gambler. The Gambler saw something in Kenny that day, and decided to take him under his wing, and show him everything there was to know about being a underground Pit Boss. Kenny would grow up to the age of 20, and leave Sin City to make a name for himself. He would soon arrive in New York City, and open his own underground casino. The beginning days of his business was well, but unfortunately, his constant winning in the games against other players got him shot in the heart by an angry person who lost $1 million to him.

Kenny however would soon get back up and punch the guy out cold. Kenny had no idea how he was alive after clearly dying, but one night, after some testing on himself, and using different methods of dying, Kenny learned he had a special quirk. The ability to never truly die from any mortal injury, and regenerate missing flesh after resurrection. Kenny calls this ability "Joker's High". A fitting name for his mental state after his many suicide attempts, and becoming mentally insane, although his face doesn't show it.

At the Age of 24, the Syndicate learned of his existence and sent many people to try and recruit him into their organization. Kenny decided that his life could use a bit of spicing up, so he agreed on one condition, "To get 65% of whatever the Syndicate draws in from now on". Kenny would get everything, from extra money to armed thugs, and even weapons that a lowly street thug would dream about. He then would form his own sub faction of the Syndicate, who would establish several Casinos throughout the city, which hides the criminal activity behind the scenes.

Quirk Name: Joker's High
Quirk Description: Joker's High gives Kenny the power to never truly die. Any time it seems he has died, he gets back up, with all of his damage healed up, and lost body parts replaced. This ability is called Joker's High because Kenny himself feels great pleasure when he revives, and the rush makes him feel invincible.

The above Objects are not set, as they can be subject to change at any time, and due to the vast amount of resources his criminal Syndicate draws in. 45% of what the Casinos get are donated to the Syndicate.

Weaknesses:
Joker's High, while never stated in the description, is not able to regenerate Kenny if his entire body gets obliterated by something that's capable of eliminating the entire body. Things like Nukes and being thrown into a volcano (Active) will ensure that Kenny is dead.

character Development:
Kenny will at one point lose his Joker's High ability, and have to struggle with the fear of dying and never again reviving until he regains his Quirk.

Extra:
Kenny's birthday is January 1st.
He doesn't have a real Villain name because he thinks being called something like "The Joker" is super dumb. Kenny is a name in his belief that can strike fear into the hearts of many.

Name: Yang Tailong
Villain Name: Blood Dragon: Mushu

Affiliation: Formerly Black Jade Triad, Syndicate

Bio:
Yang is the son of the Incense master of the Black Jade Triad from Texas, his mother wasn’t there during his childhood for whatever reason, probably his old men just wanted an heir and after getting one he cut all connections with her after Yang was old enough to eat food other than milk.

Growing up in a Triad was certainly a weird experience for him, as he was the son of the 4th most important person in the Triad he had much leeway with what he did and yet he was educated to be a part of it. Most kids in his school were afraid of him but he did not care, hell he would even laugh at his bullies while spitting his blood at them, and one time his quirk manifested as he spat fresh blood on a bully's face effectively charing half of his face. Of course, police got involved in such an incident and only Yang was punished even though he was the victim. So Yang continued going to school and furthering his training in the Triad till he reached the age where he could just stop attending school and focus fully on the Triad work and his two hobbies of music and cars.
Wanting to prove himself he insisted that he starts from the bottom of the organisation's ranks and work his way to the top instead of just being given such a rank. On his way to the top, he trained with his old man the clan's martial arts of Wing Chun and Bajinquan, and things an enforcer and interrogator of the group would need to know.

Years passed as he began his journey of raising himself up in the Triad, now he was a leader of a rather small but special team for the Triad for they were the shock squad, the first to go out and the last to return often his group would butt heads with the Yakuza, especially with that one pink haired dude. Sadly enough someone from the Triad had the guts to whistleblow on his squad's activity to the pro heroes and police, most of them got captured straight away while he and a few others were running away with the one they were escorting, someone tased him in the back of the neck making him drop down flat face first into the concrete. While he could not move he heard the sound of his comrades being killed and his life was spared only because of the simplest fact that one of the heroes he was running away from caught up to him.
After that, he spent a bit of his time in different jails being constantly transferred until a Syndicate recruiter contacted him with an offer he could not refuse. So he accepted it, and soon after while in transit to another prison his van was attacked and he was extracted.
Now he uses whatever skills he has to find the traitor from his group while maintaining his part of the deal with the Syndicate,

