The rambling of the energetic Doctor continued until he heard a giggle between his words. "Am I being funny? Or do I just have something on my face?" he asked, slightly puzzled. He wasn't trying to be funny all the time, he was just naturally a bit goofier now and didn't realize what he was saying could have come off as funny.JayJay said:
"Calm down? I'll calm down when I'm dead! Come along, Arya!"
He tugged on her hand like an eager child and went to the door, starting to walk them out of the manor.
"I'm sure you'll look magnificent in anything you try on!" He took off his fez and plopped it on her head. "Even that looks good on you. Better on me though."
He reached into a pocket on the inside of his coat and took out his sonic screwdriver, frowning at it. The old Doctor liked a blue light on his, but this Doctor would like something different. He would have to upgrade it later...

Arya was enjoying herself a lot.
This Doctor seemed to be a very 'carpe diem' kind of person who didn't like standing still.
She quickly walked along with the man and got the fez put on her head.
A chuckle escaped her mouth again.
There was even a tiny blush on her cheeks, she wasn't used to getting complimented like this.
"It does look better on you!"
Picking it back up from her head, she quickly hopped up and put it back on the Doctor's head at the height of her jump.
"There! I wouldn't look good with any hat anyway."
They stepped outside, back into the sort of open air, then she started following the man's lead.
She supposed that he knew where this clothes shop was.
Arya raised her eyebrows and tilted her head up a little when the Doctor pulled out... something.
The obvious question followed.
"What's that?"

*Natsu's eyes widened and pulling away the dog from behind. I held it far out so it couldn't bite me and strong enough so it couldn't wiggle free*Lia! You ok!?

"Wouldn't look good with a hat? Rubbish! Everyone looks good with a hat! It just takes the right hat," The Doctor replied, whirling his screwdriver around in his hands. When she asked what it was, he thought about his response for a moment before replying.JayJay said:
"It's a tool. I don't carry weapons, I only carry this tool. It's called a screwdriver. Sonic screwdriver. It can open locks, fixes things, helps me analyze things. Quiet handy, really."
He lead them along toward the clothes shop he spotted, eyes darting to a toy store for a moment. The thought of a toy excited him. But he was a man! He didn't play around with toys. Or did he?
"So many questions you give me! Quite the curious child you are. But may I ask you questions as well?"

Lia lied there in shock, even when Natsu pushed her dog away. But she wasn't okay. Tears ran down her cheeks. "R-Renegade? Why would you do that..."MrDubWubs said:
She started to cry. "Even my own dog betrays me. No, I'm not okay."
Renegade struggled against Natsu, trying to hurt her but unable. A voice actually came from his mouth. "You dare lay a hand on me!?" The voice cried.

Arya tried to understand the functions of the 'tool' he was holding, but again, she gave up.
She would probably see one of its uses when the Doctor would have to use it.
Her eyes fell on the toy store as well.
"There's a store full of... toys? This world is getting stranger with the second."
Whoops, she asked yet another question.
She quickly rephrased.
"Oh, uhm... Sorry. Yes, you can ask anything, of course!"

"Ah well, welcome to the modern world! Full of stores, machines, and irritating pop music," The Doctor replied, slightly cringing.JayJay said:
"Although, if you're interested in the toy store, we may go there after the clothes shop. For you to look around, of course." He smiled and walked up to the door of the clothes store, opening it for her to walk in first.
"Oh goodie! I will ask you questions then. My question for you is... Arya, do you have anyone you must return to after this is over? You said you have no home, but do you have a person out there in particular waiting for you?"

Her mind went back to Westeros.
She kept a smile on her face, but it was much less sincere than it was before.
"No..." she said softly.
"My father was murdered by a boy-king, my mother and one of my brothers slaughtered at a wedding and I presume my other brothers and sister are also dead since I haven't heard from them in years..."
The words came out more easily than even she expected.
Maybe she had gotten used to living alone, without parents, wandering around for the sole purpose of finding revenge.
She didn't want to sound depressed though, because really she wasn't.
Arya had cried enough in her life, and wouldn't allow more feelings of sadness inside her.
But that's when she finally realized what her life really was.
All alone, always on the move, only living for revenge...
It was no decent life, and she didn't want to go back to it after all this.
"There's... nothing waiting for me. No one. In fact, the entire world thinks me dead."

Sigfried had showered and stayed out of the two guest's way to let them explore, he kept reading his book and saw the Doctor in his father's clothes and Arya in some old dress of when his mother must have been a child. He looked at them as they leftJayJay said:

Arya's eyes widened and lightened up a little, her mouth dropping open a bit when the doctor made his request.
It felt like she had never been more excited than now.
Seeing the stars, travelling to other worlds... It all sounded so dreamy.
She remembered the nights she would spend staring at those twinkling lights in the sky.
To see them from up close and find out what they are...
A smile spread on her lips, and she started stuttering excitement.
"I... I w-" she interrupted herself with a chuckle, then started nodding.
"Yes! Yes, I would love that, it's like... It's..."
She couldn't even finish her sentence.
Instead, she wrapped her arms tightly around the Doctor's waist and hugged him.
The feeling of having someone who cared for her, who wanted her to join him wherever he went...
She had missed it a lot, and she could barely believe it now that it was actually happening.
"I outlive everyone I love," he thought to himself.
He shrugged. "But occasionally I like having others with me. It helps with the loneliness and of course... it helps me not to go mad," he admitted. The Doctor sometimes lost himself when he was alone, becoming angrier or even gaining a bit of a god-complex. But when he kept someone with him, it reminded him of his kind side, and he would cling to it with all his might.

