Awh, thank you! I would have drawn better but...car.

And yeah, I mean I'm pretty sure inklings are quite short lol, even the squid sisters. It makes them cuter in a way.

Daisuke: hunting. Wait jobs don't count? Drawing monsters then. He likes to analyze and draw monsters in his hunting journal.

Alku: playing with Trout, her baby barioth. Her life is dedicated to her work so outside of that she doesn't do much. Fishing is another hobby she doesn't do often.

Link: harrassing the local monsters using weird and creative methods usually involving fire and/or explosives

Seen from a cutscene in Kirby Planet Robobot, Dedede seems to enjoy playing chess a lot. Aside from adventuring with Kirby, hosting events like battle tournaments (Battle Royale), he simply tends to the needs of his people/adversaries. Yes this does include cooking for them.

Edwards: Aside from his known job as a Chauffeur for the rich, Edwards is the type to enjoy activities that have to do with mechanical skills or savoring the peace he experiences.

Luigi: during his free time he has played a lot of sports, went to parties, dealt cards at a casino, gone racing, written books, and done a lot of trivia. All kinds of things really. Though most of the time when he’s alone, he might be caught singing/humming to himself or writing in his journal.

You're actually correct!
In a lore bit, it says they can jump up in the air approximately 5 feet, which seems to match the in game height of another inkling. So them being quite short is really accurate! Nice touch!