Quirk Name: Pyrokinetic Blood
Quirk: The user can manipulate his own blood volume and he can inflame his blood at will. The user can shoot out his blood by increasing his blood pressure, he can even somewhat manipulate it when it is outside his body up to 10 meters [30 feet]. While inflaming his blood can be done at a much greater distance compared to his ability to manipulate it, it still has its limits for the more dried out his blood is the lesser the heat of the flame. Now onto the most fascinating part of the quirk, the user’s blood upon entry into another person's bloodstream will slowly but surely replace their blood with his own, allowing the user to make living bombs out of people, although at the current state of the quirk, it would take at least a year to make a single bomb out of a person. Increased blood regeneration on the cost of heightened nutrition usage.

Skills/Abilities: Bi-lingual, Bajinquan, Wing Chun, Years in Organized Crime Experience, Infiltration, Interrogation, Spoliation of Witnesses and Evidence. Mechanic Proficiency
Equipment: Fireproof and hydrophobic trenchcoat, a harmonica, a flask of snake wine, a bag full of dried apricots, a butterfly knife
Weaknesses:
  • Although his quirk raises his heat resistance he still can be easily burned by his own flames if not careful.
  • The possibility of blood loss and malnutrition-related accidents are increased because of his quirk.
  • Negligible close-range options for attack, mainly because of the risk of burning himself.

Plans for Development:
  • Quirk Evolution: Yang becomes able to manipulate and shape his blood into objects. Via various methods, he quickens the infect ability of his quirk allowing him to make living bombs quicker. Learns how to control the heat of the flame created from his blood, possibly lowering it or heightening depending on the situation.
  • Finding the traitor from the Black Jade Triad and mutilating him, torturing him and such until satisfaction of revenge settles in, if not fulfilled go up the chain and repeat till satisfied.
Other:
Yang's birthday is on June 22.
Takes pride in his long ponytail, to the point of sometimes being annoying to others or going into a rage when someone messes with it.
While Yang loves music and playing instruments, the only two instruments he can play are a harmonica and the drums, if he tries to play anything else the sound is so horrid the dead might as well rise from the dead.

Bio: The Yatagarasu Organization was an elitist underworld ring of assassins and arranged quirk marriages. Alice's ascension through the ranks was by doing things that she hated to, but it eventually numbed her to the tragedies of the world. And after she took the reigns, she almost immediately merged her resources and manpower with that of the syndicate. She's almost always followed by her two closest advisors and personal partners Mana Dodeck and Karatglas Rodgers.

Quirk Name: Mochibody

Quirk: Alice possesses the ability to create, control, and turn any part of their body into mochi—specifically a thick, extremely viscous, naturally white-colored mochi paste—to manipulate as they please, including its viscosity, density, pressure, color, texture and stickiness, or reform their body as needed. They are able to do this to create structures like walls and other large objects that are then hardened. It can be used as an effective blunt-force weapon and is capable of trapping people, even extremely strong ones, due to its sticky, stretchy nature. The latter is such that high-caliber gunfire is completely unable to pierce through it, and it is naturally immune to blunt-force trauma, Additionally, due to its malleability the mochi can be formed into a massive variety of shapes, such as fists, tendrils, and even spiked clubs. She is shown to be able to convert foods into mochi by eating them, via special digestive enzymes.

Skills/Abilties:

Polylingual: Can write, read, and speak 8 languages fluently (Cantonese, English, French, Japanese, Mandarin, Russian, Hindi, and Spanish) and 3 fluently enough to hold a conversation but not much more than getting around a country or get the basic meaning of statements (German, Finnish, and Arabic), but due to her uncomfortabilities, this is rarely put to good use.

Mathematical Genius: Alice states that she doesn't like to do math, and finds it to be boring and degrading, but she is nonetheless incredibly good at it.

Incredibly Skilled Strategist: Can easily come up with complex schemes and plans, and understand complex systems.

Intimidation Expert: Though not as effective without help from Mana and Karatglas, she is capable of intimidating people quite effectively

Trained from Childhood Assassin Expertise: Due to their family being an arranged marriage by the Yatagarasu Organization, they were taken at birth to be trained to be a killing machine.

