First question, would yall be offended if I don't play a character and just do the GM role?
I describe the scene and more important bits if players write specific actions, i play the enemies and most npcs. Like a narrator ill mention things like "those with a strong sense of hearing can..."

As far as lore goes nothing of note to add yet.
Actually I can share this cause it probably won't come up...
the Goblins name is
"Lord Two shanks" He would probably win 1v1 against anyone in the box if he had his two shanks in hand.

Sihan was in the box to start with but everyone else was captured in or around Mograi. Goblin was probably picked up out of the town, last to be chucked in as he's more violent monster on the road then sentient being visiting a festival.
Will say the box ride was gonna last until each player posted we are waiting on

Thought of some lore and potential motivation for characters.
The city of Rolragga sits on the border between the human lands of Fallah and beastkin lands of Fawna. Rolragga originally a dwarf outpost but over 600 years it became a melting pot of a city. A place where beastkin and human stand as equals, also most races are treated fairly here.
Reaching here would probably be the goal as Fawna isn't run by a kingdom, its ruled by a team of five elected members of any race who can lead/provide for the lands as a whole. Rolragga is the most diverse city in Fawna and the least racist. So long as you obey laws and contribute via currency or work then you are a welcome citizen capable of owning property and the Rolragga guard force has your back in your time of need.

I'd be interested in knowing more place names. It would be nice to be able to say something other than "the city I grew up", "where the weapon smith was" or "my farming settlement near a town".

You're all ok to make up names for villages and towns. I might even be able to use them in game depending on said characters background.
For simplicity though I imagine the cast are from the human lands of Fallah or landed their from a overseas journey

Sweet. I love worldbuilding. I'll edit Xaphan's and Gwen's bios to add city/town/village names. Both will be from somewhere in Fallah.

OK. So, I hope this works. Xaphan was born, and grew up in, the eastern slum district of Grebul, in west Fallah. When he was run out of town, he eventually made his way to Rosefalls, where Mose took him in.
Gwen is from a ratling fringe settlement called Shimmerwick, near a town called Simpelwater, in south central Fallah.

I am back. Sorry for the vanishing. My sister passed and ive been helping my mother and family deal with all of that. Ill go get caught up and if i must wait to jump in until later i can do that as well.

You can come in later on in the story but it wouldn't suit narrative wise for everyone in the box to be forced down into a dungeon and the guards just let the big one sleep.
"Push him down after he finishes a nap" it's fine to step out or join later but if you want to play ape man needs to be awake/able to answer.

I'll check out the link when I get home from work tonight. In the meantime, I have an idea that may work. Perhaps you could retcon the story to have Agent23's character already where everyone is being sent. Maybe he's part of a group previously sent and is the only survivor, and we stumble across him.You can come in later on in the story but it wouldn't suit narrative wise for everyone in the box to be forced down into a dungeon and the guards just let the big one sleep.