The Doctor caught Arya pause after his words, so he was worried for a moment, but then she smiled. Smiling was a good sign. Then she laughed. Had his invite been funny in some kind of way? Or perhaps she was laughing because she thought the idea was ridiculous? Some people were wonder-struck when The Doctor asked them to go with him, others not so much. He figured her reaction could go any way.JayJay said:

The Doctor clapped his hands before he hugged her back, almost bouncing in excitement. "Oh you're going to love it, Arya! I'll take you to see the biggest waterfall in the universe, a planet made of entirely chocolate--which is delicious, by the way, and even the biggest library in existence! It will awe you. Oh, I so look forward to it."
He parted from her after a moment, continuing to ramble about all kinds of places he could show her. But inside his mind, he was thinking deep down about how the last time he had taken a child when him as a traveling companion, he had died. And his granddaughter, she was gone too. He didn't want that to happen to Arya. He would have to be very careful to protect her. It drove him mad to lose friends he cared about, especially children with long lives ahead of them.
"I'll show you the Star Whales! Glorious creatures who actually live in space, can you believe it? Oh! My mistake, we're here to shop for clothes, aren't we? Well go on then, start picking through some things!" He wandered over to a hat rack for a moment, taking his fez off and switching it out for a stetson. "Stetson," he said to himself. "Probably the second best hat out there! But still very cool indeed."

Arya kept her arms around him for as long as possible.
A feeling of true happiness warmed up her body, everything seemed to be going perfectly.
Listening to the things she would be seeing only made her ten times more excited.
Her eyes teary and a smile across her lips, she let go of him when she was reminded what they came here for.
"Okay" she nodded, looking up at the man.
"I'll find something pretty!"
Arya turned and quickly walked over to the section of the store where there seemed to be girls' clothing.
She put both of her hands over her chest, still smiling widely.
"Wow... Oh wow..." she silently muttered to herself.
A while later again
Arya had a little bit of trouble finding something she liked.
Some things were too short, some had a strange fabric, some were just plain ugly.
But after ten minutes, she had found the dresses.
She had been looking at several ones she thought pretty, but decided to try one in particular on.
Luckily, there were little booths in which she could change her clothes in privacy.
When she was done, she stood in front of the mirror and saw someone entirely different.
I'm turning into a girl of this world... she thought to herself.
Not that it was bad, she wasn't going back to hers anyway.
And the sleeveless black dress was the only decent thing she found.
Arya turned around and went to look for the Doctor again.

The Doctor let Arya head off to find some clothing while he looked at a few random objects he found in the store. The time lord wasn't really one for shopping, so he decided to do what he did best when he had nothing to do... help out.
A little while later, when Arya returned to him, he smiled. "Ah, there you are! You look stunning! I'm assuming you didn't have any currency for this time period, so I paid the shopkeeper on my own. I changed three light bulbs, balanced his checkbook, moved four display tables, changed a tire on his car, cleaned a few windows, and organized all his recyclables. I believe that will suffice as payment. Chaps like him love a hard worker. And oh I love work. Keeps the hands busy and the mind sharp," he said, tapping his forehead.
"Now then, are we done here? Clothes shopping is boooring," he said, extending his lower lip and pouting a bit. The only time The Doctor himself ever looked at clothes as right after he regenerated each time.

The man let out a cry when Natsu did that, lifting up his leg and kneeing her in the gut. He jumped back away from her, brushing his clothes off. "Don't do that! You could've caught me on fire!" he complained, smirking at Natsu. "Are you looking to pick a fight with me?"MrDubWubs said:

Arya made a shy smile when she was complimented again, thanking the Doctor.
She rubbed her arm a little, still a bit shy since she wasn't used to such short dresses.
Listening to all of the work he's done for her, she raised her eyebrows in surprise.
"I do think that would be enough, yes... But now I'm in your debt even more! You must let me do something for you once!
I am at your service, lord Doctor!"
She gave a ridiculously deep bow, smiling.
"If you find it boring, we'll leave, of course! Is there any other place you'd like to visit?"

"I'd rather fancy the bookstore, or maybe that toy shop for you to look at its treasures, of course." Secretly, he just wanted to play with the toys if he could get a chance.

Arya smiled at the Doctor's kindness and generosity.
The same smiled was on her face pretty much the whole time she was with him.
The man's way of speaking, moving and acting just made her feel happy.
"Well... Then I thank you, Doctor."
She then reminded herself of Siegfried, back at the manor.
"The toy store sounds like a good idea... We might find something to show thanks to ser Siegfried!
Because we did sort of use his house, eat his food and then leave without saying anything."
Arya chuckled a little awkwardly, feeling genuinely bad for the man.

//Okay~ No worries. Here's my last post of the night. I'm exhausted. It really is a shame this rp sorta died though. I picture if Rainbow doesn't come back and start the next round by tomorrow to kick-start things again, it will be pretty much over. :/ Which stinks because I really wanted to write some more dramatic scenes with The Doctor like reacting to his friends in danger / possibly dying, trying to find a cure for the virus, and getting involved in some more twisted plots. xD Ugh... maybe the active characters from this one could just get beamed up by a spaceship and that's how they end up in the next star wars murder rp. *shot for dumb idea* lol.JayJay said:

The man doges her fire fist, but does get his clothes caught on fire. He quickly pats the flames on his clothing to put them out, huffing. "I intended to kill her, actually. You humans are mucking my forest with your noisy laughter and loud talking. In fact, maybe will kill her if you don't leave!" He shifted his form into that of a wolf and lunged at Natsu, intending to sink his teeth into her neck.MrDubWubs said:
