HOLY SHIT I DIDN'T ACTUALLY THINK I WAS PLAYING MATCH GAME TODAY-

that's the thing... I don't care for how expansive it is


A reminder to both of you that my favorite game of all time is not Mario Odyssey, but Galaxy 1.

Lmao, I'm so glad to find other people who don't think BoTW is the bee's knees. For me, Twilight Princess was perhaps my favorite Zelda game. I loved the setting and ideas behind the entire thing. Zelda, Link, Midna, Ilia (and maybe even Ganondorf) stole my heart. I appreciated how good the story was, and the magic of the Dark and Light worlds. The character arcs were on point, and don't pretend shirtless Link didn't pave the road for the beginning of BoTW because we all know it did. Twilight was the best shirtless Link.
Also, Wolf Link is so damn cute. Best doggo.

And Skyward Sword was my first Zelda game, and each time I listen to Ballad of the Goddess I get so much nostalgia. It's the first game of the Zelda timeline, you gotta respect it. I loved Fi so much, and I loved how Link was conveyed, especially since the artwork portrayed him as a serious, intimidating fellow when really he was a goofy little dork. I loved the arcs of Fi (and Groose was one of my favorite characters, BY FAR). I love how Demise looked (he was kinda hot-) and the fact that we don't know what happened to Ghirahim at the end has paved the road for SO many fanfics, it's awesome.
Although this game had one of my least favorite Zeldas, it was still a fantastic game in my eyes.
