Fantasy Murder: The Shadow's Grip

"I heard Annie in the forest!" Ed replied. He ran into the forest towards the blue light he managed to dodge most of the trees until tripping over the wolf's dead body and stumbling into a tree. "I'm okay" Ed moaned giving a thumbs up from the ground.

*I hit the ground pretty hard after the building fell, my ears were ringing, and I couldn't remember what exactly happened. I slowly got up from my fall, dusting off my pants and poncho. I quickly pulled out my pistol, looking around for any of weird Shadow people. Where is everyone? First, things were going well, then this... "Hello? Is anyone around?" I said, while coughing from the dust of the explosion.*

Lia & Renegade

Making chase after her unruly companion, Lia was surprised when he didn't head straight for the main group. He ran off into the woods. Lia sighed and followed after the pooch, wondering what was on his mind. Renegade rushed up to Ellis, who was unconscious in the woods, and began to quickly lick his face. Lia eventually caught up to her pet, eyes widening when she saw the young man on the ground. She rushed forward, kneeling down next to him. "So this is what you were trying to tell me, bud. This must be one of the survivors." She touched his shoulder, shaking it a couple times. "Hey, wake up! Are you okay?" The male must not have been dead. She new that because Renegade wouldn't have been so interested in him otherwise.

Isaac stumbled onto Blake before making it too much farther --she looked to be in rough shape.
"You ok, can you walk?" he asked, noting that she was unarmored but alive despite the blast.

Blake looked up at the armored fellow above her. The eerie glow of his armor somehow comforted her; it wasn't anything like the red orbs of the devilish Shadows. She stood up with both hands grasped on her flagpole that stood erected in the earth. She coughed up violently, spitting out a liquid onto the ground. It was definitely blood.


"Doctor..." she said in a raspy voice, her eyes staring tiredly at her feet. "There's a doctor here... get me the doctor..."

The Doctor

The Doctor rushed forward, finding himself with the man. "I'm here, you're not alone anymore. Are you all right? And have you seen any of the others?" Dust from the explosion was everywhere, and The Doctor couldn't see much of what was around him.

Blake looked up at the armored fellow above her. The eerie glow of his armor somehow comforted her; it wasn't anything like the red orbs of the devilish Shadows. She stood up with both hands grasped on her flagpole that stood erected in the earth. She coughed up violently, spitting out a liquid onto the ground. It was definitely blood.
"Doctor..." she said in a raspy voice, her eyes staring tiredly at her feet. "There's a doctor here... get me the doctor..."

"Uh, shit," he said, looking back over his shoulder at the demolished building. He had no idea where half the other survivors were. "I don't know where he is in this mess. I do have an injector med kit though. I only have two, but I can spare one to help you out. Is it ok if I jab you with it? It should be able to get you functional until we find the doctor," he explained.

Octavian ran over to Blake and Issac. "SHIT SHIT SHIT!" he shouted, sprinting past them. "Run you fools!" he called back to them, as he kept running. A roar echoed throughout the forest, from the direction Octavian had come from.


He continued running, hoping to find someone else, so he could warn them. (So, where'd Jack go?)

Annie took another step to her left, the wolf only staring at her. Edward rushed past her, tripping over the wolf she killed, and fell to the ground. From the ground he gave a thumbs up,


"I'm okay!" he said, only Annie wasn't okay, she was in massive amounts of pain, and a deadly unfriendly wolf was only a few feet from them.


"Edward.....there's a wolf that's not to friendly."

Ellis was shook twice, his eyes filtered open, exposing a blonde haired women. His tone was low, and wavering with every word.


"Oh gods....My spin....my shoulder....Oh my fucking gods I hurt...." replied Ellis, his dark green eyes foused on the women.

When the big, massive, heavily armored battle machine runs screaming --you run. Isaac went to scoop up Blake despite her protests, and ran. If she let him, he'd take off into the woods after the marine. Trying to multitask, he'd also hand Blake the first aid injector.


"Just jab it into your arm!"

Seeing the other wolf Adain shot. More than half his clip making the wolf stagger and fall most shots in the chest cavity. He tossed his gun Dow and held his sword with both hands. "Come on you beast have at you."

