Her being 17 wouldn’t be near adulthood in this universe, but otherwise accepted.

Patient. In the rp, he has traits similar to the picture, which included fairly large scars (not really from a freak accident or abuse or anything, Just a regular accident involving woodcutting and his carelessness.) which would have him wear make-up over it, Darkness around the eyes, a general uneasy look , frail and thin appearance caused by dietary problems , a smile to match a hyper-active yet mischievously villainous look, and a dog-tag from his father. (This might not make sense but I can't reword it, I'm in class Atm.)

Also, I am sorry about wait. I had to rewrite and re-rewrite the character as I'm trying to get that sightly original-yet reasonable- approach to the personality and I still have to work out the backstory aside from the various events scattered in my mind.

I've also been researching up the topic of mental illness and I have been trying to come up with a concept in my mind that shouts "Weird" but not the stereotypical "Crazy", yet still have mental problems that cause and are caused by that strange concept. Currently, I have the idea of Dolls.

Patients aren't allowed to have anything they would normally have in the "outside world", so no. Only a few staff members carry phones, but they're not allowed to use them in the hospital.
