Fantasy Murder: The Shadow's Grip

Doc Brown eyed the bird. He was immune? Or well, at least he didn't have unwanted effects from the virus. He could prove to be quite useful. Doc Brown of course didn't want to kill the poor bird, but he think he could figure out a way to extract whatever antibodies that were inside it's system. "Do you want to come with me? Out the door?"

Eddie tilited his head,


"What for? You're a scientist aren't you! Oh no, no no no no, the mockingjay's will sing my leave to GLaDOS, I can not, no no no, only if you sooth them with a tone will they allow me to leave, and then only for a mere four hours at most." cried Eddie, as if he would be killed if he disobeyed. 

*the claws scratch her face and they just might leave a wicked a scar. She uses her other fist to push her back. She smirks just to taunt the demon*

Nastu pushed Laughing jack back with another fist, only he laughed again, "Muhahahahaha," cried Laughing jack.


"You are a child who plays with a demon, how much irony," Laughing jack raised his hand, expending the hallway to a one mile round circle. He smiled as Nastu and him sat in the middle, face to face to another,


"And you will die before you can make it out." Spoke Laughing jack as he simmered, becoming unseen in the large candle lantern lit room. He reappeared behind Nastu, unaware if she knew his whereabouts, and he slashed his claws again, but this time at the back of Nastu's head.

Siegfried followed silently, unfazed by the events taking place


"So um, Doctor, do you think the well actually harbors the antidote, or would we have to do a specific task to the well to acquire it, either way Big Gay Al Arya is right we need to look at our surroundings and relate them to the map, we're currently at the south side with the park at the end, so maybe we should head up to main street which can act as our center point and go from there Sir."

What the...?! JoJo thought to himself in astonishment as he opened his eyes. Shaking his head to regain his senses, he did his best to stand up. "Where am I?" He murmured to himself, scanning the area. What just happened? Was he hypnotized or something?

"No....I'm just hanging fun...." said a childish male voice, it sounded to be inside JoJo's head, and very quite. It looked to be a normal Hospital lobby room, a strong feeling of dread slightly emitting from a nearby stairwell, no sign hung above the door, telling you what floor you are on.

Arya took a look at the map.
"Well, that depends on where we are right now, doesn't it you silly goose~?


We should go outside and try to see! Boy, I love the outside~!"


She opened the door and stepped outside, sniffing and looking around.

The Doctor sighed. Oh boy. This was worried this would be a long hunt. But hoped it wouldn't be.


He followed Arya out the door and extended an arm out protectively in front of her, urging her not to step farther.


"This town is infested with monsters. Watch your step and be cautious. We'll see if we can sneak around and not be spotted by anything."


He headed along, glancing to the map again. They needed to find the well. The map wasn't too easy to read, but he still hoped it would be out there somewhere.


He glanced to Siegfried, glad the young man had some imput. "Thank you for the idea. Let's head in that direction. Do you have any experience in battle?" he asked. "There may be creatures to face ahead."

"No....I'm just hanging fun...." said a childish male voice, it sounded to be inside JoJo's head, and very quite. It looked to be a normal Hospital lobby room, a strong feeling of dread slightly emitting from a nearby stairwell, no sign hung above the door, telling you what floor you are on.

Eh?! What the hell?! Ohhh shiiieet, is someone else in my head?! I knew that shifty bastard was up to some weird tricks! JoJo thought, shaking his fist angrily. As he made his way outside, he looked at the stairwell, pursing his lips briefly at the sense of dread and whatnot that he felt. But even so, this was probably a good sign; if he felt the same thing he felt when he first entered, this meant that he was fairly close to his enemy, right? The only question though...


Oi, weird voice in my head! Do I go up or down? He asked mentally, wondering if the childish voice would respond.

*as the demon goes into the darkness Natsu growls then* LIGHTNING FIRE DRAGON MODE! *Natsu sniffs noticing the claws coming down. Natsu flips back getting ready to lift off into the demons face with lighting pulsing to the demon as well as the fire getting hot enough to burn his skin* Lightning flame dragon claw! *She launches her feet at the demon's face*

Doc Brown smiled, and them clapped a few times. That was amazing! He wondered how Eddie had gotten that. And why he began singing it. Maybe this was some sort of memory game? Doc Brown whistled the song Eddie had sang back to him, hoping something would happen.

*as the demon goes into the darkness Natsu growls then* LIGHTNING FIRE DRAGON MODE! *Natsu sniffs noticing the claws coming down. The room was shimmering, as if a Illusions was losing it's stability.

"Needles?!" Eddie's head shot from side to side, as if the needles where already charging in. He relaxed his self a mounment later, and looked back to Doc Brown,


"GLaDOS always pokes me with needles...." mumbled Eddie.

The lady smiled and nodded before turning to walk away, going towards her back room. Ryu guessed it was storage. He was wondering what she had for him before he realized she was back in a second. "Here you go sweetie~" she said softly. She held in her hands a brown paper bag, the contents of it unknown, and a full sized black acoustic guitar, with a dragon sketch design on the body. Ryu smiled at this lady's contest. "But what's in the bag...Miss...." he blushed. Crap I never got her- His thoughts were cut short when she spoke. "Helena...My name is Helena." she said warmly. "And don't worry about what's in the bag. Open it up when you get home, and you'll know what to do." she said adding mystery to its contents. Ryu nodded, feeling compelled to listen as he took to items presented to him and turned to leave. "You have a good time dear, things will start looking up for you soon~" she said before shutting the door, and placing the closed sign on the glass. Ryu blinked, wondering what had just took place before shrugging, deciding to walk back to his room to open the bag.

Doc Brown gave a reassuring smile. "Don't worry Eddie, I'll only poke one in you. And this is for a good cause. Whoever this GLaDOS is, she doesn't seem like a very good person."

Round Three


12:30 pm EDT 8/17 to 8/18 11 pm EDT.

It was quite, as if all the monsters that once inhabited the town where gone. Silence sat in the air, and the once semi-crowded streets where now nothing but empty. The survivors moved among themselves, trying to live a normal life, building that where there one day disparaged the next, and buildings that were never seen replaced them. A week passed, and as the voice promised another survivor would lose their life. Adain was talking a stroll among the neighborhood, it until he reached its corner, that he saw what was hanging from a tree in the park. Ryu Keiko lied hanging from a tree branch, a noose around his neck. The lifeless body hanged endlessly, almost like it was swinging in a light breeze. The ground shifted from beneath the Survivors feet, and three large black mountains a merged from the floor, shooting high into the air, almost reaching the top of the facility's ceiling. They looked to be holding a pathway on all three of them, leading to a cave that was near the tip. Queen Elisabeth walked from the house she hid in, and quickly took to Tyler's home, she sat silently at his green doorway, waiting for any sound. She never heard one, touching the doorknob with her long claw, the door glowed green, and opened the door. Walking into Tyler's living room, it was large, and only one floor. In the distance, Queen Elizabeth could hear moans, and that's when she grinned and walked closer. JoJo awoke from the trance Eyeless jack placed on him, he was in a small two room clinic, and Nastu was standing above him. The two manged to leave the clinic together, and go their separate ways.


Things seemed to be only going downwards spiral for the survivors, Will they only survivor the dangers of the world, to be destroyed by one another?
