Multiple Settings Murderhobo: The RP (Official)

Hilarity ensued with Hungry showing a literal omnivorous nature. A brief wrasslin' match happened between Hungry and Krieg, resulting in the former grabbing the safe with teeth. "Keep it quiet so we don't have to awaken the creepy machines." While Ronan attempted to redirect the energy, Reaper noticed something glowing in the distance.

Choices:

A) Prepare for battle

B) Ignore the glow and focus on the safes

C) Have someone investigate the distant glow

(NOTE: If Hungry has an actual name, let me know.)
 
"I'VE GOT A FACE AND I'M GONNA RUN YOU OVER WITH IT"

And off to the glow Krieg goes.

B.) Continue trying to eat the safe.
 
Hungry was able to swallow the safe without incident, passing through the digestive system unlocked. What was surprising was that it wasn't too noisy, but not as silent as Ronan's methods. Ronan opened the safe using his tomahawk. A disgusting implication, but it worked. Jewels and gold was found in bags, leading to Ronan gesturing Reaper to raid. It was uncertain if Hungry could carry some with him.

Krieg investigated the glowing source. The glowing eyes were none other than belonging to a different type of being. It wasn't an automaton by any shot. This was organic from ground-up. A monstrous being, it resembled a large knuckle-walking naked mole rat. It beat its chest and bared its teeth as a warning to leave.

A) Directly fight the mole rat-primate

B) Withdraw and regroup

C) Try cowing it into submission
 
"MY EYES ARE PRETTIER THAN YOUR TEETH!"`

Punch him in the teeth

A.) Simply eat the safe again, climb on top of the rat and shit on it. Hopefully the weight of the safe will crush the bastard and show him who's boss.
 
Snag the riches out of the safe before Munchy eats the safe again. Then proceed to attack the rat
 
The rat-primate creature was attacked by all party members. Despite its herbivorous teeth, the bite both hit and hurt hard as it counterattacked Krieg's punch. While Reaper distracted the beast with his scythe swipes, Hungry climbed on top of the creature and did his thing. However, the creature was not all rodent. The safe, while crushing for normal rodents, this one had the strength of a gorilla as well as the intelligence. Though hit on the back it wasn't crushed. The creature quickly grabbed the safe before lasting damage was dealt. The beast was also intelligent enough to use the safe both as a shield and a bludgeon.

Ronan couldn't shoot at it effectively with allies in the way. Hungry in particular could have enough brute force to rival the monster. Reaper and Krieg for sure could have their hands full with this one. Making sure not to take any chances, Ronan attempted to make his shooting more accurate with thermal vision.

Choices:

A) Choppy route

B) Shooty route

C) Fall back and regroup

D) Improvise (write in)

(For a clearer picture, the monster is the size of a gorilla. It has a head like a naked mole-rat with teeth and all, limbs and hands like any other ape including opposable thumbs, feet and skin like a naked-mole rat's, and a short tail for balance.)
 
With Krieg providing a distraction with his shooting, Reaper can slide just under the creature's head with an effective throat slice
 
While the safe blocked the shards effectively, the rat-primate was distracted enough to allow Reaper to slash the throat wide open. The creature was down to the ground. Ronan thought it was high time to put the animal out of its misery. BLAM! The creature was mercifully killed with a single .50 caliber bullet to the head. "Not taking any chances." The beast indeed might have had a chance to take Reaper out with him. Hungry might consider the now dead body to be a feast of carrion.

Hungry's Choices

A) Feast on the body for the mean time

B) Help the rest of the group loot.

Everyone else:

A) Loot some more

B) Move along and watch for further threats.
 
The murderhobos were free to loot to their hearts' content. They found cash, jewels, and even precious metals. Although he was looting with the group, Ronan still had his misgivings after activating his thermal vision. "Something tells me that our group isn't alone here."

Rest of the group:

A) Check to see what Ronan has to say

B) Pooh-pooh his warnings.

"Like shinies? I like shinies. I put them in me pocketses."
 
"My vision tells me we got ourselves a bogey or two waiting for us. I think they're trying to fuck with us. Fort Knox security can't even hold a candle to these bastards." Ronan was right to an extent. It was observed that various bots and beasts guard this hoard. A bogey could be seen clearly with Ronan's thermal vision. The rest could see it, but not as clearly without thermal vision.

While Ronan was a natural disaster, he may face a weapon of an opponent. The bogey displayed intelligence, waiting until the whole group's backs are turned before attack. Krieg seemed vulnerable to a bogey distance attack. Especially if it has a sniper-like attack.

Rest of the group:

A) Reinforce the guarded Ronan

B) Keep looting.

The quiet turned out to be short lived. There was a sniper in the midst. Ronan anticipated the first shot, taking cover behind the scenery. However, their new enemy was no fool. Going invisible to the naked eye, the sniper blended in with the environment not unlike a chameleon. A shot rang out. If Reaper had the reflexes, he could dodge it. If not, he would be down but not out. Fortunately, murderhobos were tougher than normal, especially armored ones. In the event Reaper dodged the bullet, Krieg would have been hit instead. Either way, the sniper was tough not because of raw combat ability, but because of devious skill.

"I see him, marking his location!" Ronan attempted to mitigate the enemy advantage by giving a view from their heads-up display. The thermal vision Ronan had proved invaluable. While the stealth camouflage proved effective against mere mortals, it wasn't so against thermal vision as the sniper's body heat gave the locations away.

A) Tend to the wounded

B) Go after the sniper

C) Have Ronan do the dirty work instead

D) Just continue looting

"Krieg, we can loot after we deal with this bogey! We got a sniper on us!" Ronan already marked the location of the sniper down with thermal vision. Attempting suppressing fire with his heavy pistol, Ronan was buying time for Reaper to advance. Krieg had the best weapon for long range with the shard launcher. Yet if he could pause looting, that would help the other two well against the evasive and sneaky enemy. While Reaper did get hit, he was still in a good enough condition to lay the beat-down.

The sniper was silent and effective. Still dangerous if they don't do something about it. The murderhobos' adversary had yet another trick up the sleeve. A grenade! With the intent to flush Ronan out of cover, the sniper readied and threw the grenade. The radius and blast may yield a powerful flurry of shrapnel and fragmentation. There was a possibility of Krieg being hit by the grenade as he was looting.

Choices:

A) Evade the grenade

B) Attempt to bat the grenade back to the sniper

C) Do what has to be done (write in!)
 
Pockets full of currency, the gold crazed murderhobo briefly looks up to acknowledge Ronan's words to saunter over to the little brownish object that had laid itself next to him and punt it.
