Tom walked into the family meeting running a hand over his tired face nodding some "Yeah....wants to be close to the kids, the usual shit." He muttered

Lilith woke up to an empty house and frowned some. She had no idea what she was to do today. Maybe she could clean up a bit and dance. She got ready and went around putting all her clothes away and made her way to the kitchen and bathrooms to clean up

Aleister frowned and looked at him. “I know you think you’re untouchable Toom:.. but none of us ever were or ever will be... spend time with them now. Don’t waste it then complain when they’re grown or gone” He muttered and got up to go get some coffee, groaning when his phone rang and it was an annoyed cleaner that she’d gotten in to find Lilith doing her job for her. “I’ll talk to her Gloria.” He assured her before ringing Lilith as well.

Carmen eventually left to go get some work done and finally it got time to go pick them up, starting the drive out there, getting antsy about having her little ones in her arms again.

Tom gave a heavy sigh and nodded some "Yeah....I guess you have a point." He muttered trying to figure it out before their father got there

Lilith answered her phone seeing his namw flash across the screen and gave a frown when he told her to stop what she was doing "Oh....okay I..I'm sorry."

Jake sat outside their pickup spot with his sister waiting for the usual car to come pick them up. He figured it would be the driver per usual and not their mom

He sighed heavily and rubbed his face. “Its fine but please don’t start making my staff feel like their jobs haven’t been done properly.... I thought carmen was picking you up this morning?” He muttered talking to her long enough to work out that she’d texted to cancel and he groaned a bit. “Alright... well do what you like then really, I’ll see you later.” He muttered.

Carmen pulled up and got out the car smiling wide seeing the kids and hugged them both tightly. “Oh my babies! I’ve missed you both so so so much.” She said happily, kissing both their heads and holding onto them happily.

Lilith talked with him for a bit before she hung up went outside to get some fresh air while she let his workers do their jobs. She gave a soft sigh as she glanced around his big backyard frowning as she saw a little play house tucked away in a corner.

Jake smiled widely seeing his mom and ran over with his sister "Mom!!" He yelled happily and hugged her tight as he got to her "What are you doing here?! You and dad said you were going to send a driver." He said still in shock to see her there.

Carmen smiled and held them both tightly before starting to get their bags in the car. “Well I thought seeing as I have a free day, why not come get you guys myself. Oh I missed you both so much.” She smiled and kissed their heads as they got in the car.

His gardener looked over at her and frowned. “I wouldn’t touch any of that stuff. If he sees it moved he will flip out on you.” He warned her frowning. “They were his daughters.” He explained.

Jake got in the front seat and smiled happily at his mom "We missed you mom." He murmured as she drove "Where is dad?" He asked giving a small frown when she said work "Will he be home tonight at least?"

Lilith frowned some and walked away quietly going to explore the rest of the house until she found that empty room again. She got her ballet shoes and started to dance just letting all her emotions out through it. Ballet had always been a love of hers and she had almost made it to the big time until her father broke her leg and ruined her chances.

She nodded a little. “Yeah He should be sweetheart.” She assured him. “We were thinking by the way about us all going on holiday before you guys go back to school next month and we could go back to Paris.” She told them. “Or somewhere different but Paris was nice.” She had missed having them both around so much so she was excited to have her babies home again.

Her father phoned her only a couple hours later, not happy at all with what he had just heard regarding her changing her appointment for this week around.

Lilith frowned seeing her father's number and quickly answered "Yes papa?" She asked quietly taking in a shaky breath when he started to yell at her "Papa please....I had to do something yesterday I will be there tomorrow."

Jake gave a nod and smiled "That sounds like fun Lyla has been wanting to go back for a while." He said glancing back at his sister who was asleep in the backseat now. She had worn herself out from excitememt.

She smiled and glanced over at him. “Good.... where would you wanna go if you could pick?” She asked him softly. He worried about his sister far too much. The rest of the drive was quiet until they got back and she saw toms car in the drive smiling some, getting out and thanking the housekeeper that got the bags, “Lyla we’re home sweetheart. Daddy’s home too.l she smiled as her little girl got down and ran inside calling for her dad and heard the happy squeak as she finally found him.

Tom got back to find Lilith crying in the living room and frowned some. “Everything okay?” He asked her as he took his jacket off and unbuttoned his shirt a little, rolling his sleeves up and untucking it from his trousers, plopping down on the other couch.

Lilith heard his voice and quickly wiped her eyes trying to clean herself up "Yes.....everything is fine." She said quietly not wanting to talk about how her father had threatened her if she didnt show signs of trying to get pregnant by her appointment in two days.

Jake shrugged some "Germany seems cool, maybe Amsterdam?" He said smiling as he saw his dad's car when they pulled up.

Tom heard his daughter's voice smiling from ear to ear when he saw her pop in the kitchen "Hey there!" He said happily hugging her tightly to him as she ran over "How have you been? Oh man I've missed you so much." He murmured

Carmen nodded some. “Think of a couple others as well okay?” She murmured and watched him run over to Tom as well just smiling at the three of them. These were the moments that she held onto. When her family was together.