Equipment:

She often carries at least two weapons on herself at all times. One of which is a 50 calliber custom made pistol located in her rib-cavity as a last resort.

Weaknesses:

Alice suffers from high functioning Autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, OCD, and bodily dysphoria. They’re not super comfortable being themself around anyone other than Mana Dodeck and Karatglas Rogers. And they have little patience for others, even going as far as having Mana speak in their stead and having comprehensive meeting sessions with Mana to keep the two on the same page in case she doesn't feel like answering something.

Their body can be weakened in terms of physical strength and cohesion by the addition of a proportionate amount of water to the mass of their mochi-form.

As of yet, they have a limit to how much Mochi they can generate, though it is far from proportional to their body mass.

They cannot control Mochi that isn't connected to them by at least one continuous physical point.

Plans for Development:
I want her to gradually be growing and coming up with new strategies, and possibly awakening her quirk to be able to transmute inanimate objects into mochi, and manipulate mochi without it needing to be connected to her body.

Bio: One of 6 children raised in Alice's Batch, she has been obssessed with Alice's insightful genius since childhood. The two were meant for each other. She's willing to share with Mana because they were raised together to, and neither "started loving Alice before the other"

Quirk Name: Megasonic

Quirk: Similar in affect to the Air cannon quirk when not used on a surface, and similar in Mechanic to Orcinus, Karatglas is capable of generating massive releases of sonic energy. These can either be used to collapse structures from their profound vibrational intensity, or to create blasts that possess both Sonic and Kinetic properties. Karatglas is skilled enough to use these throughout any part of her body.

Skills/Abilties:

Trained from Childhood Assassin Expertise: Due to their family being an arranged marriage by the Yatagarasu Organization, they were taken at birth to be trained to be a killing machine.

Unhealthily Knowledgeable About Alice: She knows everything about Alice, from the minute Alice was born to what her 5th favorite color is. She would never betray her, but also would probably end her own life if Alice died, including if by natural causes in the case that she should outlive Alice.

Youthful Appearance: Despite being in her 20s, she looks about 18 due to her genes and hasn't visibly aged at all since age 18 either.

Anatomical/Audiosonic Expertise: She is extremely knowledgeable both in the anatomy of the human body, and in the nature of sound as a scientific principle.

Polylingualism: Exactly like Alice, She can write, read, and speak 8 languages fluently (Cantonese, English, French, Japanese, Mandarin, Russian, Hindi, and Spanish) and 3 fluently enough to hold a conversation but not much more than getting around a country or get the basic meaning of statements (German, Finnish, and Arabic)

Equipment:

100-Proof Noise Cancelling Headphones: Pro Hero Support item level noise cancelling headphones capable of withstanding the immense noise that she's capable of creating when using her quirk at full blast.

Weaknesses:

Karatglas is not fully immune to the knockback or recoil from her quirk, and while this can be used for limited flight-like motion, it is mainly detrimental in that she can only use her quirk with her specialized 100-proof noise cancelling headphones.

Though she has some resistance, if she overloads her quirk, her nose will start to bleed.

Plans for Development:

Being part of Alice's plans. Helping Alice achieve her goals. She's a very symbiotic character like that. Probably raise the limits of what all she can do with her quirk.

Affiliation: Yatagarasu Organization (Formerly), Syndicate

Bio: One of 6 children raised in Alice's batch, number four to be precise. Mana was the natural frontline brawler of the group. She was selected by Alice to be one of her two personal partners out of the other 5 due to her general loyalty, agreeableness, and the fact that, despite not minding killing people if commanded, she was still affable and a natural socialite. She isn't as obssessed with Alice as Karatglas is, but she still seems to have some sort of attraction to her.

Quirk Name: Four Little Diamonds

Quirk: Mana is capable of converting her body into a diamond-like substance (of course, turned up to 11 because anime.) and back at will, granting her increased damage potential and more importantly, extreme defensive potential. This seems to be somewhat similar to Kirishima's hardening quirk. Superdense Hardalloy Knuckles: A pair of brass knuckle-like aparatus that are the only thing tougher in Mana's arsenal than her own diamond body.

Weaknesses:

She possesses a lot of weight to throw around and often has to plan how she'll counteract her own kinetic inertial frame of reference.

She lacks in speed when fully transformed, and while she can launch herself forwards due to her increased strength, she has trouble moving around with intense combat speed.