Ellis was shook twice, his eyes filtered open, exposing a blonde haired women. His tone was low, and wavering with every word.
"Oh gods....My spin....my shoulder....Oh my fucking gods I hurt...." replied Ellis, his dark green eyes foused on the women.

"Yeah, you don't look so good," Lia admitted, keeping her hand on his shoulder. "I'm going to get you some help, but can you at least tell me your name?" she questioned before shoving Renegade to the side. The eager dog was still trying to get to Ellis and lick his face excitedly, but she didn't want him to freak the poor guy out when he had already been through a lot, it seemed.

I took off my hat, and brushed away some dust and small pieces of rubble, and placed it back on my head. What in the hell caused that explosion anyway?*

"You may have killed Oogie Boogie, but you can't kill me so easily." called out the skeleton, its tone as cold as it's laugh. It raised its left boney hand, and a large fist broke through the roof, exposing light onto it's surface from the inside. Body's still lied smashed on the 3rd floor, and the small flooded onto the roof. The Shadow's still danced around, dodging the survivors attacks, some even attacking, and the skeleton just smiled, and raised his hands, ordering 4 slender outlined figures like himself to jump from the hole, and stand around it. A Shadow grabbed Doctor Emment, if successful it would pushed him towards the skeleton figures by the hole.

(Almost Everyone is on the rooftop. Try to kill Jack or some infected Shadow's.)

"Hey! Let go of me! Rotten bastard!" Doc Brown yelled, grabbing at the Shadow, attempting to beat him away. It was not working. And who was Oogie Boogie? Doc did not know, but he was certain he wasn't going to die because of him. He closed his eyes, and began to try and fight.


He felt a sudden release from it's arms, and looked back. "Haha! That's right! I knew these bones were still kicking!" But then he peered down to see the smoking square shaped hole in it's head. A brick lay to the side of the dead creature. "What?" He then concentrated for a second, and another brick flew out of a blue light. "Extraordinary! I can take things from different universes!" He then concentrated once again, on Marty, on Clementine. Nothing happened. Maybe it wouldn't work on people, or large objects. "This is truly amazing! The portal must have had strange side-effects on me! I wonder what it did to the others..."

A Shadow ran into the clearing as well, running past Issac, completely ignoring him. Another roar sounded, like a beast that has found it's prey. If it had the SHADOWS, running for the hills, as well as heavily armored battle machines, you should run, and fast. Another Shadow entered the clearing, trying to run aswell, before.... something, leapt onto it's back, and two blade like apendages sprouted from the Shadow's chest. The Shadow was yanked backwards, as the thing screeched, and began tearing into the downed Shadow's body.


((Hormagaunts, motherfucker)

Suddenly, more of the beasts ran, and began feasting on the downed Shadow as well. One of the Shadow's arms was ripped off, and thrown on the ground, a meter or so away. Another Hormagaunt leapt out, landing on it, before biting into it with it's teeth.

A Shadow ran into the clearing as well, running past Issac, completely ignoring him. Another roar sounded, like a beast that has found it's prey. If it had the SHADOWS, running for the hills, as well as heavily armored battle machines, you should run, and fast. Another Shadow entered the clearing, trying to run aswell, before.... something, leapt onto it's back, and two blade like apendages sprouted from the Shadow's chest. The Shadow was yanked backwards, as the thing screeched, and began tearing into the downed Shadow's body.

She started to dance around Fish-Bones, all while cheering on the fiery building. She thrived in chaos, and being in another world only made it better. She didn't care how much noise she made, she wanted to be heard.

"A bit late to the party myself, so I can't say I know exactly what's going on. If I examined enough of this rubble I could probably figure it out, but at the moment I doubt the cause of the explosion is the greatest of our worries. The survivors must be gathered and brought somewhere safe. Will you help me look for some of the others?" he asked, immediately concerned for the rest of the group.

"Oh my god!!" JoJo yelped in shock, "The horror! What is that unsightly beast?! Why is it eating the other unsightly beast?! What the hell is going on?! Are they hellspawns or something?!" He cried out to no one in particular, dramatically placing his palms on his cheeks.