Lyla grinned some and nodded. “Daddy I got two principal awards this month!” She told him excitedly and kept hugging him until he set her down and she ran off to go see her room.

Aleister just nodded. “There’s a function we need to be at. Three days time. I’ll get carmen to take you dress shopping tomorrow.” He assured her.

Tom smiled widely and listened to her before he hugged his son looking at Carmen with a smile "Hey bud, how are you doing?" He asked rubbimg his back happily

Lilith gave a small nod "Okay, I need to see my father in two days." She said softly glancing at him some biting her lip as she kept her eyes on him

He looked over and nodded some frowning, "How much longer is he in town for?" He asked her frowning, "Also he's not welcome anywhere near this house." He added on, getting a look in his eyes for a moment before relaxing again.

Carmen sighed some and watched them talk for a little until Jake went up to his room and Carmen walked back over to Tom, "You need to have them both tomorrow... I'm taking Lilith dress shopping under Aleister's orders and I don't trust her yet, I don't want the kids near her." She mumbled.

Lilith nodded softly "He leaves after our meeting." She said taking a deep breath "I'm sorry if I overstepped earlier, I didnt mean to offend your workers." She told him

Tom gave a nod and shrugged "No worries, got the day off thankfully so I'll take em to the zoo or something." He said wrapping his arms around her waist "You happy?" He asked softly

He nodded some at her then chuckled a bit as he picked up a pillow and slipped it behind his back, "Oh... Tara gets worried about how I'll think she's working if someone else does her job... You're fine." He muttered, "You'll get used to it. Took me a long time too." He mumbled.

Carmen nodded a bit, "Not with you though." She reminded him yet didn't move away, "That conversation isn't finished." She warned him and pecked his lips, "I'm gonna go lay down, I've just driven for four hours." She mumbled, kissing him again then headed up and got into comfy clothes, laying in bed and smiled when Lyla walked in and joined her, "Oh my gorgeous girl, I missed you so much." She murmured, kissing her head and hugged her close.

Lilith nodded some and sat facing him. She had heard the stories of him and Tom growing up together but she didnt know he didnt grow up in the nice parts "You didnt grow up with this?" She asked

Lyla smiled widely and climbed in bed cuddling up to her "I miss you too mommy. Can you braid my hair?" She asked giving her big puppy dog eyes.

He snorted a bit, "I grew up in the system, Tony would help pay for my school and stuff, treated me like his own son but adoption would have been messy, When I turned 18 I joined the family though properly and now Tom is as much my brother as he would be if we were related.... But I lived with them and then got my own place a few years later and Tony insistd I have staff, just to take the pressure off my... off my wife." He muttered

Carmen smiled tiredly at her and nodded, "Alright pumpkin, I can't promise this is gonna be good, mommy's real tired." She told her quietly but sat up and gently moved Lyla so that she was sat inbetween her legs and started braiding her hair out, "It's getting so long, you sure you don't wanna cut it?" She asked her and kissed the top of her head

Lilith nodded some amd bit her lip some "Oh okay, I um....I guess I somewhat grew up in this. My mom died when I was young so I never really got told how a lady was supposed to act in this world." She said trying to change the the subject from his wife knowing it was a sore spot.

Lyla smiled happily and shook her head some "No I love it, it like yours used to be." She said pointing at an old photo of her and Tom before they had kids and when her hair was very long.

Carmen smiled a little at her and shook her head "Your school is gonna think I'm crazy mija." She giggled and kissed her head again before focusing in on the braid itself, "We gotta get it trimmed at least princess." She murmured to her and held her close when she was done, laying down to get some sleep

He just nodded a little and looked at the time, "I'm going to go shower, give me a shout if you need anything." He told her before getting up and heading up to his room

Lilith took a deep breath and bit her lip hard trying to figure out how to get him in her bed so that he father wouldn't kill her.

Lyla nodded some giving a smile "Okay mommy." She said softly before taking off back to her room so she could get to bed as well saying goodnight to her dad as she passed him in the hallway

Carmen looked up when Tom came in and waited til he was in bed, snuggling in close to him and kissed his chest, "G'night." She mumbled, yawning and letting herself drift off now.

He didn't quite understand what it was she was trying to do and her acting strange around him all night wasn't helping either, he still didn't want her there but as always he didn't have much choice.

Lilith bit her lip hard as she lay there in his bed trying her best to be seductive but by the look on his face when he came out she could tell it wouldn't be happening

Tom kissed the top of her head and gave a small sigh "Goodnight." He murmured before falling asleep

He took one look at her and grit his teeth, "Fucking get out!" He yelled at her, having lost his temper this time, "Who the hell do you think you are?! I made it very clear from the start that this wasn't going to happen!" He glared at her and waited til she was out of his room before slamming the door shut on her and shaking his head, getting ready to go to bed

Lilith ran off and made her way to her room sinking to the floor and crying until she fell asleep there on the floor. She woke in the morning and got ready for the day avoiding Aleister at all costs until she had to leave with Carmen

Tom got the kids up and ready for the day smiling some when he saw his little girl run down the stairs to eat "You ready for the zoo today?" He asked happily