Plans for Development:

Possibly gaining the ability to fuse her body with minerals like stone to increase her mass even moreso than her quirk already can.

Bio:
Rami was born into a regular family. She was already quite intelligent but nothing too remarkable. However, once her quirk manifested her life started to change. At first she used her quirk so she can study without actually needs to study herself by ordering her splits to do the learning, but when her parents found out about this they had this idea of placing every splits of her into several studies at once so she could became the perfect smartest daughter they so desire. This plan was a success and Rami was able to go to college at age 15, but it also made her hates her parents.

Using the same trick, Rami's speed at climbing the academic ladder was unprecedented. At age 17 she finished 10 different bachelor degrees at once and become master in 7 different fields at age 20. Seeing her growth Pax Pharmaetical Company quickly swooped her into their rank before she got taken by their competitor. It didn't take too long before she racks numerous knowledge and experiences and became one of the core scientists in the company. She moved from testing commercial drugs into the deepest and most secretive part of the company where they cuts open people to study quirk factor, developing compound that might give people super power and other dubious things. Her desire to use all the knowledge she had gathered and her taste for... human suffering made her a perfect fits there. However, when an accident happened and Pax's unethical experiments got leaked into the public Rami found herself getting arrested by the polices as a scapegoat for the company. During her jail time, one of Syndicate's recruiter managed to get in contact with her and offered to help her out as long as she's willing to work with them. She accepted the term and got jailbreaked out of the prison. Now she works as Syndicate's head of support department, creating support items for the members to use in their mission.

Quirk:
Split off grants Rami the ability to split into smaller version of herself, along with her equipments. These mini-Ramis retain her intelligence and memory. She can merge back with the minis and retrieve their memory and experience. She claimed to have accumulated more than 200 condensed years worth of experience this way. Her currently smallest splits is the 1% Rami which is only as big as a hamster.

Skills/Abilties:
  • Super genius: Rami's usage of her quirks allows her to accumulates not only knowledge but also experience at multiplied rate. This way she managed to master multiple branches of science, multiple languages, programming and also loads of technical skills far surpassing someone her age should poses.

Weaknesses:
  • The mini-Ramis have less physical capability the smaller they become, and also less mature in thinking.
  • Equipment with delicate technology such as microchips might malfunction when being splits by her quirk.
  • Rami suffers from multiple personality disorder which would become more apparent the smaller she splits.

Bio: Originally from the French-speaking region of Canada Jacques grew up taking regular trips across the border to the US with their parents. It took until they were approaching their teenage years to learn that the unusually frequent crossings were transport runs smuggling various contraband between the two nations, support equipment publicly available in the States but restricted in Canada proved particularly lucrative in a black market for aspiring villains looking to compensate for underwhelming quirks.

Aging out of the role of cute kid in the unassuming family on a drive they eventually moved to New York to study business. Struggling to experience their real feelings after a childhood of acting they took to prowling the city for genuine emotions to feed on and experience while also leeching off the motivation of their peers to keep up with their studies.

While studying their parents' luck finally ran out and they were arrested carrying a haul of illegal support items. Jacques avoided criminal charges by virtue of being a minor when they were involved in the smuggling but they were left with no doubt that they were no longer welcome at their college and lacking anything at home to go back to they descended into the New York underworld and eventually fell in with the syndicate.

Quirk Name: Nosfeelratu

Quirk: In a nutshell Jacques is an emotional vampire. They are able to absorb intense emotions from those they touch leaving the victim temporarily bereft of the feeling and taking it onto themself, draining the courage from an opponent can leave them a whimpering coward while emboldening themself.

They are also able to expend the 'emotional energy' they hold allowing for feats of superhuman strength and agility at the expense of their own emotional state.

Skills/Abilities: French/English bilingual, business management, judo training.

Equipment:

Weaknesses:
May behave erratically based on the second hand feelings they've drained.

Overusing their quirk drains their own emotions, at the extreme end they become completely apathetic and unmotivated to do anything at all.

Plans for Development: Managing or failing to manage their addiction to hunting for emotions to drain. Learning to infuse others with chosen emotions and use their quirk from a short distance away.

Weaknesses:You know how i said that Jack can direct his bullets towards anyone he touches indefinitely? Yeah it only lasts until Jack picks another target or its forcibly halted.
