Sleep deprivation was a dangerous thing In war, and Doc knew exactly that. He woke up in the middle of the city, along with Donut as he slowly stood up "Doc. Hey Doc! Wake up, look where we're at!... It looks exactly like that episode In one of the Tv shows I've seen!" Doc groaned and stood up, grabbing his medical examination gun "Alright, alright... Geez... Where are we?"

Blake let out a relaxing sigh. The warm water on her skin was a soothing and welcoming feeling for the elemental soldier. She lathered her body with soap while listening to her favorite rock tunes, humming quietly to herself as she bathed.
"Octavian? Blake?" a masculine voice from outside called. Blake sat up from her bathtub. She recognized that voice from anywhere. Isaac! She quickly got up from the bathtub and hastily wrapped a towel around her body. She headed downstairs and swung open the front door. Isaac was in the middle of the street. Sje was so happy to see him still OK. Blake waved and called out to him, a smile plastered on her face. "Isaac! I'm over here!" 



(OH GOD WHAT)

(She got out the bath so he kinda ran into her bedroom. DON'T GO IN THERE. He's been just watching her.)

Adain falls to the ground a few feet from the sphinx,he pushed himself up, "I would like a riddle please." He asked sitting on the ground.

Arya thought about her wish for a long time.
Finally, she spoke up.


"I wish... I wish for you to make a wish."


Arya thought it must be lonely, only speaking in riddles to everyone you meet.


She felt bad for the sphinx.


"My wish is yours."

"I wish... I wish for you to make a wish." The sphinx let a smile creep across its face before looking to the child,


"Oh really?" asked the sphinx,


"My wish is yours." replied the child. The sphinx smiled, only to have it vanish a second later.


"I can not, this for you, you are the one who solved the riddle."

Isaac heard the woman's voice as she called to him. Turning his armored head towards her, he jogged up to the door. He hadn't quite expected to see the woman in a towel, but he had the presence of mind to keep set on the task at hand.


"Blake! Oh good you're alright. Something here is wrong --this is way too perfect, and way to tailored to all of us. This is not good, something here has to be wrong. I have a feeling that this is a calm before the storm. I don't think anyone should be staying alone right now. Think about it, all of these domiciles have been made for us. Why go to anybody else's home when these ones have all the things we miss? It's meant to keep us isolated --we should not fall for the trap," he explained.

JoJo entered the firestation to see a man sleeping on top of the only firetruck,

"OH MY GOD!" JoJo instinctively screamed in horror at the bizarre-looking man. What was that thing?! Was it a vampire like Straizo? He didn't seem big enough to be like one of the Pillar Men, but even so, his pale skin reminded him of a vampire. More importantly, what was this... thing doing here?! How come out of the entire place, JoJo could only find one other being here, and it was this monstrosity?!

"You're riddle is this, What work can one never finish?" asked the sphinx, its tone monotone.

"My wish is yours." replied the child. The sphinx smiled, only to have it vanish a second later.


"I can not, this for you, you are the one who solved the riddle."

"Yes, and my wish is that you make a wish!


Besides, I don't really have a wish. Everything I want, I can take care of myself."

The shpinx let out a sigh, the mist shined a bright white, and ordered the stauts to say it's wish.


"I wish to be free of my prison." called out the sphinx, the mist only shimmed while it glowed, then vanished.


"As I thought, my only wish is one past the limits."

Blake silently listened to Isaac as he explained his thoughts. He was right, but at the same time, Blake still wanted to enjoy these rare luxuries... rare in terms of what the world was supposed to be, instead of what she saw right now.
"I agree with what you say, Isaac, but... I want to relax. I've spent several long years away from my home. I don't know when I could experience such feelings again," she respectfully said. She pat his hand on the back of his cold armor and led him into her house. "If you're that worried about me, then you're more than welcome to stay in my house," she pointed out with a smile.

Octavian burst into the room with Blake and Issac, "None of this is right! It's all a hallucination targetting all of us differently!" he shouted, waving his bolter, gesturing at the walls. "Something is here waiting for us, and it certainly isn't friendly." He said. He had been startled to find himself at home, but his logical side knew that it wasn't his real home, there was no one there, it was deserted. He looked over at Issac, and then Blake, his eyes lingering just for a second. "Atleast you two are alright," he said, with a relieved sigh. They were basically the only two that seemed to be combat capable, and the only ones he could trust.

Isaac sighed, he didn't want to be cornered in a house if something went wrong. He wanted the freedom of maneuverability. Then again, he was not willing to abandon Blake. The Space Marine would have no trouble in a pinch --the man was a walking death machine wrapped in extra death machine.


'You going to let her die Isaac? Like Ellie? Like me?' the Nicole's voice clawed at the back of his mind. Wherever he was now, the Marker was still aware of him. He'd be damned though if he proved it right.


"Yeah, I'll stay for a while," he said, letting her push him inside. At least Isaac was on guard, his paranoia at an all time high. He cranked up his aural amplifiers and made sure that he never kept his back in any given direction for too long. Moments later, the very Space Marine he'd been looking for crashed into the domicile. Isaac snapped his Plasma Cutter up and aimed, relieved when he recognized the massive blue armor.


"Oh. Christ, you scared the hell out of me. And yes, I was just explaining that."

The two men were in a small office, it looked as if the metal flooring was forced up and a massive blade tore through the bundled up floor. It was rather peaceful outside, not a sound could be heard, and the sun shined bright through the office windows.

You don't know if it's some evil contraption built by some malevolent ghost who wants to haunt the whole world!... But who am I kidding, that's non-sense!" Doc quickly ran up and also began to feel the blade for anything.
